Guitar wiz Eric Clapton won’t bring his ax to venues that require the vax.
Drawing from his own experience—an AstraZeneca shot he described as “disastrous”—the “Tears in Heaven” singer stated that he took exception to English Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s decision that unvaccinated people would not be allowed inside English clubs and music venues. “Following the PM’s announcement on Monday the 19th of July 2021 I feel honour bound to make an announcement of my own: I wish to say that I will not perform on any stage where there is a discriminated audience present,” Clapton said in a statement posted

Adverse effects are banned from discussion because there are riches to be made. FTA: "Clapton claimed the first dose made him sick, and the second jab was worse. “The reactions were disastrous,” he recalled. “My hands and feet were either frozen, numb or burning, and pretty much useless for two weeks, I feared I would never play again.” Clapton said he was hesitant about getting a vaccination shot on account of suffering from the neurological disorder peripheral neuropathy “But the propaganda said the vaccine was safe for everyone.”

#2, no offense intended but does being the head of the NIH give a person the “wisdom” (odd use of that word) to protect other people’s health? Who has that kind of knowledge let alone “wisdom”? Perhaps the wisdom Mr. Clapton is showing is in trusting others to make their own decisions. And rather than enhancing his wealth Clapton has a history of taking unpopular stands due to personal conviction.

Go sell it somewhere else, #2. Your precious vaccine produced side effects so serious that it nearly crippled Clapton and took his gift forever.

Clapton is reaffirming the right to publicly disagree with the government lie that the vaccine is without risk. He has a lot more courage and wisdom than Mark Zuckerberg and Facebook. Or Fauci.

Clapton and Van Morrison recently made it clear that they have had enough of a world in constant fear of this virus. Living like the Boy in the Bubble isn't good for human health, or sanity. A few of our musical heroes know that as well as we do.
Speaking of the "Clapton is God" spray paint tags in London in 1966 after the great album Eric did with John Mayall and the Bluesbreakers, the year 1966 was when Hendrix hit the big time, and he did that in London. The late Chris Squire, bassist for the progressive rock group Yes, was there at the beginning. After hearing Noel Redding struggle to learn the bass part on "Purple Haze," Chris said he felt like taking the instrument out of Redding's hands, and saying, "Here, you play it like this." Squire's group was supposed to open for another band that night, but the management said this black American guitarist was coming in, and Chris expected disaster. "Oh, he's got this awful band." (Redding and Mitch Mitchell on drums). But plugging in his equipment, he noticed the line outside the club was very long. Then he looked down, and saw Jeff Beck and Jimmy Page sitting there. And Steve Winwood and Eric Clapton. And Keith Richards and Mick Jagger. And is that George Harrison over there? And Paul? And John? Oh my! Needless to say, Hendrix blew the sides off that club. Squire said he looked down at Clapton, who had a look that said, "Oh my God, I'm not God anymore." Nice story from one of rock's greatest bassists.
