Congressional Democrats are exploring ways to include financial incentives for states to expand voting access as part of a massive infrastructure bill, a key senator said Sunday.
Democrats have been struggling to get their marquee election reform bill passed in an evenly split Senate, where Republicans remain unified in their opposition and rules require 60 votes to advance most pieces of legislation.

A municipal judge in New Jersey’s Roselle Park borough is facing condemnation and scorn for effectively violating a Trump supporter’s First Amendment rights because of a complaint reportedly made by the borough’s Democrat Party mayor. That Trump supporter, Andrea Dick, has been displaying a slew of pro-Trump and profanely anti-Biden signs on the fence outside her mother’s home.Or rather, she had been, up until Roselle Park Municipal Court Judge Gary Bundy issued a ruling last Thursday ordering her mother, Patricia Dilascio, to remove the signs containing profanity within a week or face a $250/day fine.

I don’t know about you but when the mercury starts skyrocketing toward the century mark, I want nothing more than to lounge under a shady tree or beach/pool umbrella and chow down into a bowl full of a creamy, cooling treat. Yeah, usually ice cream will handle that. But there’s also a wide variety of other options for those with dietary restrictions or desires (like some tasty, coconut or almond milk “frozen desserts”).Regardless of how you choose to cool down this summer, today — it turns out — is a huge celebrations for all Americans and (perhaps) everyone around the world. Former U.S. Surgeon General Jerome Adams said coronavirus mask guidance may be "premature" or "wrong" in the face of potentially dangerous new variants. A little-watched civil rights case that threatens Silicon Valley’s Section 230 immunity took a huge step forward on July 16, as an appeals court that rarely does so agreed to review a lower court’s decision.
The U.S. Appeals Court for the Second Circuit in New York agreed to review a lower court’s ruling that Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (CDA) protects Big Tech companies such as Vimeo from civil rights liability in censorship cases.
Big Tech censorship became a hot button issue during the 2020 presidential campaign when then-President Donald Trump was selectively censored by Twitter, YouTube, and Facebook.

In San Diego, where I live, the problem is homeless attacks. Seems the homeless aren't just unsightly, unsanitary, or famous spreaders of disease, they're dangerous, and when you have a lot of them, you have a lot of unprovoked random assaults on law-abiding residents. The problem is out there, and too bad for those who don't like it. San Diego's new leftist mayor, Todd Gloria, is de facto advising the victims that he's going to create more of it.

We reported previously on the irony that hit the runaway Texas Democrats.
The Democratic lawmakers fled to D.C. to avoid having a quorum to be able to vote on an election security bill in Texas. They’ve been spreading a blatant lie that the bill is denying people voting rights when, in fact, it doesn’t deprive one person of the ability to vote.
But now, three of them have tested positive for the Wuhan coronavirus. This was after they took a bus, then a charter flight to D.C. and had been all around D.C., even meeting with people like Kamala Harris and Joe Manchin. Sounds like they were a super-spreader group.

The account of Gladys and Antonio Lozano, married nearly 59 years and found in their bed together, was compromised by a hacker the day of their funeral, their son Sergio Lozano told WSVN News. The crooks filled out a change of address form and created online banking for his parents’ account, then withdrew money via Zelle.

The families of 9/11 victims are enraged over the media and leftists portraying the U.S. Capitol riot as being worse than the horrific terrorist attacks that occurred almost 20 years ago, leaving nearly 3,000 dead in their wake and launching wars across the globe.
Families who lost loved ones on that tragic day told Fox News that they are disgusted and sickened by the comparison of the two events.
