Writer, filmmaker, and researcher Christopher Rufo realized while working on a documentary that the ideology of prison gangs that leads to racial segregation in prisons holds similarities to the critical race theory (CRT) being promoted in society.
Rufo noticed that although the phenomenon of prison gangs and the development of CRT are different and disparate, by comparing the two and analyzing the outcome of gang activities in the California prison system, he would be able to draw conclusions as to where CRT could lead society.
Rufo began exploring prison culture, gang culture, and street culture for a documentary he directed for PBS called “America Lost,”

Presidents are entitled to nominate Supreme Court justices who represent their party and its values. Using that as our guide, President Joe Biden picked the Democrats’ perfect Supreme Court justice: Ketanji Brown Jackson.
If you’d given me a thousand bucks to come up with a question that would stump a Supreme Court nominee, I never would have thought of: What’s a woman?

“On average, Judge Jackson gave child porn defendants sentences more than five years below the minimum under the guidelines.”
As Sens. Josh Hawley, Tom Cotton, Ted Cruz and Lindsey Graham amply demonstrated at the nomination hearings last week, Judge Jackson really likes defendants in child pornography cases.

Lonny Koons, a Republican who was a primary challenger to Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-N.Y.) for the 21st Congressional District of New York dropped out after allegations of illegally filling petition sheets.
Parked at a Walmart on March 24, Koons, a trucker and veteran who was allegedly anti-Trump, was video recorded in his car signing petitions for himself, unaware that he was being recorded.
GOP candidates needed at least 1,250 signatures to be seen on the ballot by April 4. According to election laws, all the petition signatures appearing on the ballot should have original marks from the signers themselves.

A bombshell New York Post report and string of tweets from Jack Posobiec reveal even more reprehensibly lurid leniency from Joe Biden’s SCOTUS nominee, Ketanji Brown Jackson. Her record on sentencing child molesters and predators had been made known earlier by Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO) prior to and during her confirmation hearing, but these new details make Cotton’s work look primitive.
Here is the Post reporting the disturbing allegations (bold emphasis mine):
“In the eight child-porn cases that came before her court, former D.C. District Court Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson heard horrifying details of “sadomasochistic” torture of young kids — including “infants and toddlers” — yet challenged the disturbing evidence

President Joe Biden’s first press secretary, Jen Psaki, plans to leave her position in the White House soon for a shiny new gig at MSNBC, but her duties as the administration’s primary spin chief won’t change much even after she switches jobs.
Axios first reported in a scoop on Friday that Psaki would soon depart the White House. While Psaki has yet to sign an official contract, the report notes that the progressive network has been chipping away at negotiations with her for weeks. MSNBC hopes to bring on the former CNN contributor to host a show on the outlet’s streaming platform Peacock and offer frequent commentary on the outlet’s regular

The winter and lockout have ended; spring training has commenced. Baseball graces diamonds in temperate climes across America.
(snip once again no science or logic can bound a fan’s hope that—however improbable—this is the year his team wins a pennant or the World Series. It is only later, after the team’s fortune falters and fails beyond resuscitation, that the fan’s hope dwindles and dies.
For the supporters of then-candidate Joe Biden, hope soared that he would put “adults” back in charge of American public policy; and, moreover, usher in a new progressive era akin to the New Deal. (snip) there was little to justify such faith in Biden.

The stockings were hung by the chimney with care, in hopes that St. Nicholas soon would be there. Alas, all of that hosiery contained nothing but coal.
In Dickensian lingo, it had been the “worst of times” since Senile Joe the Imposter entered the White House and, by 2024, it was all coming to its long-awaited, bitter end.
Unlike King Midas of ancient lore, Biden turned everything he touched to rubble. There was nothing he did not literally “f--k up,” to use the crude Obamian vernacular.
Santa Claus was not jolly. In fact, he mostly stopped coming to town a few years back as things got bad, then worse.

Military lessons from Russia’s failures in its war on Ukraine will make the communist regime in Beijing more cautious about Taiwan, possibly delaying its invasion plan by years.
“Beijing is learning from Russia’s combat experience, Ukraine’s resistance, and global sanctions to deduce the possible situation of a conflict in the Taiwan Strait,” Taiwan’s Mainland Affairs Council said in a March 30 statement(snip)
“The Chinese Communist Party will not abandon its plan to seize Taiwan by force,” the island’s senior China policy advisers were cited as saying during the meeting on the Ukraine war.
Russia-Ukraine was “a great lesson for China’s People’s Liberation Army (PLA).” Russia misjudged the war situation,

As Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis wrapped up a press conference in Ponte Vedra Beach on Thursday, he floated the possibility that state lawmakers might repeal the 1967 Reedy Creek Improvement Act in response to Disney’s ongoing opposition to the recently signed “Parental Rights in Education” law, dubbed by liberal opponents of the measure as the “Don’t Say Gay” bill.
The 1967 Reedy Creek Improvement District (RCID)—drafted by the Florida Legislature in cooperation with Walt Disney World and signed into law by Republican Gov. Claude Kirk—effectively created two municipal-style governments, Bay Creek and Reedy Creek, to regulate the Lake Buena Vista land where the Walt Disney World Resort operates.

Schools in Republican-led states are skirting laws banning critical race theory (CRT) in public education, according to new investigative footage.
Released by Accuracy in Media (AIM), the videos show multiple school officials in Idaho discussing how the principles associated with the neo-Marxist ideology can be taught to students without officially being labeled as critical race theory, despite state law outlawing the teaching of ideas aligned with CRT by public educators.
While speaking with Mark Jones of the Boise School District, for instance, AIM President Adam Guillette asked whether educators could teach “tenets … associated with [CRT], but under the guise of equity or something else,” to which Jones affirmed and further explained

The satirical Babylon Bee recently selected Rachel Levine as its “first annual Man of the Year.” “Levine,” the Bee explained, “is the U.S. assistant secretary for health for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, where he proudly serves as the first man in that position to dress like a western cultural stereotype of a woman. He is also an admiral in the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps. What a boss!”

Several GOP lawmakers sent more letters to the Biden administration demanding records of any communication between Hunter Biden and the White House.
“Hunter Biden’s connections throughout the Russian sphere of influence have now become especially relevant in the fast-moving and developing Russian war in Ukraine,” the Republicans on the House Oversight Committee said in their letters to the White House, dated Thursday, March 31.
They argued that “if the Russian government is attempting to influence American policy in Ukraine by exploiting Hunter Biden’s connection with his father—the President of the United States—the American people deserve to know it,” according to their letter.
