On Thursday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “Hannity,” House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) stated that the recent revelations about former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn’s case are “bigger than Watergate and we need to make sure people are held accountable.”
McCarthy told host Sean Hannity that people need “a Congress that will work with them and work with this president. Because what you have talked about with Flynn and with the president is bigger than Watergate and we need to make sure people are held accountable.”

Right, "people need a Congress that will work with them and work with this president." Uh-huh. People need a tooth fairy. People need to win Powerball five times in a row without ever buying a ticket. Yeah, I need a new Kubota tractor with brush hog, loader and auger attachments, oh yeah and a trailer for it too. I mean, hell, since none of that's going to happen, and Flynn's life is NEVER going to be undestroyed and the felons who committed these heinous crimes against Flynn, Roger Stone, Papadapoulos, Carter Page will NEVER be indicted, why wish for a loaf of bread that you need when you can wish for a supermarket? Oh look, there's a bunch of purple unicorns in Washington, DC shooting delicious Skittles out of their butts! And, people who commit crimes "should be" held accountable. I need a new pair of rose colored glasses and a dentist to fix all these cavities Kevin just gave me.

Kevin, before you comment on anything, call the republican congressman back to DC.

I could stand on the street corner with a sign saying ‘They Need To Be Held Accountable’ and it would have the same impact as Republicans declaring this on cable news talk shows.

Anybody want to place a bet on whether or not anyone is held responsible?
IMO this was a criminal act and the people who performed it should be prosecuted and jailed.

Leader McCarthy, I agree with your views. But, again, how about some indictments and prison terms for those responsible? Just kind of interested in establishing some rule of law here, that's all.

I'm still waiting for even one - - just ONE - - of the "99% decent, honest" FBI agents to step forward - - and expose the criminal cabal.
Hey, Hannity - - can't you get even ONE of the "99%" to tell us the truth?

I am so tired of listening to these republicans talk about how they are outraged, etc. All this information has been out there for years! Do something already. Going on cable news and complaining is worthless. How can you allow corruption in the justice department and FBI? Do something or just
shut the F up already.

Looks like everyone now understands the meaning of "“a Congress that will work with them and work with this president" coming for the lips of a politician.
To think someone mixed-up Andrew McCarthy, who may only be seldom wrong, with Kevin McCarthy, who's always "wrong" and invariably ineffective...

Apparently, some people do not understand our own government, or where responsibilities lie.
Those who call for McCarthy or any other House or Senate member to prosecute and jail these criminals should learn that those people do not do that. The part of government that does those things is the DOJ, within the Administration. Legislators, like McCarthy, can reveal evidence, find witnesses, have hearings, and publicize crimes. I think the Republicans have done a pretty good job of exposing crimes and naming names, but have no power to go out and arrest and prosecute anyone.
Direct your frustration to the prosecutors within the Administration.

This type of corruption starts at the top. When you compare the corruption and incompetence within the obama administration; i.e., fast and furious, weaponizing IRS, FBI, DOJ, Benghazi, stifling U.S. industry with burdensome regulations, one-sided trade deals, perpetuating a global warming hoax, blatant attempt to bring down a duly elected President, to Watergate then you realize obama was the worst, most unAmerican president in American history. Our founders must be spinning in their graves.

This is indeed bigger than Watergate. But like the coup of Watergate, it too has a corrupted FBI leader at its core. The Clintons and Obama have been the worst and most toxic influences on that agency in the history of the bureau.
The media is not going to talk much about this, because they are part of this coup attempt, just like Watergate. It is always in their interests to overthrow anybody who doesn't agree with their poisonous views.

You said it, #5. McCarthy comes on with Sean so he can spin off his prepared statements. His brain is on one thing - running for SOTH. He is raising money like crazy vis text, email, etc. If he had any leadership skills different than our last few pathetic Republican Speakers, he would have already called Republicans back to work.

This is all well and good but only the beginning. We want to see indictments. We want to see civil suits that enable General Flynn to recover his lost money. We want these people who betrayed Flynn to find out how it feels to have the government bring its power to bear on you. In short, we want justice.

As per #15 - The Clintons and Obama have been the worst and most toxic influences on that agency in the history of the bureau.
Who, what (files), when, where, and more importantly, how, did Hillary Clinton get possession of 900 raw FBI files. Is the genesis of the fraud and corruption of the government at this level that point in time? What makes them immune from justice? Have they bought everyone at DOJ and State?Did not Chuck Colson, special counsel to Pres. Nixon, serve approx 1 year in Club Fed for having ONE raw FBI file in his possession? And those 900 files are practically a misdemeanor when contrasted with the complete disregard for security protocols with her 'off the books' server and pay-to-play foreign policy personal enrichment schemes.

All of these Obama scandals are FAR bigger than the Plumbers break-in at the office of the 'shrink' of traitor Daniel Ellsberg. Ellsberg, the traitor who published secret information from the Pentagon, should have been hung by the neck as the traitor that he was.

Hannity is a big mouth
Rude and abrasive and so self-centered
Talks over his guests
Why would anyone want to be a guest?
I’ll get my news here
Not on that network
Especially not on that “show”...
What a joke

Except that the Media COVERED Watergate. It will be like pulling teeth to get them to do it this time, and also expect a Hillary style smear campaign for the woman re: the redoubtable Media.
