Special Counsel Jack Smith Admits Prosecutors
Misled Judge in Trump Case

Special counsel Jack Smith’s team on May 3 acknowledged they misled U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon regarding the handling of evidence in one of the criminal cases against former President Donald Trump. Prosecutors in a court filing said that in some of the boxes FBI agents seized from President Trump’s Florida resort, the order of papers has been changed from shortly after the seizure. Prosecutors compared scans of the boxes done in 2022 under orders from Judge Cannon to the present state of the boxes and noticed that the order is not the same.(snip)Prosecutors were unable to confirm why the order of papers was changed but offered a theory

Just read it and it's VERY serious which should have the whole case dropped by Judge Cannon with prejudice against Jack Smith and his prosecution team. I wonder if any of them should start worrying about being disbarred or having other charges brought against them.

FTA: "Some of the classified documents have been removed and placeholders put in their place." THIS is pure evidence tampering and absolutely wrecks their (already fraudulent) case. So, were these classified documents that were removed the ENTIRE POINT of this? To do a "Sandy Berger" to recover classified documents which are dangerous to The Zero and his criminal assistants? Was THIS the purpose of this operation, with the smear of Trump just a "secondary benefit"??? Crooked folks running the entire Deep State and they are terrified that Trump is getting the facts on their criminal activities and will eventually put them in prison for their crimes in addition to treasons.

Obviously HACK Smith's "Team" (he's blaming others for his Criminal Actions) did this ON PURPOSE. Hey Judge, what happens when Lawyers LIE to the Judge in Court, AND Obstruct a proceeding with Falsified Evidence? I would think the Judge would Sanction ALL of them with extremely heavy fines...Say $50 Million, to be paid personally, Then pass this evidence to the State Bar for each Crooked Lawyer to get them Disbarred!

Sandy Berger was able to get to a few of Bill Clinton's presidential classified documents to steal them and destroy them, to protect Clinton, because the documents were held in the National Archives. But, since Trump personally held these documents.....it would seem that some massive, hugely illegal and totally fraudulent excuse was created to send in armed FBI to grab all of Trump's personal documents so that they could root through them and 'disappear' documents that were inconvenient to the DC Uniparty Deep State Criminal Cabal. And probably this was exactly why Trump had retained those documents, now destroyed....although they will claim otherwise. And if a judge ever orders that these "replaced" documents are presented.....fraudulent, modified versions are being prepared now for just that possibility. This persecution of Trump was a necessary sideshow to permit getting into his files to pull out important papers. THAT is what was really happening, the rest was a cover story....conveniently inconvenient for Trump, but a cover story for document theft nonetheless.

I am being totally cynical here but show me one instance where this horrid administration has been held accountable for anything they have done. They believe the are above the law and who has tried to set them straight? Right, NO one. The myriad of criminal acts Biden’s cabal has committed against President Trump and absolutely nothing has been done to hold them accountable. I honestly believe that democrats want to so outrage the President’s supporters that they will act out and give them another opportunity to come down hard on them. They are pushing us hard with each act of lawlessness and by doing so pretty much are saying, “Yeah, and what are YOU going to do about it?!” If you think they do not want to cause violence, you have not been paying attention. They want to paint MAGA as extreme and what better way than to continue to persecute President Trump when evidence reveals it has all been a set up to undermine him.

FBi participants should be charged with tampering with evidence. They place used condoms and cartridge casings in sealed plastic bags but mess with individual classified documents. They were obviously concerned with outing themselves in Hillary's Russia Russia scam and subsequent spying on Donald Trump, which probably continues to this day.

It comes down to “chain of custody.” Without the ability to say that a particular “classified” document corresponds to a particular “placeholder” sheet (and God knows why they decided to do this in the first place rather than simply securing the evidence as seized), they cannot prove what was actually in the box.

So here's the deal - While President, Trump had knowledge and possession of proof that the Dems were guilty of illegal acts to undermine his election/presidency. He took them along when he left office. The Dems know he has them, maybe not sure how many docs or what acts among the many he has proof of. They come up with a magical reason to go get them. Big problem for Dems - did they get them all? Did Trump have duplicates? If Trump gets re-elected, he now has the ability to declassify, and release all that he has. Which may be everything, because he has duplicates of everything. The Dems don't know if or what he has so their lies now have uncertain boundaries. If Trump get elected, jail is a possibility, who or how many as yet unknown. The Dems aren't pulling out all the stops to "save our democracy", they're doing it to save their collective asses. You don't have to be a MAGA to want to see him back in office, all you need is to be a patriot.

Those who understand the construct of Lawfare understand the purposes and intents. Lawfare is an outcome of a radical activist pivot point that happened during the Obama administration. Prior to the Obama-era the radicals tearing down government defended the transparently guilty, their allies and fellow traveling communists. Those who were arrested for violence the radicals supported, were defended, excused and their activity justified. After the election of Obama, as noted first by author Jack Cashill, something changed; (anip) In the “anger games” era of Barack Obama, the radicals began attacking the innocent and using their allies in media as part of the attack narrative. Special Counsel Jack Smith admitted federal prosecutors tampered with evidence in his criminal case alleging former President Donald Trump mishandled classified documents. According to a Friday court filing, prosecutors said documents the FBI seized from Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence are no longer in the same order in which they found them, and some are mislabeled and may even be misplaced. A government “filter team” that dealt with the boxes once the FBI took them “was not focused on maintaining the sequence of documents within each box,” the special counsel’s office wrote in the filing.

In a normally functioning democracy (constitutional republic) the testimony today by Trump corporate comptroller Jeff McConney would end the ridiculous “hush money” case. McConney testified he alone was the one who instructed the accounting department to classify payments to Michael Cohen as “legal expenses.” This entire premise of the silly NY city case against Donald Trump is predicated on the claim candidate Trump had the payments classified as legal expenses to hide the hush money payment. If Trump didn’t determine the classification, the case should collapse. Alas, we all know what this Lawfare is really about.

Jesus predicted this betrayal during the Last Supper. In exchange for his treachery, Judas received thirty pieces of silver. Could he have also been threatened? Who knows? The Bible says nothing about that. Modern day betrayals, particularly of leaders, occur via carrot or stick, reward or kompromat. For Judas, the price was a pocket of silver coins. For members of Congress, the price may be a do-nothing board seat, a cable news gig, or stock options worth millions.
