President Donald Trump spent the last couple of days showing maps that indicated Hurricane Dorian's path could include Alabama. On Friday evening, the national agency that gives weather advisories defended his claim. Moreover, the president tweeted a video showing a CNN meteorologist explaining how during the initial reports of Dorian's path that some states in the Gulf of Mexico could possibly be affected. First, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) issued a statement that said Dorian's original predicted path did include Alabama.

Boeing’s new widebody jet, the 777X, suffered a setback Thursday afternoon during a high-pressure stress test on the ground when one of the airplane’s doors exploded outward. One 777X employee working in a nearby bay at Boeing’s Everett plant said he heard “a loud boom and the ground shook.” The accident happened to what’s called the “static test airplane,” one of the two airplanes in any new jet program that are built for ground testing only and will never fly. Nearly every candidate that participated in CNN’s seven-hour climate town hall agreed that we need to invest trillions of dollars in building a clean energy economy fit for the 21st century, and create hundreds of thousands if not millions of jobs in the process. However impressive these commitments are, they won’t be worth much if they don’t also take on the fossil fuel industry. Police in Massachusetts reportedly arrested 12 pro-immigration protesters Thursday after hundreds of demonstrators marched through the Boston area, blocking rush-hour traffic. The group, arrested for trespassing at the Amazon building in nearby Cambridge, across the Charles River via the Longfellow Bridge, were advocating for private businesses to stop cooperating with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Cambridge police said, according to The Hill. The unscheduled route frustrated passengers and police. “It’s rush hour, there’s only one way (on the bridge). Take some other way around,” a man said to WBZ-TV in Boston. Looking over how much corrupt Hillary Clinton dirt the intelligence community hid in the 2016 election, the big picture aspects deserve an expanded discussion. In the larger picture it is clear the Obama administration weaponized the institutions of government to target his/their political opposition.
