The country, even the larger world, has heard a lot about “systemic racism” in America lately. It seems to be the flavor of the year and goes on and on, unabated. The White House preaches it and Biden’s U.N. ambassador tells us, “Racism was and continues to be a daily challenge wherever we are. And for millions, it’s more than a challenge. It’s deadly.” Deadly, indeed! (Snip) The “Windy City” has a black population of just over 30 percent and is deadly dangerous. Chicago and Illinois both have some of the strongest gun control laws in the country, with more on the way—do you think it’s possible that the criminals
What is the definition of "systemic racism?"

And critical race theory is invading every part of our society. Our children are being brainwashed by democrats sick agenda. Every large black community across our country suffers from the same problem and every democrat black or white blames the problem on someone else. Its not just murder, its every type of violent crime, assaulting police officers, home invasions, car jackings, riots, lootings, you name it and they own it. The latest problem is attacking Asians. Biden and democrats made a big issue out of this about a month ago, calling the attacks hate crimes. All sounded good until they found out that most if not all of the attacks were committed by blacks. Now there's total silence. Sad fact is, good African American families are being held hostage in their own communities and not one black official gives a damn.

#1 If you're black and have a grievance, about anything and everything, it's because of white people.

I have friends who say Chicago is nowhere near the wonderful City it used to be just a couple of years ago.
The problem with this whole systemic racism charge, particularly in a city like Chicago, why do so many keep voting for the same systemically racist prosecutors, judges and elected officials then?
After all, the police do one part of the job, but it's the entire system that continues to support whatever system is being implemented. Why doesn't anyone speak up? It's their job on the line, after all.
Watched a recent episode of SWAT, and one of the lead characters found out about 3 officers who were racists. He thought about the negative impact of reporting them, and how difficult it would be to prove it, and how his colleagues would shun him, how his career would be short-circuited. So, he didn't do anything, at first. He attended a drinking night with them, and recorded their conversations, their racist comments and how they liked to target minorities.
When he presented this evidence to the Captain, he was asked, "you sure you want to do this"? The Captain knowing how hard it would be internally, particularly with the union lawyers who would represent those officers.
Wouldn't it be better if such a situation happened, that the department would embrace this courage to come forward, and be glad to expunge "bad apples" in the department?
The problem? Every case those officers worked on, or had convictions will be re-examined (but should too), but it also includes the prosecutor(s) who may have used sketchy evidence to gain the conviction too though.

Democrats will never solve the systemic black-on-black crime in Chicago. Never. They are systemically incapable.

A few years ago, the local paper ran a series of articles about blacks who had moved from Chicago. It focused on both the why, what they missed, and what they had discovered. For the most part people moved for safety and opportunity. The general impression I got was their lives had improved but given a choice they would move back. Several mentioned the future of their children. Fast forward two years and two of these yoths murdered a pizza delivery guy. They shot him, took what little money he had and then sat down and ate the pizzas.
Now these yoths supposedly came from good responsible families. It was at that point I realized this is not so much an environmental issue as it is a culture issue. The idea of moving these at risk yoths out of Chicago to some other area only means you are exporting criminal behavior.
My question is would you rather have an illegal alien living next door to you or a black male Chicago yoth?
