Tech giant Apple is working on turning its iPhone and other products into a subscription-based hardware service sharing some similarities with a car lease.
Bloomberg reports that tech giant Apple is developing a subscription service for its iPhone and other hardware products, which could turn iPhone ownership into a subscription service rather than direct hardware ownership. The service would be Apple’s biggest effort so far to enter the automatically recurring sales market.
The project is reportedly still in development, according to sources with knowledge of the matter, and has yet to be finalized. Apple shares climbed to a session high falling Bloomberg’s reporting of the feature late this week,

Following the New York Times’ recent acknowledgment that the infamous Hunter Biden laptop is actually 100% legit, new polling released this week by Rasmussen Reports shows that a growing number of Democrat voters are waking up to the fact that the 2020 election was, at the very least, rigged, if not outright stolen.
In other words, the narrative is crumbling – it’s impossible to hide the fact that Biden is an illegitimate and incompetent president.
According to the poll from March 24th, nearly a quarter of registered Democrat voters now believe that Joe would not be president today if the media had done their jobs

Californians in San Diego are driving across the border into Mexico for cheaper gas.
Gas prices in California are averaging $6 a gallon thanks to a combination of Joe Biden’s war on domestic energy production and high taxes in the Golden State.
The gas prices in Tijuana cost an average of $3.96 a gallon – a whopping $2 a gallon cheaper than in California.
Large banners at the Mexican gas stations advertising their cheap gas prices take a shot a Joe Biden’s America: “Cheaper than in the USA!”
The Los Angeles Times reported:
Claudia Jessica Villarreal used to fill up her gray Nissan Pathfinder near her home in Chula Vista, Calif.

Fresh off her suspension from “The View” for saying “the Holocaust wasn’t racist,” Whoopi Goldberg is making headlines once again.
The 66-year-old actress, known for her roles in the movies “Sister Act” and “Ghost,” is no stranger to making controversial statements. It was just last month that “The View” suspended her from the program for her widely panned comments claiming the Holocaust wasn’t about race.
Now she’s on a tear about the British Royal Family, deploring their role in the country’s imperialist past and calling on them to apologize for what she perceives to be the British Empire’s historical sins.

An angry and desperate Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) unleashed her spokesperson Jeremy Adler on House GOP Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) Thursday, who excoriated him for endorsing her 2022 midterm election opponent and not rejecting right-wing, Trump supporters in the Republican Party.
“A leader with honor would be rejecting – not protecting – the pro-Putin, anti-Semitic, white nationalist members of the party, instead of fighting against Liz Cheney for telling the truth,” Adler proclaimed via Twitter. Cheney retweeted his sentiments in apparent approval of his phrasing and linked to a CNN story it first appeared in where McCarthy called his endorsement of Harriet Hageman, Cheney’s Trump-endorsed GOP challenger, a “special case.”

MSNBC host Al Sharpton said Friday on “Deadline” that the Republicans were going to use “straight-out racially charged whistles” during the midterm elections.
Guest-host Alicia Menendez said, “Let’s just talk about what the Jackson hearings tells us about the upcoming midterm battles, issues, and stereotypes they repeatedly tried to tap into here. Portraying Democrats, portraying Judge Jackson as being soft on crime, bringing up abortion and racist baby books, trying to victimize themselves by invoking previous Supreme Court hearings. Any question what the midterm fight is going to look like after what we watched this week?”
Sharpton said, “It is very clear they are going to use all kinds of dog whistles

California’s average gas price reached a record high of $5.90 per gallon on Friday, according to AAA.
Just last month, the state’s average gas price was $4.79. One year ago, the average price of gas in the state was $3.88, a full $2.02 less.
Nationwide, the average price of gas ($4.24) has increased by about 70 cents since Russia invaded Ukraine. But gas prices had already risen about a full $1.00 since President Joe Biden assumed office and waged war on American energy independence. [Tweet]
Throughout his first year in office, Biden has made it difficult for oil companies to gain financing to drill on private lands.

The Left has a Nazi fetish. They have an unhealthy obsession with Adolf Hitler. Maybe it’s because they all secretly want to be him? After all, he built death camps, put people he hated into them, and systemically murdered them. It’s what liberals want to do with anyone with whom they disagree, so roughly half the country. Everything they hate is rooted in racism, sexism, misogyny, or Nazism. It’s the same old game, but it’s not reaching levels of mockery that we really haven’t approached yet. I have never seen an op-ed that argues that working out and exercising is akin to Nazism. It’s all here.

In his live-tweeting of the confirmation hearings this week to decide if Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson will serve on the U.S. Supreme Court, Committee for Justice (CFJ) President Curt Levey made a telling point about how Judge Jackson was selected as the nominee in the first place, which included considerable involvement from White House Chief of Staff Ron Klain. [Tweet]
As he was questioning Judge Jackson on Wednesday night, Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA), was discussing how "rights should be adjudicated." This led to the senator reminding that President Joe Biden wanted a justice who would read new rights into the 9th Amendment, which should be concerning,

Socialist takeovers always progress to the food shortage stage sooner or later. Remember reading in horror about how Venezuelans were gobbling up their zoo animals in an effort to remain alive? Seems like it was only yesterday. But since horsemen Pestilence and War have already galloped through, I guess Famine can’t be far behind.
Last fall, I wrote about a conversation I had with an escapee from a late-stage socialist country south of our border:
“Are you ready for the [something in Spanish]?” another socialism escapee asked me the other day.
“What does that mean?” I asked.
“The great hunger,” he replied.
I asked him how he knew that was coming,

On Wednesday, the Selective Service System (SSS) announced that “In the event of a draft, our agency would partner with @fema to provide opportunities to conscientious objectors to ensure our nation keeps moving forward.” The announcement rattled Americans, especially those of draftable age who do not want to go fight for a foreign country in which the United States doesn’t have a critical interest. [Tweet]
Why on earth would the government agency responsible for registering young men for the draft start talking about non-combat opportunities for conscientious objectors “in the event of a draft,” unless they know something?

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis wants his state’s high school students to be prepared to succeed in the world no matter what career path they choose to follow. And one requirement for success in a capitalist society like America is the ability to understand money.
To that end, Florida will now mandate that all students be required to take a financial literacy course “to learn the basics of money management, understanding debt, understanding how to balance a checkbook, understanding the fundamentals of investing,” DeSantis said at a press conference on Wednesday.
CNBC:
“Whether our students choose to go to one of our great colleges or universities,
