Fox News legal analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano, who of late has been the poster child for the increasingly leftward tilt of the network touted as "fair and balanced," and who believes that President Trump is guilty of colluding with the Russians to affect the 2016 election and of pressuring Ukraine to investigate a political opponent, insists that the inquiry by Rep. Adam Schiff is perfectly legal because there is no requirement in law that a vote to conduct such an inquiry be taken.

Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned. Nap continues to embarrass himself with incessant whining. At least the 'Never Trumpers' wore their disdain from the beginning - Nap's is just a childish reaction to having been told 'No'.

Judge Nap whines more than Hamilton Burger (who was merely being played by William Talman). It is funny how everyone assumes that all lawyers are crooks and all judges are saints. You wouldn't want either one living under your porch.

This Moron is a TV Judge. Just like Dr. Phil is a TV Doctor. Just like the Science Guy is a real Scientist. The only reason these People are on TV is they couldn't have been very good at posing as what they claim to be. A good Judge can make millions in under the table kick backs for rulings for one side or the other. Why would he take a locked in Salary from Fox News then? I quit watching TV years ago because it was an insult to my intelligence to watch Shows like Good Morning America . Where they would have a person come on and tell you how to brush your teeth. Or how to use a Wash Rag . Get the picture?

Here is a dose of reality.
The House does not have to impeach DJT in order to eliminate him by November 2020.
All they have to do is to continuously smear him with false evidence, if necessary, a constant drum beat of 'Impeach! Impeach! which began in 2016, and which will end in November, 2020. The fact that this harms ythye office of the president, not just DJT, matters not to Democrats who have gone insane.
They have been dividing the country for decades now, and the actions taking place are logical conclusions to the insanity.
I sincerely hope the voters are smart enough to push aside the democrat iinsanity, reelect DJT, and vote in a Republican majority in the House, and a strengthened majority in the Senate.
But I won't hold my breath. Voters often display stupidity. They elected and reelected the Kenyan Klown, for unknown reasons. And the democrats have given us a slate of potential presidential nominees that has been unmatched for goofiness in our long history. When the two most
attractive candidates are Marianne Moonbeam and Tulsi, the silly Samoan, the party is in trouble. And when the three leading candidates are ancient, sick, or demented, the party is in trouble.

Napolitano has gone over to the dark side after not getting a plum appointment that he thought he deserved from President Trump.

Napolitano calls himself “judge” because he served in the New Jersey superior court for 7 years. This means that he was a judge at the basic court of record just above the county courts and below the appellate courts on the state level.
This means that he was simply a criminal or civil trial judge. While it’s an important job, tens of thousands of lawyers are currently employed in that very position nationwide. New Jersey, and most other states have TWO levels of appellate courts ABOVE the trial level.
While Napolitano also taught law at Seton Hall and Brooklyn, neither of these schools are in the top two tiers of American law schools. So, Napolitano is more like Obama (who actually had better education credentials: Harvard in Obama’s case). Like Obama, Napolitano is a poseur.
He has never practiced on the Federal level. He has never litigated in Federal Appellate Courts, nor in the Supreme Court of the United States. He does play a lawyer on TV. Consequently, his opinion is often flat out wrong, and lately seems motivated by a desire for revenge, for the rejection he received from the POTUS. I ignore him for the grandstanding, publicity seeking charlatan that he is.

They probably told him that if he didn't toe the Progressive line, they'd make his miserable life miserable with a flurry of METOO accusations and bankrupt him.

I often wonder how he got the FOX job. He certainly isn't very telegenic with a great personality nor is he constitutionally astute. I got it! He must have known someone or did a quid pro quo for someone.

Napolitano is a legal commentator. Take his opinion with a grain of salt. You cn believe him or not. I choose "not."

At least Hamilton Burger recognized reality and truth when he saw it for himself as presented by Perry Mason #5 This judge Nappy not only has a full one and needs changing, he would indeed sell us out for a bowl of soup. So would George Conway.

Amen #7 and it is happening daily. A caller to Coast to Coast last night reported that PDJT (he called him Trump) used money from the Deutsch Bank to buy Doral, don't remember why he said Deutsch Bank was bad. He had heard on MSNBC. And of course this wasn't the question that was shown on the computer he said he wanted to ask. CNN and MSNBC are enemies to this country.

The democrats have been insane and promoting loony policies for a long time but our saving grace is that the party leadership is now openly and unashamedly displaying their damaged brains in public. Old Joe, Hillary, and the Fake Indian are all imploding in anger and frustration and the younger ones show even greater promise of earning a rubber room in the near future. If it all comes to a head it will feel like destroying zombies in a video game. It is our duty as adults to take charge to save the country. Constant support of President Trump will eventually win the day - at least for four more years.

Ever since "Judge" Nappi had his hairline surgically raised from 1" above his eyebrows to 2" above his eyebrows - - his brain has gone downhill.
I suggest corrective surgery - - in the opposite direction. Just lower that hairline until it actually meets the eyebrows. After all, the Wolf Man was a pretty clever guy.

He has been at odds with Trump since he floated his own name to become a Supreme Court nominee. I think he is a legal hack.

Nap managed to take his very brief (7 years?) judgeship and parlay it into being a TV celebrity of sorts. He is in so far over his head that it is (to use a word that is icky and overused) cringeworthy. Incredibly unattractive (even his suits are so badly constructed it shows), he issues bogus opinions, that seem to be written on stone tablets, on subjects that are far above his pay grade. So he is very often wrong. No matter. Fox keeps him.

Napolitano is MOSTLY wrong these days, since he took the marching orders from the Murdoch son to move left and go against Trump with his "legal" opinions. They are opinions, but have very little to do with the law.

Looking back on it , I find it strange that he showed up and spoke in April 2009 in Columbus in what was one of the first "Tea Party" rallies..I can't even remember how much advance notice went out to announce it..not a lot..but there were about 3,000 there and 7,000 at the next one...on the grounds of the State House...and the "press" was gobsmacked about the size of the crowd..of course they reported that it was just a few hundred..and they wee called on it and retracted it..I knew what they were going to do..because I happened to be standing right in front of a couple of them..at the edge of the crowd..and over heard them..actually,I was standing next to Judge Nap for while before he went on.
