Mexican foreign minister Marcelo Ebrard said on Sunday that the attorney general would consider litigation claiming that terrorism was committed against Mexicans in a shooting in El Paso, Texas, in which 20 were killed, including six Mexicans.
Ebrard said that such an action could lead to the extradition of the person responsible for the shooting. “For Mexico, this individual is a terrorist,” he told a news conference.

I don't believe Mexico has the death penalty, or I'd say send that low-life on down! (Maybe life in a Mexican prison, without a lot of ACLU oversight, would be fitting.)

Ok....then let’s sue the Mexican government for all the US tourists etc that have been killed in Mexico.

Should the US sue for all the criminal activity illegal Mexicans have caused in the US? I really don't think he wants to get into this particular "contest." The rule of law needs to return to the whole immigration process.

I doubt Mexico wants to be held responsible in US courts for all the deaths attributable to Mexican drugs.

And how is the Mexican Justice System treating all the murderers of Mexican journalists? How many of them have been caught, prosecuted and serving jail time or worse (if they do have the death penalty)?

Let them sue this psycho. If they win anything from him and actually collect, immediately confiscate it to pay for part of the new wall!!!

If Mexico really wants to get some of their own back, and in this case rightfully so, Why don't you sue Obama/Holder for those guns they sold to the cartels? That is a case I think many American citizens would totally get behind. Not because Obama is involved, but because it would be the right thing to do. Several hundreds of innocent Mexicans were murdered with those weapons provided by Obama/Holder. Plus that poor Marine wound up as a hostage to the stupid of Obama when he took a wrong turn in unfamiliar territory and wound up in Mexico. Obama ruined this young man's life by forcing him to spend around 15 months in one of Mexico's horrible prisons.

They might have a better argument if all the casualties were Mexican but it now appears it was less than half. How can you argue that he was targeting Mexicans if he killed indiscriminately? In any case this is just a poke in the eye to the gringos since they know full well we would never consider such an obvious violation the the Constitutional rights of Americans.

Well, Mexico, if you think the U.S. is a danger to your citizens, don't let them come here.
(The Army is forever having to put Ciudad Juarez off-limits to its troops, so they are not allowed to the cross the border there. I wonder why.)

Thats fine, Mexico. And if I were you, I'd demand all my citizens who illegally entered this country be returned asap. That way they won't be in a WalMart shooting ever again. Not trying to be funny, but the idiocy of Mexico is beyond belief.

Mexico can have his body after he's executed.
The crime was committed on US soil, by a US citizen. Mexico has ZERO jurisdiction.

The Mexicans are blowing smoke as the only person they can sue is the perpetrator and the chances of him having any money with which to pay damages to the victims after his lawyers get finished billing him will be zero, as you can bet that a civil court will ensure that the lawyers get any money that he has, before the victims get paid their damages. Chances are Texas Criminal Justice is going to swing into action culminating with him receiving the death penalty, then it will be bye bye for him.

OK, but first there is the matter of about 150,000 Mexicans in our prisons, many for murdering Americans.
I think you REALLY don't want to start this, Mexico.

The normal thing for national governments to do in circumstances where their citizens are in lethal danger in a foreign country, is to issue a "travel advisory" and warn against travel to that country or to remain there, unless it is absolutely inevitable for them to remain there. But Mexico would never do that would they?

Well blacks are exempt from being shot except by fellow blacks. So why not exempt illegal Mexicans too. When's the next riot sponsored by Soros and the DNC? Enquiring minds want to know so we can avoid the place.

Now, this is an interesting idea. Maybe if President Trump can declare all illegal aliens a domestic terrorist threat, would Mexico be quick to receive them back? Bueller?
