A bill that would create a pathway for undocumented children to access state-funded health insurance was approved by the Virginia Senate along partisan lines Tuesday. Glenn Youngkin, would provide health care coverage for Virginia residents under age 19 who are not covered under a group health plan or health insurance coverage, and would, if not for their immigration status, be eligible for medical assistance services through the commonwealth's program of medical assistance services.
