A new White House memo demands that the “Biden Administration” be called by a different name and it’s got people wondering about the future of our country’s leadership. Who’s really in charge? According to the memo, it’s both Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, as staffers have been instructed to refer to the administration as the “Biden-Harris” administration.What does that mean?
