It is no secret that Harris wants to be Joe Biden's vice president. The junior senator from California clearly sees an opening to her real objective: the presidency of the United States. With Biden surprisingly outlasting the other anti-American socialist candidates, Harris recognizes that Biden's age and declining cognitive abilities pose a glorious opportunity to resurrect her presidential ambitions.

No, she is not. Constitutionally based on the Founder's Intent..
But that document means NOTHING to all of the Democrats and half of the Republicans anymore. And half of the remaining half of the Republicans either don't understand it, or only want to cherry pick the things that they want to agree with and the things they want to ignore.

Besides being Jamaican and Asian Indian, she also spent most of her formative years in Montreal. At the time Quebec was a hotbed of separatism and Francophile nationalism. She has only tenuous ties to the USA.

One more in the crowd. I hear the thunder of hooves, that is the hooves running like hell away from Sleepy Joe. The reason he hasn't picked a VP is that NOBODY wants it. Playing second fiddle to an addled old white guy is political suicide.
I believe that buy the kindest deadline Joe has about two days to cough up a name.

I don't have much faith in this discovery. After all, Obama should NOT have been President, but all of the people behind his run for the White House managed to hid any record that would have stopped their quest to get their Guy to the White House! I'm just sayin....

Lots of luck. We had 8 years of Hussein the Horrible who may or may not have been born in Hawaii but moved to Indonesia and is therefore a citizen of Indonesia. Upon his return to the States he did not apply to have his American citizenship restored. I'd prefer a retroactive amendment to the Constitution forbidden anyone who has had hair plugs or a facelift from becoming POTUS.

#4, not sure no one wants it, but they'll have to answer the question if they feel Joe has his full mental capacity after meeting (or discussing) with him about the VP position.
#2, now you can see why they're trying to use the term 'black' instead of African-American, since her father was born in Jamaica (the black portion) and her mother is from India.

when lawsuits dealing with barack Obola's eligibility to serve as president, Chief Judas John Roberts and his clown car associate justiuces punted, saying no one had standing to challenge him, and that Congress was the body to decide.
The Canadian question still remains. Kamala Sutra's mother divorced Kamala's father, and took a teaching job in Montreal, canada. That took place when Kamala Sutra was 7 years old. She spent every year to age 18 in Canada, except for summers, when she went to her grandparents in India.
she, like Barack, is not really connected to the United States, having spent her formative years in Canada or India.
the cultural differences are overwhelming, especially having spent her formative years in that Province of Canada. They hate everybody.
quebeccers even hate God's language - English.
I do not like Kamala sutra, but I doubt any legal argument against her, matters.
Barack sort of killed that argument.

I've been pointing out Kamala's ineligibility for the last year and most people laughed at me.
Here's my prediction. If she is picked for VP, look for a number of Republican states to ban the Biden/Harris ticket from the presidential ballot on constitutional grounds.

The constitutional requirements for President or Vice President no longer exists. And with a supreme court made up of "precedent" respecters there is no chance she would be denied if she was chosen.

Of course she is eligible.
Chief Social Justice Roberts will so rule.
She was born in the U S, so she is native born.
Native. Get it?
It is an emendation of a penumbra.
No question.

I understand why slow joe is having a hard time making a decision. There is no shortage of incompetent black women. Look in almost any dem run city. They are stacked in there like cordwood.

Yeah, but #10, how many "Republican states" can you name right now? I'm a Zonie and do believe the day is soon coming when we're turning blue. Sen Martha McSally is trailing Gabby Gifford's husband Mark Kelly by so much it's embarrassing.

If presented to the Supreme Court, what would Chief Justice Roberts say? That is your answer. Sorry for the bad news.

Read the article and recall these rough stats from one of the big polling companies, seems that about 50% of the democrats think ol' Joe is senile and about 38% believe that, if elected, he'd not be able to serve out four years because of his mental state. Who do you think may also believe that Harris is ineligible, and would like to step in? Think about it---- nasty Nan. Gives me shivers to contemplate it.
