In our hyperpartisan world, in which so many people watch only media that will give them news with which they agree, CNN viewers understandably expected the Mueller report to find overwhelming evidence that President Trump colluded, conspired with and is beholden to Russia. After all, that is what they have been hearing for many months. Pundit after pundit, commentator after commentator, host after host already had made up their minds: President Trump was guilty and should be indicted, impeached or removed under the 25th Amendment. To be sure, CNN presented the occasional

So smug by half, he never fails to insert on most of his appearances on FNC that he voted for Hitlery. Enough already, Alan, you irritating little prig.

FTA: "So let’s hope that CNN, and other media that got it wrong, will reassess their approach to divisive, controversial issues." Uh, Alan..its been like this for the past 20 years. You might as well ask a tiger to change its stripes than ask CNN to start telling the truth. Fact is, anyone stupid enough to actually watch CNN as a credible news source deserves to be misled.

I find it hard to trust Dershowitz, and it´s annoying how the folks at Fox seem to have so much respect for his opinions. I just don´t. CNN and the others always mislead their viewers; that´s why their numbers are so low.

and, that reveals the problem, right in front of them all. For month after month, they published conjecture, innuendo, half-truths, and their fevered hopes that President Trump just must be as corrupt and degenerated as hitlery and her various evil, deluded or stupid followers. Only now are actual facts being reported. How boring... he´s clean. Now what?

Credit where credit is due. Al was right, and CNN was wrong to be so one sided, although they seem to think that they were making more money by being one sided. They think it´s what their viewers want. Now that their viewers are shocked and mourning over the outcome and CNN´s ratings have plummeted perhaps they can see the folly of this strategy.

I just cannot believe that he could be proud of the fact that he voted for Illary, he must have his head in the sand or on Epstein´s island.

Would really like to read the article, but it is impossible with "the Hill´s" banner ad and the turbo-tax commercial that will not close so that I can only see about 1/3 of the page.

I think the piece is worth reading. Dershowitz, for all his faults, was not willing to jump on the Collusion Bandwagon like just about every other Democrat.

Well for starters I´ll submit the first "N" In CNN.
If we are ever to right the ship and save the Republic it will require an awakening in the left community. If that is possible at all, it will begin with people like Alan Dershowitz.
I´d love to be able to argue with him regarding how to best be the republic of our founding but we have a communist coup to squash keeping us busy at the moment.

CNN understands their loyal audience, and what it delivers to them is what they desire. Simple as that.

"John Brennan, the former director of the CIA, has acknowledged that he may have based his mistaken assessments and predictions on “bad information,” but what he failed to say was that he and CNN were often the source of this bad information that led viewers to have false expectations."
Yup, John Brennan = BAD INFORMATION.
"It (CNN) did not well serve its viewers, or the American public."
It´s viewers got exactly what they wanted, condemnation of Trump.
The American Public KNOWS that CNN is hopelessly corrupt and doesn´t listen to it.

This is not about HOW CNN misled its viewers, it´s THAT they misled their viewers (psst, and they have been for thirty years) and Al might have to tweak the Venetian blinds in his belly button that are apparently broken in the closed position. He might also want to take a bottle of Windex with him while his head is on its way up his backside to clean the belly button window as well.

I just don´t trust or buy anything a supposedly well educated, Harvard Law Prof., Emerative (sp) that is proud that he voted for the biggest crook ever in American politics!

First, I don´t believe that Epstein stuff---it only came to light AFTER Dershowitz starting being "fair and balanced." Second, love him or not, he is standing up for the law and what he thinks is decent and right. So what if there is some ego involved? Without some ego, telling himself that he is doing what is right, he probably wouldn´t be able to suffer the slings, arrows and shunning by his Democratic friends. So I appreciate him, Hillary vote or no. (And of COURSE, I don´t understand why a decent man can still vote for such a devious creek, e.g. Hillary.)
