The US Supreme Court denied the application for the injunctive relief presented to Justice Alito and by him referred to the Court is denied.
This was the Sean Parnell and Mike Kelly case. Expert says SCOTUS rejected the PA case without any explanation because the same stuff is covered in the Texas case which is a bigger case that includes GA, MI, and WI.(snip) The Pennsylvania Supreme Court last Saturday evening reversed a lower court’s block on certifying the state’s elections issued Friday night, dismissing with prejudice a lawsuit brought by Republican candidates for the U.S. House of Representatives

They aren't going to hear 20 different cases when one will settle the issue.
I think the Texas +7 case will be the one!

I don’t want to be perennially hopeful, but I was wondering about this case. The US constitution says the legislature has the power. It doesn’t say the legislature has to act as permitted by the stae constitution.
Anyway, I hope Texas saves the union.

Jenna Ellis provided a bit more information on this in a tweet. What was denied was immediate emergency injunctive relief. This would have overturned the PA mail-in ballots immediately before even being briefed on the case itself which is very rare. This has nothing to do with whether the SCOTUS will hear the evidence and rule on the merits of the case. The headlines seem to imply something final which is misleading.

The actual case is still active though it may be merged with the Texas case (and maybe others) as there are similarities and the relief is the same in all these cases... no electors unless the legislatures act.

The case is still alive and on the SC docket. They only denied the injunction on election certification.

The one from Texas MUST be taken. The USSC has no choice in the matter.

Jay Sekulow says the SC wants cases that will lead to the same determinative action. The leftist media who refuse to report the shenanigans are gleefully reporting that the case was denied. What case, their viewers ask? Huh? Oh, they lost, never mind.

A Texas channel said tonight this Texas move was coordinated with other AGs from the beginning. Guys, we have prayed for all the lawyers to be given wise strategies and superior legal battle plans. I believe God is doing it! Jay Sekulow is coordinating much behind the scenes. He is BRILLIANT.

I, too, gasped when I read the headline, but many thanks to the cooler heads and keener minds of my fellow LDotters.

This article is only half truth. The matter is, this case is still pending. The TX case covers more ground and it is almost identical to the PA case.
My understanding, it was 6 to 3 that approved to hear the case from TX. I wonder who was on the 6 side.....
