Republican Conference chairwoman Elise Stefanik (R-NY) slammed New York Assembly Democrats for designing a gerrymandered map that was struck down as unconstitutional on Thursday.“The decision rendered by Judge Patrick McAllister is a win for all New Yorkers and confirms what we have been saying all along: New York Democrats drew gerrymandered congressional lines to protect themselves and hurt all New Yorkers, specifically the North Country,” Stefanik exclusively told Breitbart News about the GOP’s successful legal victory. The success may cost Democrats three to four seats in the U.S. Congress.

However, it’s been really hard to sympathize with some of the survivors since almost the very beginning. People process traumatic events differently, but when kid victims lecture the entire nation over Constitutional rights with which they disagree and have no historical or contextual understanding of – nor grasp basic human nature and common sense – it comes across not as processing grief and horror and rather just…self-aggrandizement.

Police in Sacramento say six people are dead and nine injured after a shooting in the city's downtown area early Sunday morning.
Police said they located at least 15 victims of the shooting, including six people who died. Police alerted the public on Twitter that streets in downtown Sacramento near where the shooting unfolded were closed off. One video on Twitter appeared to show people running through the street as the sound of gunfire could be heard in the background.
