Robert Mueller has delivered his report on the Trump-Russia investigation to Attorney General William Barr. Sometime soon, perhaps within hours, Barr will send the report´s "principal conclusions" to Congress. It will first go to the chairperson and ranking member of both the House and Senate Judiciary committees. It is unclear what will happen after that, but certainly other lawmakers will see the document, and there will be a steady stream of leaks of what is in the report. The Mueller investigation is over, and it is apparently the case that Mueller does not recommend any new indictments.

Millions of taxpayer dollars spent on a treasonous attempt to destroy our President.
Send Hillary Clinton the bill for this, then make her and her fellow cronies in the DOJ and FBI the subject of an investigation that will scour every aspect of their lives in the manner that President Trump was treated.

A few questions...…. The FISA warrants were illegally obtained so that the FBI could tap the phones of persons working in the Trump campaign in an attempt to charge him with collusion. Was any of the info obtained through this method used to convict several people who were involved in the campaign? If so, then could their convictions (which had nothing to do with collusion) be overturned because their convictions were obtained by illegal methods?
It just doesn´t seem right that these people will sit in prison for years when the people who illegally obtained the warrants remain free. It would be up to the authorities to determine if they should be re-tried.

I was thinking that Adam Stiff was going down the right path, to have Mueller testify in front of Congress, to give the GOP the chance to ask about whether or not the Dirty Dossier was investigated and the related FBI and DOJ bad behavior. But then you realize, that if someone is investigated and not indicted, they are not publicly identified. So, even for us on the Right, this will be a dud.

This is not going to end until we crush the dems in 2020. They will keep investigation after investigation on Trump and everyone around him until they are hammered and lose the house. In the mean time they will do everything they can to block Trump’s initiatives no matter how good the policies are. They will also waste millions in their quest. There is a special place for these people an you know where that is.

One of the MSNBC panels last night drifted onto the subject of impeachment.
The so called presidential historian, Michael Beschloss, responding to the reality of no finding of collusion or obstruction, cited Gerald Ford´s comment about reasons for impeachment - that it is whatever Congress says it is.
Ford, as minority leader in the House did say that, but he was talking about the possibility of impeaching Associate Justice William O. Douglas of the U.S. Supreme Court back around 1970,
for taking as his fourth wife, a teenager.
The U.S. Constitution provides causes for impeaching a president = high crimes and misdemeanors - but does not for federal judges, only that they continue to serve with ´good behavior.´
Beschloss´s citing of Ford, out of context, was an act of academic dishonesty that was stunning.

No, #2. They should ignore the subpoenas completely. There is precedence - the guy who set up illary’s Illegal server (Brian Pagliano) was subpoenaed and never showed up. And nothing was done about it. Schiffforbrains’ 81 subpoenas should get the same result.

#7 - Ford was essentially right. There is no further definition of either high crime or misdemeanors in the Constitution.
The process is wholly political, with votes from House committee to the House floor for impeachment, and to the Senate for "trial", held with the Chief Justice presiding. The articles of impeachment passed by the House are an accusatory listing of the Presidential "crimes", which includes such goodies as "Violation of his Oath" by acting unconstitutionally, or failure to act in accordance his duties.
The Senate eventually serves as jury, and there is no requirement for any "Beyond a Reasonable Doubt" judgement. In fact, there is no standard but the potential political ramifications, both individually and collectively. Remember Arlen Specter´s "Not Proven" Scottish law pronouncement?
I don´t know of any appeal rights, either. The Senate´s decision is the end of the process.
So, it appears Ford and Beschloss may be correct in their assessment.

So far, the Mueller investigation has not addressed the "Donkey" (aka Jackass) in the room. That is, the collusion of Hillary and the DNC and Russians by way of GPS and the Christopher Steele Dossier. It seems there is a money trail there to follow.

Don´t ever confuse Congress with law enforcement. They aren´t. Its over. If Congress keeps on pushing this fake investigation it will be bad for them. It won´t gain them any votes. The people that are for the fake investigation were already in the Democratic corner. People on the fence may well see the investigation for the fraud it is, and vote accordingly.

The sixth thing that didn´t happen is Melania didn´t go on a witch hunt of her own with one of her best stilettos in hand thunking each dim and msm reporter on the head leaving a permanent hole as a reminder of the price for lying.

Above York´s list, I believe the most important thing that didn´t happen was the choice made by the patriotic "silent majority" of Normal Americans to sit this one out, deferring to Mueller and the coup-monger democrats that once backed him. Failure to rise up and cause a bit of a stir may come back to haunt us as the coup efforts continue to unfold. We´ve emboldened those within government who would use their authority and the coercive power of government to further their anti-American political aims. Unfortunately, it does not appear that we are through dropping the ball, as the coup-mongers have already signaled their intent to double down on their efforts to decapitate our executive branch and nullify conservative votes.

Another thing that did not happen was any investigation of the FBI and DOJ for the attempted coup d’état to destroy president Trump and his family. I want revenge. Start with publishing the FISA court false Dossier application. I would also want Theresa May and British Intelligence exposed for creating Spygate to ingratiate themselves with Baraq Hussein.

The only crimes the report shows are those of the so called investigators. Barr needs to take the report and use it to arrest both the Mueller and Obama gangs.
