The Culture War is Lost – Now What?

Original Article

Posted By: GustoGrabber, 10/26/2021 9:25:22 AM

The Culture War as we know it is over, and we’ve lost. Now, mark my words carefully. I said the Culture War as we know it is over. The war for our country’s soul has only just begun. What’s over now is what you might call the Napoleonic Phase of the Culture War: the two armies in smart uniforms lining up and trading grapeshot like gentlemen. That phase is over, and we’ve lost. The radical Left has finished its “long march through the institutions.” They now control every major center of power—be it political, military, economic, social, and cultural.

If the Culture War is "lost" then it's time to abandon / ignore such 'culture' and create your own 'culture' geared inward - exclusively for your family.

What are you doing, Mr. Davis? The culture war may be a lot of things, but "over" isn't one of them, and neither is "lost." In fact, it's just beginning and the tide is starting to turn: abortion opinion, rejection of wokeness, and "Let's go Brandon" are just a few examples. Cheer up, and snap out of it, you Debbie Downer.

If the culture war is over, so is our country. Lose your country, lose your history. Lose your culture, lose your education. Lose your culture, and lose your rights, freedom, safety, and your life. Our culture is the basis for our country. Lose your culture, lose your country.

Bee Ess. We lost a few statues of old dead soldiers but their history and heroic acts live on. They were pulled down by people who either have no history and never cracked a book in school or did not agree with what they gave their lives for.

I think it's worse than the Author says. He credits the rank and file with being actively conservative on Facebook. On the contrary, my experience has been that during the last 18 months you couldn't even get people to say 'no' to burning cities on Facebook.

In 1992, Pat Buchanan gave a speech at the Republican National Convention about conservatives/Republicans losing the Culture War. He was roundly criticized by the news media and their useful idiots, the Nixon-Ford-Bush Republicans. What we need now is to counter attack and launch our own long march through the institutions. First, we cut away the cold dead hand of the Nixon-Ford-Bush Republicans and fill that vacancy with a new generation of leaders who are not fellow travelers that "work across the aisle."

I’ve got to agree with the article. Figuring out ways to resist and reverse will not be easy. The baddies own so many institutions under the aegis of the “Ministry of Love.” The Gullibles believe they have love.

When the left controls something, they enforce it. They will murder you, send SWAT, indict you, send the IRS auditors, the EPA muggers. But the GOP, what have they ever enforced? Nothing. The party is totally worthless.

"...The radical Left has finished its “long march through the institutions.” They now control every major center of power—be it political, military, economic, social, and cultural..." Does anyone deny the blunt accuracy of that statement? It's the plain truth and trashing the author for proposing solutions, without offering other solutions is unhelpful. Being nice got us into this mess, being nice is not going to get us out of it.

#9, I'm not sure to what your question alludes. It seems ambiguous. CRISIS Magazine is a Catholic publication. I have published two artices with them. Here is where we are, folks: 1) Don't count on Republicans in Congress to fight our battles. Too many are cowardly and more concerned about hurting Leftist's precious, onion-skinned sensitivities. And even if they were to ever regain majorities, they will "power share" with the DemonRat party. So we can take this off the table. 2) Don't waste your precious time and energy trying to get Leftists to see the Truth. Their higher brain centers, such as the frontal cortex, the part of our brains where planning and critical thinking occur, has been short circuited by their constant pursuits of pleasure and instant gratification. Thanks to Planned Parenthood. 3) Therefore, Leftists understand only two things--money and power. Like drugs, these two things intoxicate them. They get their power from money, so they must be bled dry of funds. 4) As Jim Caviezel recently said, "Evil is powerless when good people are unafraid." I believe some of us are going to face martyrdom, either white (persecution) or red (death). We must be willing to go where even "angels fear to tread." The Kingdom of God is seeded through martyrdom. Are we willing to risk this so that our freedom, which only comes through Christ, can be restored?

The United States and China have been engaged in strategic competition for years — a fact that only the U.S. has been slow to recognize. But for the U.S. to prevail, it must recognize that the successful strategy of the last Cold War, containment, will not work against its new adversary. eventy-five years ago this past February, a U.S. State Department employee named George Kennan dashed off what would later be called the "Long Telegram." This week, state lawmakers are considering a proposal that would effectively end a part of the debate regarding COVID-19 vaccine and testing mandates. But even with its good intentions, it doesn’t appear to go far enough. As the Sun-Times’ Rachel Hinton reported this week, legislators have been considering a proposal that would ban employees from citing moral beliefs as a valid reason for refusing to comply with a workplace mandate for COVID-19 vaccination or testing. Under the Illinois measure, employees would still be able to cite religious or medical reasons for not complying with COVID-19 requirements. But in our view, as we approach a second winter of this pandemic,

The West is collapsing under the weight of authoritarian governments. Their “representatives” are rapidly robbing the individual citizen of bodily autonomy, of freedom of movement, and of the ability to work, play, and partake in society. Under martial law, Australia and New Zealand, in the course of the COVID pandemic, have practically reverted to penal-colony status. Working in tandem as a criminal syndicate, Canadian and American government and corporate entities have colluded to corner the individual, and compel him to offer up his life-blood to the COVID spike protein.
The Targeting of Military Chaplains Under Biden 13 replies

Military chaplains who adhere to traditional Christian teaching find themselves with targets on their backs in Joe Biden’s military. Its amorphous definition of “bigotry” clearly extends to the historic teachings of Christianity about the natural moral law. Earlier this year, a chaplain who merely criticized transgenderism in a Facebook post was subject to an Army investigation. A foreshadowing of the persecution of Christian military chaplains could already be glimpsed under the Obama-Biden administration. In 2010, a top Army official described conservative Christian members of the military as “bigoted” and said those who can’t support the LGBT agenda “need to get out.” That view is even more pronounced today among Biden’s military brass.

One of Bill Clinton’s slippery slogans in the 1990s was that abortion should be “safe, legal, and rare.” But the Left never cared for the ambivalence about abortion that that slogan conveyed. To counter that ambivalence, Planned Parenthood launched a campaign to celebrate abortion straightforwardly. It hawked T-shirts that said, “I had an abortion.” Abortion advocates such as Barbara Ehrenreich started writing openly about their own abortions. “You can blame a lot of folks, from media bigwigs to bishops, if we lose our reproductive rights, but it’s the women who shrink from acknowledging their own abortions who really irk me,” she wrote.

That definition should leave even those who have never had a course in accounting or finance shaken. Not only is Janet Yellen considering this, but the Democrat party is on board as well.

So he must be just grasping for anything he can having Biden in to speak at this point. I can’t imagine Biden helping him at all. Biden doesn’t have any ability to really draw anyone.
