It's frustrating to hear people on the Right, including some who should know better, claim there's "no evidence" of significant, possibly outcome-changing fraud in the last presidential election — even as the forensic audit in Arizona uncovers multiple discrepancies.
Clearly, they're confusing "evidence" with "proof."
No, there may not be absolute, incontrovertible proof of election fraud — yet. But there is plenty of evidence, good reasons a rational person might question the outcome. Here are ten that come to mind, in no particular order:
Eyewitness testimony. Since November 3, hundreds of people have come forward to report that they personally witnessed various irregularities

"...In fact, in Arizona and elsewhere, they appear to be in a state of abject panic, willing to do almost anything to disrupt, discredit, or delay audits." It's not just the presidency that was stolen. Four Senate seats were filched: in Arizona, Michigan, and two in Georgia. When the Arizona audit is complete, Mark Kelly will likely be shown to have gained his seat by Democrat cheating. In Michigan, Republican John James was solidly ahead Election Night until the vans showed up in Detroit after midnight with boxes of fraudulent votes. Democrat cheating is the only reason why the Senate is 50-50. If the elections were legal, the Republicans would be up 54-46.
I would say that 2022 should be see a beating of the Democrats like Hoover's by FDR in '32, but Democrats worked long and hard to put their fraud machine in place, and will do anything to keep it undisturbed. Straightening out elections in the states should be done immediately, but Democrats will fight hard to keep their fraud going. Their future power depends on it. They're termites.

I'm confused. What's the difference between evidence and proof in this case? If there were 10,000 phony ballots counted, and they all went to Biteme, that's not only evidence of fraud, but proof fraud took place. Now if this occurs over and over again in a few states, then the evidence proves fraud took place. My issue is with the entire court systems in this country that refused to even allow a case of fraud to be presented with the excuse that there was no evidence of fraud.

I am reminded of the (in)famous statement from Ian Fleming's character Auric Goldfinger 'Once is accident, twice is coincidence, thrice is enemy action'. We have ten here.

I think the strongest proof of election fraud is the intensity with which the Democrats are working to stop audits and their demand for everyone to say that Joe won! Chris Wallace comes to mind.

There is soooooo much information. I have tried to assimilate it but .... one must talk state by state perhaps county by county.
I wish i had a grasp of what is coming out of the audits. Most articles are low on specific facts with explanations of their significance.
I fear it is too big to be exposed. Too many subsidiary facts needed to establish each ultimate issue.
The audits need to be clearly presented in a digestible way.

It has not been worth this misery, but the delay in justice has served the purpose of exposing the uniparty deep state. I can count on two hands the republicans in congress who I think are worth reelecting. Paul, Kennedy, Jordan, Gohmert, Hawley, Greene
Think back six years to who you thought was a good conservative republican. Think back to the primary. It saddens me how stupid we were!

#1 on my list was the counting being stopped nearly simultaneously in Atlanta and other major cities in several critical swing States around midnight. In all my years watching election night returns that was the first time I had ever seen that happening in even ONE location, much less several at the same time.

FTA: "The Constitution expressly cedes authority for conducting elections to state legislatures."
And that authority includes deciding which slate of electors is sent to cast the electoral votes for the respective states. And that is the place Republicans/conservatives avoid going. SIX REPUBLICAN LEGISLATURES are at the heart of all this. They were derelict in their duty, failing to look into these allegations beyond the cursory before certifying electors. Why? Perhaps someone can tell us.
There is a challenge process. Challenges were going to be made. Then came this convenient "insurrection", after which Mitch shut down challenges altogether, save Arizona. That came to a quick, ignominious end - especially if this audit shows what is purported.
Blame the Demo-commies all day...and then explain why SIX REPUBLICAN LEGISLATURES failed in their duties. Coincidence? Accident? UNIPARTY hatred for PDT...now FPDT? Let's look under all the rocks.

Just looking at the crowds that showed up at Trump rallies compared to the few that were at Biden's tell me this election was a fraud.

Omitted is the complete lack of security in Mail-In ballots: 99% of all mail delivery personnel both dropping off and picking up mail in ballots are Democrats. They see the Trump sign in the yard or the American flag in the yard- and 'Poof' the mail in ballot never gets delivered or it is stolen and filled out for Biden-or it magically disappears before it gets to the post office. Multiply that by 150,000 postal workers- that is how so many elderly voters were turned away on Election Day and told 'You already voted'. Does not have to go any farther than that.

We all witnessed the fraud on election night. It was a complete fraud. The Republicans locked out. The count shut down. Ballots pulled from under tables. Arizona called before the counts started.

I live in the district in Georgia currently misrepresented by Hank Johnson who is famous for worrying that Guam will flip over is Stacy Abrams runs to one side. He's the price we had to pay to get rid of Cynthia McKinney. Cynthia won several elections when some precincts gave her 100% if the vote and the turnout was also 100%. Missing from the article is the rigged voting machines. To be fair about it, the lines to vote in Georgia were so of the longest I've ever seen. And they didn't look like Trump fans.

Unfortunately for Dems, the Russia Hoax their party paid for, and the wall-to-wall fake "bombshells" fed to Americans by their corrupt MSM, failed to undo the 2016 election.
Today their self-serving lies can be seen as a teachable moment. The Russia Hoax exposed the lengths to which corrupt politicians and individuals inside and outside the federal government were willing to go in order to IMPOSE their will upon the American people. For over four years, they orchestrated a series of Anti-Trump hit pieces, spied on the Trump Campaign, and arranged TWO vindictive "impeachments" of a duly elected President. His biggest "crime" was putting America and Americans First.
Given Dems shameful treatment of Donald Trump and his supporters over the past five years, it is entirely reasonable that millions of American citizens might find the "winning" and increasingly dictatorial regime undeserving of their trust. After four years of watching Dems lying in a failed effort to "undo" an election, outright lying about the outcome no longer seems unthinkable. Multiple "anomalies" in multiple states, and Trump winning more votes in 2020 than in 2016 appears to be inconsistent with the free and fair election we're assured took place. Last I heard, Americans liked secure borders and coming first in their own country.

The only other explanation for Joe Biden is that over half of Americans are stupid, delusional and ignorant of the consequences of being led by an idiot.

NO EVIDENCE has a specific legal meaning. Evidence must have been entered in a case before the Court and properly documented. When a knife is held to the throat of judges so that they will not hear a case, that evidence is not entered.
Since the MOB knows where Judges live, no Judge will agree to hear a case.
They have a desire to remain alive. And they know what will happen if they stray.
So: no evidence means we are under Mob rule.

This is an excellent summary. One thing he didn't mention is the unexpected large wins of so many down-ballot Republicans.
