Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) said he requested a meeting with the head of the U.S. Marine Corps after one of its units tweeted statements insulting Tucker Carlson, along with unusually bellicose comments about the Fox News host. “Under Biden, the military is launching political attacks to intimidate Tucker Carlson & other civilians who criticize their policy decisions,” Cruz wrote on Twitter, saying he requested a meeting with the commandant of the Marines. “Officials in uniform are being used for the campaign. I’ve demanded a meeting with the Commandant of the USMC to put a stop to it.”

In an annual report that it recently released, the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration identified nine Mexican drug cartels as the principal entities behind the flood of cocaine, fentanyl, heroin, marijuana, and methamphetamine into the country.
The DEA’s 2020 National Drug Threat Assessment was published March 2, 2021 and illustrated how Mexico’s leading cartels operate. The following map from the Daily Mail highlighted the “spheres of influence” the cartels hold and where they have strong commercial interests in the United States.

We have all been circling around the genesis of our society's ills since the COVID epidemic struck and the riots and peaceful protests began. It is not ironic that everything happened seemingly at once; rather, once the wound appeared, it became inflamed and infected almost immediately.
On the most fundamental level, we are suffering from a complete disrespect for boundaries. The idea of boundaries is fairly simple, yet its roots grow deep, indeed to the core of humanity. One of my favorite books describes the entire book of Genesis from the Bible as an ironic story about boundaries

Texas Governor Greg Abbott declared war on anti-Semitism this week, tying Gab, a free speech-centric social media network, to the issue. “Anti-Semitic platforms like Gab have no place in Texas and certainly do not represent Texas values,” he said, flanked by Republican State Representatives Craig Goldman and Phil King in a video released Wednesday. With the American, Israeli, and Texas flags looming in the background, Abbott pledged to support legislation introduced by Goldman and King aimed at “fighting anti-Semitism.” At first glance, Abbott’s intentions may seem sincere but the move is misguided and, frankly, stupid.

The Journalism Competition and Preservation Act of 2019 is currently making its way through Congress and if passed, would be a massive blow to small media companies. According to govtrack.us, the bill creates a four-year safe harbor from antitrust laws for print or digital news companies to collectively negotiate with online social media companies regarding the terms on which the news companies’ content may be distributed by online content distributors. A report published by Breitbart this week criticizes the bill, saying it would give Big Media companies a special exemption from antitrust law, allowing them to form a cartel

Long-time conservative commentator and former White House assistance and speechwriter to Richard Nixon, Pat Buchanan penned a recent piece “The Emerging Existential Crisis at the Border” to highlight the ever-expanding crisis at the border. [Snip] Fast forward to the present, the new and ever-growing surge at the Southern border has become the new reality now that Biden is in office. Buchanan detailed some of the lurid figures that are now beginning to surface with regards to the border: According to a White House domestic policy council document, the number of children who, without a parent or guardian, will arrive at the border in 2021 will be

Former President Trump said Sunday during an interview with Fox News’ Steve Hilton that he was concerned about the anticipated crowd size near the Capitol ahead of the Jan. 6 riot.
His team notified the Department of Defense about the magnitude of the rally and requested 10,000 national guardsmen be on standby.
"I requested, I said this rally will be bigger than anyone thinks, because everyone I see said 'we’ll be at the rally,'" he said, noting it was probably the biggest crowd he’s spoken before. “And I said that I think we should have 10,000 [national guardsmen] … and they took that number.”
He said the suggestion was rejected.

A judge on Friday ruled that Maricopa County must provide some 2.1 million ballots from the Nov. 3 election to the Arizona state Senate and allow access to its election equipment to conduct an audit. Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Timothy Thomason ruled that subpoenas issued by Arizona’s state Senate are valid and should be enforced, and he disputed arguments from Maricopa County officials saying the subpoenas are unlawful. [Snip] “The Court finds that the subpoenas are legal and enforceable,” Thomason wrote (pdf) in his ruling. “There is no question that the Senators have the power to issue legislative subpoenas.

The person who did this deserves a PEACE PRIZE for sheer ingenuity and spending his own dough to do it.
Michigan has been through a rougher ride than most of its surrounding states and that can only be attributed to the unique governing style of Gretchen Esther Whitmer. Her bumper car style of keeping the citizens in line has really caused more difficulty than this state should have endured. Don’t believe me, then you can read some of my previous posts on this right HERE, HERE, and HERE.
From picking on an elderly barber to demanding her illegal executive orders still be followed, this does not paint a pretty picture at all.

We all know that something morally grotesque is swallowing liberal America. Almost no one wants to risk talking about it out loud.
Every day I get phone calls from anxious Americans complaining about an ideology that wants to pull all of us into the past.
I get calls from parents telling me about the damaging things being taught in schools: so-called antiracist programs that urge children to obsess on the color of their skin.
I get calls from people working in corporate America forced to go to trainings in which they learn that they carry collective, race-based guilt — or benefit from collective, race-based virtue.

It’s Inauguration Day, which means unless a miracle drops on us immediately, Joe Biden is the 46th President of the United States. Once he’s inaugurated, it’s essentially over for any hopes that President Trump can continue into a second term, right? Hold your horses. There’s another avenue to expose voter fraud that only became available AFTER Biden’s inauguration. This play is called a writ of quo warranto. [Snip] It takes the accumulated bombshells, affidavits, videos, and other pieces of evidence and consolidates them into one legal case.
