There has been no end of commentary dealing with Donald Trump’s turbulent presidency and the scandal of his electoral loss. There’s no doubt that from the day of the “grand escalator ride” (and even before) to the day of his departure from the White House, a social, media, and political upheaval was in progress, and would not cease even when he once again became a private citizen. Reasons pro and con for the debacle have proliferated since Hurricane Trump made landfall in America, but the issues are basically very simple and can be stated economically.
There were essentially three called strikes against him, all that was needed to count him out.

Preach it, Brother, only trouble is your preaching is to the choir! But here's a big "Amen" for it, anyway! Wonderful article.

All correct except that Trump was not " driven " from office. As was said, fraud, government sponsored FRAUD. The deepstate/swamp believe that they're entitled to rule. Everyone and anyone that gets in their way is expendable.

It’s high time to reinstate the President of the United States! Stolen elections cannot stand, lest we acknowledge that they are the norm…

Wow! I can remember a time when the free vote of the American people actually determined who got elected President. How old fashioned. Now it appears Spectre gets to decide these things. Who knew?

That’s what I think. My read of it is that election fraud would have been off topic, election fraud being one of the “how”s, not the “why.”
Trump was a Reformer. The Deep State are persons so adroit in the governmental domains that that are beyond the reach of reform. Election fraud is definitely in their toolbox. Perhaps 2020 was merely the most extensive and most exposed.
The Gullibles are relentlessly propagandized into believing that The Reformer was evil. And so they were conned out of their birthright.
We are getting screwed and are desperately trying to figure out how to make it stop. They kinda like it.

Trump can no longer troll the Left on social media. It should be up to those of us still hanging onto FB & Twit accounts. Sure, they'll cancel you out too, but if LOTS and lots of conservative voices persist in pointing at our bare-assed naked emperor and laughing at his ridiculousness, some of our displeasure will get out there. But yeah, - MAKE them cut you off. There should be a contest or something. How I got kicked off social media contest. Sadly, I could not enter - never established with any of them. A minority stance, but no regrets. If they kick off enough people they only hurt themselves.

The Big $$$$ companies & donors drove him out....They are still upset because Trump was probably the only President who won without their Big $$$$$...and he still doesn’t need them or their $$$$....I’m soooo old I remember when the US went to foreign countries to ensure voting was legit.....now we’re there & the Big $$$ companies & one sided media are a big part of the problems....

All correct except that Trump did not have a turbulent presidency. In fact, I was better off with Trump than even with Reagan. Trump was the man of the hour for me. For that brief hour, we had the government we believed we deserved.
Sadly, we have that again now. Begs the question, ''What did we do to deserve this?''

A patriotic man says he wants to "Make America great again" and heads explode. What does that really say to you ?

Right on target. The dumbest of the leftists give the first reason the most attention but the Washington crowd is most miffed about reason number 2, Trump beat them at their own game and he did it with style and flair, matching every one of Obama's failures with a huge success. Their Lightbringer and "the smartest man in the room" was reduced to a useless lawn ornament in a red jacket holding a little lantern.

Bravo! Excellent article that will resonate with every Trump supporter. Have to agree with #2. President Trump was not driven from office. Democrats stole what they could not win. President Trump eviscerated democrats on the field of ideas and they knew they could not best him so they did what they do best, cheated. Now look at the mess we are in because democrats cannot accept that their ideas are rejected by the majority of Americans.

Most importantly, President Trump wasn't bought so his policy decisions were based upon his love of country. Today, it seems way too many in our government are bought, or waiting to be. With them, you always wonder, who benefits?

What the author forgot is that there was a fraudulent election resulting in We the People getting the worst President in the history of this great country.

And if FPDT ever regains office he will be impeached and convicted in short order. Charges won't matter. Whatever is convenient. Mitch plainly told FPDT that after the last impeachment imbroglio not to depend on the "protection" of GOPe Republicans ever again. The UNIPARTY will not stand for another Trump term.

My only quibble with this article is that the author sidesteps the issue of massive election fraud so carefully he is basically square dancing around it!! Otherwise, excellent points here.
