The “Nuclear Option” for Kamala?

I suggested last week that negative stories about Kamala Harris that ran on CNN and over at Politico were surely planted by the Biden political staff at the White House, but I’m not sure whether the same can be said about today’s much more savage story in The Telegraph: “With Kamala Harris looking unelectable, the Democrats are considering the nuclear option.”
Unlike the Daily Mail, which sensationalizes news from the U.S. in tabloid style—though it must be said that it is often reporting stories the U.S. mainstream media avoids—The Telegraph is a staid broadsheet. Thus, some of the content of this story is all the more astounding for the panic

They had to add a made up graph stating :"Biden;s unpopularity is second only to Trump for a president this far into a White House term." Liars. Who's opinion is that? Joy Reid's?

Ditch the camel, have joey appoint Hillary, joey steps down for health reasons and hillary becomes president and the real terror begins.

I cannot see how Mattressback would get 51 votes to be on SCOTUS, nor can I see a replacment VP that is acceptable to the radical left getting the votes needed either. Why would she want to embarrass herself with hearings, and in SCOTUS rulings, when she can stay where she is, and sooner or later, become POTUS? Soros better get out his checkbook.

Why appoint Kamala to the Supreme Court? Is that her price?
Why not to some remote federal bench? Maybe dog catcher somewhere.
This is a lead balloon.

The palace intrigue is interesting enough. Except it isn't a palace. It isn't a monarchy.
The sense of entitlement by Democrats is staggering. It isn't their White House and the offices therein aren't theirs. Yet they treat it as such and, if one scrap of a story like this is true, assume they can shift people in and out of the highest offices in the land.

I don't see how Harris gets past the Senate. What are her law school grades like? What distinguished accomplishments has she made? How would the bar rate her as an attorney? How could someone who is exceedingly political be considered an impartial jurist?
I just don't see this "nuclear option" as something real. What I would not put past Dems is cooking up something that causes embarrassment to Harris and forces her to step down. They will eat their own when it is necessary for the survival of their brood.

The real nuclear option belongs to KH. Just get out to the nearest camera and speak compassionately about Brandon's diminished nature and how she thinks the 25th should be invoked. Have a couple amazing anecdotes to embellish. She can be President if she comes out like this. Have to look over her shoulder though.

"Democrats" can't remove her from her elected position because they don't like her. She was elected, right? She has to be impeached to be removed, like Spiro Agnew. Do they have something on her? If so, when did they know it?

It's going to be a bit sticky getting rid of a female Black VP. But Hillary will think of a way. Then Sheldon goes next.

Not gonna happen. If Kumalot gets appointed to the SJOTUS, and she will cause Collins and Murkowski will fall all over themselves to vote for the first Matressback women on the court. However, the 25 amendment requires approval of both houses of congress. If Kumolat is an Associate Just-Us, she isn't in the senate to break a tie. And even the RINOs will balk at voting for a leftist like Hitlery.

The plan is to prevent Kammie from becoming the first female President. She has to go before Joe dies. So the plan is to get her out as soon as possible. Then swear in Hillary and let Joe resign due to unspecified reasons and boom the dream comes true. Mark my words.

Understand the 25th Amendment as proffered in the article- If Harris steps down (vacates) to take a role as a Justice on the SC, Biden can then NOMINATE a replacement. This means the person Nominated would have to receive a majority in both Houses of Congress. The GOP is a backstabbing party that has no loyalty to those who voted for them and would be happy to appease Biden under the excuse the "government' must go on and VP must be selected yada yada yada. This is how you get Hillary or Michelle as VP. Timing is important- IF he replaces Harris before the midterms she likely will not get a Justice accommodation due to lack of vacancy and we are stuck with Hillary or Michelle due to lack of majority in each house and too many uniparty RINOs. IF Biden does this after the midterms the prayer is the Bolshevik democrats are no longer majority in either house.
Being an idiot running a Banana Republic does present difficulties.

Just read the comments so need to make another post.
First off, Agnew was not impeached - he was told to resign or else. Next, and for the 50th time, anyone nominated to replace either Commie-la or Joe has to be confirmed by congress. Does anyone believe that a 50/50 senate would vote to confirm Hillary? Or Mooch?

The main focus should be Biden choosing Kamala as his running mate. The media stated at the time that making the choice was the first test of his presidency.
Also, remember that Kamala can start the procedures required for the 25th Amendment for removing Joe.

Remember, Nancy Pelosi, when she thought it would be useful against President Trump, allowed for a panel to be established that would be able to way-in on the capacity of POTUS to remain in office.
Presuming this will be in-place come January 2023, and a good chance of Republicans taking back the House, and building on the Senate.
Now, if somehow they remove VP now, under the 25th amendment, any replacement MUST be approved by BOTH the House and Senate.
So, if they remove Harris, the democrats could not break a tie if the Senate votes 50-50.
And, now you can see why some are mentioning President Trump for Speaker of the House, since they could then invoke the 25th amendment on both Biden and Harris, then it would be 3rd in line for the office, which would be Trump, under that scenario.
Despite all of that, if Joe Biden is removed using the 25th amendment it would also call into question how long he had been not able to perform the duties, and any legislation or executive orders signed.

Yes, #18 a 50/50 split or even a slight GOP edge COULD still vote and approve Hillary or Michelle as VP if nominated. There are plenty of people in both Houses with (R) after their name that would vote to elect these two because they have no loyalty to the ideas and promises they themselves made to get elected. They are submissive cowards who will support this administration for 1) personal gain 2) or fear that something about them will be exposed. We all know who they are. It is still about timing. Before the midterms, it is easy to get Hillary or Michelle confirmed as VP because of the majority in both Houses. If they wish to get rid of Harris they will with no problem, especially if Hillary is involved. After the midterms, a bit more difficult but do not believe that a few "republicans" would not vote for either one.

This is why Hillary is forcing her way onto liberal talk shows. She smells blood in the water and sees another chance for herself. I doubt that the DNC is anxious to put her up for a 3rd try at the Presidency. But they should go ahead and try that if they have nothing else, which may be the case.

Has anyone ever seen Kommie La Harris and the Beast together at the same time? Or will Kommie, after debauching her way to the oval office, rip off her mask and with an evil cackle that freezes every patriotic American's blood instantly, proclaim itself as Hildabeast 1, emperor for life?

I don't think this is really about just 2024. Since when does a vice-president have an automatic lock on a presidential candidacy? God knows Dan Quayle didn't. No, I think getting rid of Kamala is a more urgent problem as Joe's mental and physical decline accelerates. They need someone to take over at a moment's notice with a chance at 2024 later. That's a big problem for the dems. The Clinton scorched earth policy against younger party talent to clear Hillary's path has had long term effects on nationally viable candidates. There's no one left standing but the gerontocracy, who were already forces to be reckoned with in the late 90s, dewy chicks who haven't had time to make a base since Hillary crashed & burned in 2016, and the extremists who flew in under their radar (like Obama & his crowd).

Harris better hope for the SCOTUS nomination. Her slack-jawed performance wouldn't be nearly as noticeable there as in the Oval Office. She could populate all office photos with piles of federal law books, open a few of them, and even appear to study them. It'd be like her ''interview'' with those child actors.
