Not only did California Gov. Gavin Newsom survive the recall election, the vote margin was tilted so far in his favor by Wednesday morning that he’s likely to see the results as a mandate to issue another round of harsh pandemic rules. What is certain is that he will consider it a signal to press the Blue State agenda that’s made California a miserable experience for so many.Recalling a Democratic governor in a state where roughly twice as many Democrats are registered to vote as Republicans was always going to be a nearly impossible task. At one time, polls indicated Newsom could be ousted. It appeared a chance to climb

Californians like rampant crime, cities full of homeless encampments with needles, urine and feces everywhere, sky-high taxes, power outages, water shortages. So let them have it all, and much more of it all, and welcome to it. You have the perfect governor.

If you go after the king, you better not miss. I'll bet you can't get a U-Haul in California after this.

Old fashioned "voting" does not exist anymore. Morality in politics does not exist anymore We have to recruit some REALLY smart computer hackers to tilt the results for OUR side. Newsome made a deal with the devil, so do we.

We Californians deserve the beat down a vengeful Newsom will launch. Because he faced the recall he didn’t dare enact any statewide crackdown due to the delta variant. He relied on LA and the Bay Area to reimpose mask mandates and require vaccination papers to enter restaurants, etc.
With his massive win the gloves will come off. There is legislation in Sacramento that will require vaccine passport to enter anywhere with the exception, perhaps, of grocery stores.
I live in Palm Springs where restaurants already require proof of vaccination and this city relies heavily on the hospitality Industry. I tell people all the time that in most of the rest of the country the pandemic is long over. Nothing penetrates their thick skulls.

Editor, don’t you mean that the cheating tilted so far in his favor? This election was rigged months ago.

The energy that fueled the signature gathering was from small businesses, mostly bars and restaurants, that were opposed to the arbitrary lockdowns, outside dining construction restrictions, and mask and vaccine mandates. By the time the election came around most of this was ignored and the businesses were open almost as usual. This undermined the real outrage at Newsom so that many people that had signed the petition never showed up at the polls.
On top of this the California Republican party is fragmented and lacks any organizational structure after being driven out of government by the Democrats. Larry Elder is a great talker and has face recognition but he lacks any serious grass roots organization and network to either get elected or govern once he did. Republicans still think that people will turn out for them because they are right about the issues. They don't know how to counteract the elite controlled media that has poisoned their image with the low information masses beyond repair.
Newsom suddenly becomes the Democrat presidential front runner for 2024 as a result of this victory in California. He is the perfect empty suit to succeed Biden and isn't hated by the party like Harris.

I won’t berate the Californians for this catastrophe. I do not believe for one second that this was a legitimate election. Legitimate elections are a relic if America’s past. The tyrant class has perfected their election theft to the point where they don’t even have to hide it anymore.

Yeah, they mailed out ballots to the world and they were returned but many were not completed by the addresses who claim they never sent them in. Folks, its not who votes but who is in charge of counting the votes.

I wonder how much fraud played a role in the election? There were already stories of ballots in cars and people stealing ballots out of mailboxes, and stories of Republican voters going to the polls to vote, only to be told they had already voted. I guess the margin of victory shows the amount of worry the demosluts had. They produced more fraud then was needed.

They mailed out then harvested so many ballots that it’s a miracle Newsom didnt win with 98% of the counted ballots.
And now that the signal has been sent, any conservative black person running for office can be assaulted by racist white Democrats without fear.

Voting means nothing. Vote fraud overrides all the real votes, so that the folks in charge of the vote fraud get whatever outcome they want, regardless of what the serfs might want.

What California has is a very large public employee population, which is larger than the total number of votes received by Larry Elder. Add some of their family members who also benefit from that public employee job and generous benefits, and you can likely double that figure.
So, you need over 5 million votes just to meet that group.
Republicans need to figure out how to work within the system, and not simply be against it, or want to "take things away", which is how it's portrayed. Figure out how to message a positive tone.
Realize abortion would be legal there even if Roe is overturned, so it should not be a topic that has any real chance of being changed - takes a whole issue away from them which Newsom even mentioned in his celebration speech last night.
Focus on cleaning up the voter rolls and ensuring the election process has strong chain of custody protocols.
If Democrats question either, ask if why they don't want safe and fair elections. Why they believe dead people, or the hundreds of thousands of people who've moved out of California, or even within California, should still be on any voter registration list? Repeat this over and over to paint them as not wanting legitimate elections.

The results of any election in California should be questioned. When every "registered" voter gets two or three mail in ballots the fraud is rampant. The fraudulent results of this recall election is no surprise.

I blame all the Republicans that abandoned California instead of staying here and fighting for their State. I imagine they will also abandon America when the fighting gets too tough to save her as well. Republicans refuse to fight. They simply run away and then bad mouth all of us that have stayed. Where was the National Republican Party when we needed help to oust Newsom? We got a talk show guy this time and an actor last time. Gee thanks. Most complainers of California do not reside in California. I love God, my wife and kids, America and yes, California. I will stay and fight. I will not run away. I am not a Republican. I am a Christian Conservative. Have a blessed day.
