In response to Judge Emmet Sullivan announcing a delay in Flynn ruling to allow third party amicus briefs to be filed with the court, Michael Flynn’s defense counsel files a motion in opposition. [Cloud pdf Here] Embed pdf below
In opposition to the delay Attorney Sidney Powell notes Judge Sullivan’s earlier ruling of December 20, 2017, disallowing amicus briefs in this case. (Image - Motion)It sure does make a person wonder what changed between December 2017 when Judge Sullivan said no amicus briefs would be allowed, to May 2020 when Judge Sullivan is requesting amicus briefs to be entertained?….

If Judge Deep State Insider wants Amicus Briefs, let's be sure every pro-liberty, pro-conservative, pro-Trump think tank and organization files one. Pronto.

It says a lot when this judge makes this kind of move. Makes the Michael Flynn's opponents look guiltier.

Sullivan is an Obamination appointee and takes his orders from the deep state as well as from the community punk. 'Judge' is a total misnomer with this jackass. 'Treason' , language used by this 'judge' was applied to Flynn. Apparently he cannot see or read when he really is a witness to treason. Throw this judge out!

The judge has been shown to have taken a position hook line and sinker that had zero evidence in support. Now he is going to continue fishing. The left has stopped even pretending.

Sullivan is on the record in 2017 saying no Amicus Briefs in his court on this case and genius lawyer Sidney Powell points that out numerous times in her motion of opposition.
When this is over I heard Flynn was gonna go all Jerry Reed on the judge... take you out back and try a little bit of your honor on! yeah!

Are we all watching a Netflix series, Judge for a Day, a weekly series where contestants submit amicus briefs on why Gen Flynn is guilty, with Judge Sullivan selecting the winning brief? The winner will receive a new car, new kitchen appliances and dinner with Congressmen Schiff and Nadler.
“Today’s winning brief was submitted by a B.H. Obama of Martha’s Vineyard. Mr Obama’s brief states that the reason why Gen Flynn should be drawn and quartered is because I hate him. Hate everything he represents. And hate him because he was going to slander the scandal free previous president.”
Sullivan should be held in contempt of his own court. Unfortunately, he’ll be awarded the Medal of Freedom if Biden wins.

Every time a Judge makes a decision that is outrageous, I checkhim/her out on Wikipedia. (0% of the time the Judge is a minority which leads me to believe that they have an ax to grind.
Impeachment of the Judge is too lenient. Jail time would be more appropriate.

"what changed"
Sullivan has made it apparent that he is out to get Flynn, musing that he might be a traitor. He figured that he could sentence Flynn to something.
But now, the only way to "get Flynn" is to make the process as nasty as possible. This would be effectively the same thing done to Kavanaugh, letting anyone attack Flynn in any manner by throwing the court, and effectively the media who will report on it, open to rumor and slander. Sullivan is taking a vile step and injecting a political vendetta into court proceedings.
I also have to wonder if Sullivan is ticked off that Flynn's exoneration is casting shade on BO? The FBI did the dirty work but BO specifically knew about spying on Flynn's phone call and gave marching orders to withhold information from the incoming administration. BO's hands are very dirty. Sullivan is like so many Leftist judges; they do things to gum up the works even though they KNOW they will eventually be overruled. They don't care about the law, they take the actions they want to irrespective of the damage they cause. They all ought to be impeached.

Leftist judge should be impeached for being a political activist ignoring all legal precedence. Isn't this just like leftists? If the established rules help them get/have/maintain power, by all means follow the rules. But if rules help their political opponents, to hell with the rules. The Left must be crushed. Their behavior epitomizes evil.

#8, it could just be they are affirmative action poster kids, though a lot of those do have an axe to grind.
Both political hacks Berman and Sullivan need to be removed from the bench, disbarred, tried and publicly hanged, as a warning to other partisan hacks who want to play their games from the bench.

In her first book, License to Lie by Sidney Powell, she seemed to be proud of Judge Sullivan for noting corruption in withholding exculpatory Brady material. Her recent co-authored book, Conviction Machine, was harder for me to digest, but reinforces skepticism of the legal profession. Presently, I can’t get a grasp of Sullivan’s viewpoint, there is so much conflicting information and opinion. I think we can conclude, however, that much or most legal and political opinion is not credible.

How many times have I posted on this board - - how many times have I warned everyone - - not to trust Algonquin J. Sullivan?
Algonquin J. is a leftist hack - - no more a "judge" than Judge Reinhold - - wearing black robes and doing the bidding of the crazed demonrat party.
And, oh yeah - - he doesn't tolerate "amicus" briefs - - unless their from Amicus Communistus. Then they're OK.

President Trump could simply begin to declassify, and publish from the White House, more and more damning information about Obama's deep snakes...

Friend of what court? The Kangaroo Court of Judge Sullivan?
Amicus brief? Why does the Judge need a brief to tell him what to do?
How about following the evidence, which is that a conspiracy existed to get rid of Gen Flynn? What does he want? A brief from Obama? A brief from Clinton? A brief from Eleanor Roosevelt?
The judge needs to be removed, pronto.

Powell should have also pointed out that SCOTUS just last week cited unanimously to throw out a Ninth Circuit Court decision precisely because it relied on amicus briefs instead of the parties themselves.
"In a unanimous opinion, written by Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, the Supreme Court held that the Ninth Circuit panel's decision was a departure from the principle of party presentation so drastic that it constituted an abuse of discretion. That principle provides that it is up to the parties, not the courts, to frame the issues for the court's decision — the court itself is supposed to be just a neutral arbiter of those matters."
