The United States Constitution could not be clearer that state legislatures, not courts, make the laws that regulate how elections are held in each state. That’s not happening right now in the battleground state of Pennsylvania, one of a handful of states that elect state Supreme Court justices in partisan elections.
Earlier this year in Pennsylvania, the Democrat-dominated state Supreme Court ruled that ballots could be counted up to three days after Election Day, even if it could not be shown that they had arrived by November 3, as required by state law. Earlier this year the United

The courts do not make election law. They can rule all they want but it’s unconstitutional.

I don’t look for the SCOTUS to do anything of substance. Because most ppl have serious fear of man issues coupled with no integrity, look for there to be a rush of RINO’s to come out of hiding trying to distance themselves from Trump and anything Republican. Couple that with the Dems being even more brazen with their deceit and destruction. The scorn the media and Hollywood and the world will heap on our president will be shameful, and few there will be to stand for what is right! The book of Amos said of their day ... evil days would be such that the prudent man would keep his mouth shut, and Isaiah said about similar days that to speak the truth would make a man become a prey. History tends to repeat itself.

To hell with courts. Courts don't dispense justice, they protect power. If Americans what to escape the Democrat gulag it will have to be settled outside the political system . Fighting within the system is on their home ground, and Freedom loses consistently on the enemy's home ground.

And to think the New York Post came out with this zinger: "Trump’s campaign filed a lawsuit in the Keystone State on Wednesday demanding vote counts be stopped until the campaign was given better access at polling sites, baselessly accusing Democrats of trying to “steal” the state from Trump."
Why, just because Supreme Court justices in Pennsylvania are elected, political creatures, with agendas; and just because ballot workers have held poll watchers off at over 125 feet; and just because poll workers have tried to kick out poll watchers and cover the windows to obscure whatever the hell they´re doing inside, why would anyone get the idea that they´re trying to steal the election? After the way the lefties have treated Donald Trump since his lawful election, I feel no obligation to show any respect to any President Joe Biden, should such a disaster take office. NO RESPECT FOR CROOKED JOE!
I think Trump is going to pull this one out. The hapless Democrats pulled this stunt on the wrong man. This man FIGHTS. I´m praying for Trump and for America.

“The U.S. Supreme Court must not punt on this vital issue this time around. With so much potentially hanging on the result in Pennsylvania, the nation’s highest court should make clear that legislatures write voting laws, not courts.”
Amen!

I was optimistic but it seems to me that the Trump team is flailing, the votes keep coming in relentlessly, and the steal is going to be successful. Without courtroom proof of fraud that mathematically adds up, there is no way to beat it back. We all know it’s true, we saw the plan from the outset with the push for mail in voting, and they are pulling it off. I’m crying. But The Lord is in control, He may very well be removing His hand of protection from our nation for good. It will be for His glory. Yet we pray, Lord, for Your mercy. We pray.

The democrats are about to meet Amy!!! She will interpret the law as it stands and enforce it. Get ready for the meltdown! Roberts can go and eat some hay. His title is administrative and his vote is one of 9. He has been neutralized .

a quick Pennsylvania history lesson for you people.
The 2010 reapportionment went smoothly, but dimocrats sued, and the Pa Supreme Court ruled that the reapportionments were OK.
Then in 2017, the same court ruled the reapportionments of 2010 were not OK. and redisrticting, to suit the Coiurt, took place in 2018, and dimocrats flipped 5 House seats in Pa.
what changed with the court? david Wecht was elected to the Pa Supreme Court. Wecht, the son of Cyril Wecht the forensic pathologist, who in turn gained fame in the JFK assassination case, was first elected to County Court in Pittsburgh, based on name recognition. Same thing with the Pa Supreme Court election. Wecht was a key vote to overturn the 2010 reapportionment.
\What about the U.S. supreme Court? Chief Judas John Roberts and his leftist friends let stand the Pa supreme court decision, then later ruled in another state that poltitics was OK in reapportionment. (Wecht had said it was not.)

U.S. Marshals should have been there to enforce federal election laws, and escorted those observers in the building.

Keep in mind that way back in 2000, the SCOTUS overruled the Florida State Supreme Court. And they can certainly do it in PA.

This mess should have been avoided by he Supreme Court ruling properly when they originally had the case. The law did not change between before the election and after the election. They only invited confusion and mistrust in the system by not ruling that the law means what they law clearly says: Ballots must be received by election day. Anything after election day is TOO LATE! The Judges need to rule on how the laws are written, not how they want them to be!

Roberts signaled the Democrarts that vote fraud would be tolerated by the federal judiciary, which is a #1 enemy of Freedom in the US.
America must get rid of the federal judiciary.

It's quite bizarre in Pennsylvania. I've seen data from the official progressive vote tally that showed Trump had about a 700,000 vote lead when 64% of the vote had been in by the end of election day. Then this lead evaporated as, in the 34% or so votes (coming in by mail over the next 2 days), Biden gained over 1 million votes to Trump's approximate 300,000.
Someone should do a comparison with the election in 2016 to see if this huge difference occurred back then as the percentage counted progressed over a similar time frame.
