President Joe Biden’s Department of Justice pledged Monday to protect abortion seekers in Texas in the wake of the Supreme Court’s 5-4 decision not to block state law prohibiting abortion after six weeks.Attorney General Merrick Garland said in a statement that his agency will “protect those seeking to obtain or provide reproductive health services” under a federal law referred to as the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act.“The department will provide support from federal law enforcement when an abortion clinic or reproductive health center is under attack,” he added. “We will not tolerate violence against those seeking to obtain or provide reproductive health services

Why not? The Federal Government authorized the murder of U S Citizens in Afghanistan. Those have been listed as not essential. Why not also list all the unborn as non-essential? Why not just kill all those in prison, while they are at it?
And put all of us deplorables to death, while they are at it?

Protect them from what? There is no federal law that codifies abortion as a right. Roe v Wade was an court opinion, and that's it. Show me the actual Act that says that abortion 'rights' are the law of the land. It simply hasn't been challenged.
If these people want to kill their children, then they can go to another state that allows it. No one is stopping them.

Let me get this straight - you won’t tolerate violence against those wishing to inflict violence (murder) on the most vulnerable in our society. Got it!

It's impressive how the GOP successfully loses to these people in elections across America. Breathtaking really.

Merrick Garland. Another one who needs to be dealt with.
He got lost in the shuffle of the past few weeks.

The lie-berals are playing on fear, because it is all they have.
Nothing in this bill calls for violence against anyone. Terms like "under attack" appeal to people's most basic fears, but are not founded on any sense of reality. But we all know that lie-berals are incapable of comprehending logic, reason, or facts. Fear and feelings are all they have, and they are worth exactly what you know they are worth -- which is nothing, zero, zilch, nada!!!!
Any Texas woman with a baby growing inside her with a beating heart can still go to Louisiana, Oklahoma, or New Mexico, and slaughter her unborn baby tomorrow. There will be no armed men stopping her. There will be no roadblocks on the Interstates. It's a little more inconvenient than driving to Dallas or Houston, but if she is Hell-bent on killing her unborn baby, I-10, I-20 and I-45 will all take her to where she can do her murderous and evil act!!!

Because the Texas law says citizens can sue the abortion clinic and as we know from the Left, words are violence, therefore....

I'll give credit to McConnell. He kept Merrick Garland off the Supreme Court.

Describing aborting fetuses as "reproductive health services" is the Nth degree of putting lipstick on a pig.

It’s all left wing theater. The reason the Supreme Court did not take the case was because the people bringing the case did not have standing. This will soon be rectified and Texas will have their post-heartbeat abortions back. The left is just whipping up the base—nothing more.

There is no federal law allowing for abortion. What we have is a SC decision which allows abortion because there is no law banning it.

Sit down, Merrick. The only people getting violent are the abortion-loving liberals. And you're a lousy lawyer because this Act has nothing to do with the Texas law. You're grasping at strawmen again.

The only violence that takes place at a murder mill is upon a helpless baby. Pro-life demonstrators, like "40 Days for Life", prefer peaceful prayer vigils. Since 2004 "40 Days" has seen over 100 abortion mills shut down across the U.S. Their first target, Planned Parenthood in College Station, TX, is now the international headquarters for "40 Days for Life". I do not think it is just coincidence that Texas was the first state to employ Leftist tactics against them, citizen enforcement.
Life is sacred from the womb to the tomb.

But, #9, last summer the left was telling us that “silence is violence”. To them, everything is violence except slaughtering unborn children.
