On “Fox News Sunday,” Fox News anchor Chris Wallace repeatedly asked Republican Indiana Rep. Jim Banks if Republicans are responsible for defunding the police.Wallace said that Banks and the GOP voted against the $350 billion in President Joe Biden’s American Rescue Plan that funds police officers, in turn asking if he and all the other Republicans that voted against the bill voted to defund the police. Wallace’s question came in response to his earlier guest, White House senior adviser Cedric Richmond, who made the claim that Republicans were indeed responsible.Banks did not address Wallace’s question and instead explained how police forces

Hammer thrower Gwen Berry has defended turning her back on the US flag during the national anthem at the US Olympic trials, writing on Instagram 'I meant what I said. Period,' after being inundated with backlash online. Berry, 31, was on the podium at the trials in Oregon on Sunday when the anthem started playing. Her white competitors, DeAnna Price and Brooke Andersen, turned to face the flag and placed their hands on their hearts but Berry, a vocal BLM activist, turned to face the stands, put her hands on her hips and then held up a t-shirt bearing the words 'athlete activist'. In interviews later, she said

“Fox News Sunday” host Chris Wallace pushed Republican Study Committee Chair Rep. Jim Banks on the Democratic issue of defunding police departments, suggesting that the Indiana lawmaker’s party was actually responsible for cutting funds to law enforcement.During a segment on rising crime in U.S. cities, Banks appeared after former Rep. Cedric Richmond (D-La.), now a senior adviser to President Joe Biden, who blamed Republicans for “defunding” police by failing to support what amounted to a $350 billion bailout for poorly-run blue cities that suffered additional economic distress during the COVID-19 pandemic due to extensive, prolonged shutdowns.Richmond pushed back on a claim made by Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) that a

Dr. Julianne Malveaux, who is poised to become the first-ever dean of Ethnic Studies at Cal State University in Los Angeles, is learning that her words can indeed come back to haunt her.During a 1994 appearance on PBS, Malveaux expressed her disdain for Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas by publicly wishing for his death.“I hope his wife feeds him lots of eggs and butter, and he dies early, like many black men do, of heart disease,” she said.It took Malveaux nearly 20 years to walk back her death by breakfast comments aimed at the now 73-year-old conservative black justice, and take into account the damaging results that from such flippant

Yesterday, we reported how former Attorney General Bill Barr left no doubt he was exiting the Trump orbit when he told ABC’s Jonathan Karl what he thought about the claims of election fraud. He sat down with Karl in a series of interviews for a piece in The Atlantic in the spring. The piece regarding the interviews was published yesterday. (Snip) Now, we pointed out how, even if he thought there was no election fraud, it was pretty vile to go to Karl, someone who was constantly attacking the Trump administration. But there’s another point to be made here, and it’s even revealed in The Atlantic story,

President Joe Biden again ordered airstrikes in Syria on Sunday, the second time he has done so in his young presidency. The Pentagon announced Sunday in a statement Biden had ordered airstrikes against two targets in Syria and one site in Iraq after militias used the facilities to launch drone strikes against United States forces in the region. The sites were used by Iran-backed militia groups, the Pentagon said, including Kata’ib Hezbollah (KH) and Kata’ib Sayyid al-Shuhada (KSS).“As demonstrated by this evening’s strikes, President Biden has been clear that he will act to protect U.S. personnel,” Pentagon Press Secretary John Kirby outlined.

Three cheers for the Senate filibuster rule, which requires 60 votes to move a bill forward. Were it not for that, Democrats might’ve succeeded in ramming through a sweeping bid to federalize nearly all national election rules — mostly to benefit themselves. Only 50 senators, none Republican, voted last week to advance the misnamed, 900-page “For the People Act” — 10 votes short of the requirement. The House had already passed it, again with not one Republican vote.

Joe Biden ordered airstrikes on Iran-backed militias in the Iraq-Syria border region, the Pentagon said in a statement on Sunday.“At President Biden’s direction, U.S. military forces earlier this evening conducted defensive precision airstrikes against facilities used by Iran-backed militia groups in the Iraq-Syria border region. The targets were selected because these facilities are utilized by Iran-backed militias that are engaged in unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) attacks against U.S. personnel and facilities in Iraq,” Pentagon press secretary John Kirby said.

Democrats and the fake news media are clearly in a panic over the push to audit the results of the 2020 election.
Why is that? The fake news media for years pushed that the 2016 election was stolen by Russia’s involvement with the Trump campaign. This was a complete lie created by deep state operatives and pushed by the FBI and the toxic mainstream media for years to damage President Trump and his administration. But now, after a senile man who hid in his basement “won” the 2020 election, the Democrat-media complex is outraged and panicked that Republicans
