There is something Kafkaesque about the current round of investigating possible FBI, CIA, National Security Agency, Justice Department, and National Security Council wrongdoing during the 2016 election, Trump transition, and early presidency.
Special Counsel Robert Mueller had been permitted to range well beyond his mandate of “Russian collusion.” He

Great summary. But how much of the left and those who aren't really paying close attention have even the barest clue of the massive criminality that has occurred?
FTA:
"No longer are Brennan, Clapper, Comey, and McCabe along with a host of others insisting that they acted nobly. No longer are they in solidarity in their defiant opposition to Donald Trump.
Now, for the first time, they are pointing fingers at one another, because they have come to realize that their prior criminality may not be rewarded, praised, or even excused, but rather prosecuted.
And so in response, we now hear: “He did it, not me!” "
Yes, exactly. Good little summary.

No better way to admit that wrong was done than to point at the other guy for doing it.

Victor Davis Hanson is American Greatness personified. The snapping-shut of the trap of justice has been painfully slow, but it's beginning to look like these weasels really are going to face justice.

Quite a nice little scandal that happened on BO's watch, eh? A scandal that we KNOW BO was aware of because he told his people to do it "by the book". Of course there is NO book, i.e. law, for criminals to follow. BO, being the bright scholarly fellow he is, had to KNOW that. Unless maybe he's not so bright, not so scholarly, and not so honest?
And was Uncle Joe involved? Will he be able to apologize his way out of this like he has the rest of his past? Will we be hearing about Joe's "friend" BO while a group of BO's minions are under indictment or investigation and suspicion swirls around BO himself? Or was Clueless Joe ignorant of perhaps the biggest political scandal ever happening all around him? Should a person so out of touch be considered for the presidency?
It is heartening that despite all the power of the dishonest state thrown at Trump, he was exonerated. The rhetorical observation of the finger pointing between Trump's accusers is because they are guilty and they know it. They are hoping if enough mud is thrown they will bog down the pursuit of justice but their buddies in the agencies are either gone, under serious investigation themselves, or under VERY watchful eyes. Little help will come their way. The perpetrators couldn't conceive of Trump winning. They never took him seriously or respected him. Their arrogance was a significant part of their destruction. They did major damage to this Country and the bills are coming due. FINALLY!

VDH does have a way of cutting through the BS, doesn't he. I can't place the exact context, but I remember a story about a baseball player down 3-2 telling the catcher, "It ain't over until the fat lady sings. The catcher said, " I think I hear a fat lady clearing her throat."
I seem to hear a lot of throat clearing going on.

The more I hear of the stuff these guys did in 2016 and 2017, I gotta think that this wasnt started by a couple guys in a basement bar at the CIA or FBI. They didnt wake up one morning and decide to go after Trump. Who did they go after since 2009? Or maybe before?

#7-8 A big "Duke" thank you! I'd forgotten about the sequential film clips of Wayne's career; a parallel life in movies shaping the final character and simultaneously setting up the encounter with the highwayman. Only The Duke could deliver lines with such disdain and derision. Soooo judgemental. No wonder the Lefties hate him so much. I see a lot of The Duke in The Donald.
#9 "Deep Throat" turned out to be an assistant director of the FBI. I highly doubt he was contacting the young cub reporters without the knowledge and approval from his comrades in the Deep State. Who killed Kennedy? Jackie knew and took refuge in the home of one the world's richest and personally powerful men.
Taking down a president? This wasn't the first rodeo for our traitorous federal LE and spy orgs. Its just that by the third generation, the moxie and intelligence has been bread out of the breed. In their hubris over past victories, they underestimated their target...the American people led by President Trump.
MAGA - Hang 'em high.
