Eric Swalwell Posts Photo of His Kid’s
Bedroom Door, and Something Just Isn’t Right

Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.) may be infamous for passing gas on live television and allegedly having an affair with a Chinese spy, but his recent social media post accidentally raises new questions about the embattled congressman. On Friday, Swalwell posted a photo on X/Twitter of his kid's bedroom, which features a Post-It note in the child’s handwriting that reads, “No dad in my room." I can’t exactly explain why he would want to post such a thing in the first place. He adds no further context, so we have no idea why the child posted the note. But Swalwell made the already bizarre post incredibly creepy

Comments:

Why is there a lock on the OUTSIDE of his child's door???

The kid's Post-It is standard fare 'NO PARENTS ALLOWED'. Swalwell's, however, is Bidenesque pervert stuff.

Swalwell turned the doorknobs around to confine the kid to his room until such time the kid pees in his pants or Swalwell deems it appropriate to let the kid come out. The "Don't threaten me with a good time", quote is frankly pretty weird. Is there a wife involved?

Am I missing something? That kind of door knob is what's called a Privacy Knob, which as the name implies, means privacy for the person INSIDE the room, which locks the door by turning the little upright projection in the center of the knob. Now, if what we see in this picture is able to lock the door from the OUTSIDE, the knob on the INSIDE must have no keyhole and no mechanism to unlock, an arrangement I have never seen before. Any locksmiths out there to help me understand?

#7 - Take a look at any domestic bedroom door. There is no "key" hole on the other side as there would be on the front door. The whole door knob assembly had to be reversed for the locking mechanism be on the outside of the door. #8 - Why would a kid put a "No Dad In My Room" sign on the inside of the bathroom suite door? Like other posters, I have never seen this in my life. Talk about red flags and sirens signaling child abuse. Not to mention Swallowell's response to the "No Dad" sign with, "Don't threaten me with a good time." That is, indeed, Biden-level creepy. Democrats - Putting the "D" in Deviant.

Not to defend this nasty piece of work and I have no clue how old the child is but we switched the lock around on our nursery door when the kiddos got to the point they were out of the baby bed and into a toddler bed. That freedom was a bit too much for them lol. They would get up in the middle of the night and wander the house. We worried they could possibly get hurt. Just make their room safe and snug and no worries. They would get us an play on their floor at some point and then drag a blankie down and fall asleep on the floor even. My sis did the same with her "night owl wanderer." Toddlers and preschoolers often don't exactly understand danger and consequences well. Plus, we had a couple of times they locked themselves in their rooms which caused some stress.

A "lady friend" of days gone by had her son do something similar...my solution? I just took the whole door off, explained that the WHOLE DANG HOUSE belonged to ME, when HE had his OWN house he could do what he wanted there, until then, My HOUSE, My RULES. I (and his mother) go where we want in this house, when we want...HE on the other hand would need to start asking permission from one of us to go to his room, or leave his room, or go to the bathroom, or leave the bathroom, or open the fridge, or leave the house...or to come back into the house. After several days, We worked out a deal...he would not enter ANY door without knocking and getting a response, we would knock on his door(once he earned the right to have it rehung by behaving better to his mother) before entering. He got much more respectful to his mother, and even though we broke up, they moved on, still to this day he is respectful of his mother, and he calls me now and then to laugh about similar things that happen with His kids.

Agree, #13. Just last night my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter climbed out of her crib, went into the kitchen and pulled a chair up to the counter in an effort to get at her older brother’s birthday cake. She only managed to pull some of the plastic wrap off but couldn’t reach farther. This morning my daughter found the chair, the loose plastic wrap and her daughter asleep on the living room sofa.

A GOP-led effort in Pennsylvania has prevailed after an appeals court ruled that undated (and arguably unverified) mail-in ballots can not be counted. That comes after a years-long legal battle led by various left-wing activist groups, including the ACLU and the NAACP. Pennsylvania mail-in ballots that are not dated on the outside envelope by the voter should not be counted even if they arrive at a county election office on time, a three-judge appeals court panel ruled on Wednesday. The 2-1 decision from the U.S. 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals strikes down a lower court ruling and sets up a potential Supreme Court battle over Pennsylvania’s mail-ballots that began in 2020,

He needs their help convincing people to support his beleaguered candidacy because he's so unpopular at this point. They're throwing everything up against the wall to try to help him. Meanwhile, former President Donald Trump is behaving like a president. Instead of going to a campaign event, he attended the wake for NYPD officer Jonathan Diller and spoke with the family. He reportedly had called Diller's widow on Wednesday.

He's such an institution that there are plenty of copycats. I'm not sure how many people ever actually read any of these White House books. Claim: Comedian Jon Stewart said this week that the loans at the center of the civil real-estate case against Donald Trump meant there were fewer loans available to other borrowers. “Money isn’t infinite. A loan that goes to the liar doesn’t go to someone who’s giving a more honest evaluation. So the system becomes incentivized for corruption,” Stewart said. Verdict: False. The amount of money available for loans from banks is not diminished when banks make loans to other customers, except in the rare case of a distressed bank that is capital-constrained. A loan to one customer does not subtract from a fixed pool of loans

Overall, a record-shattering 51 million people living in the United States were born in another country, a surge triggered by the millions of migrants crossing the border, the report by the Center for Immigration Studies found. “We’ve never seen anything like this before over a three-year period of time. All prior records have been surpassed,” said Steven Camarota, the research director for CIS and author of the analysis.

The 14-year-old could not consent due to her being “physically helpless or mentally incapacitated,” according to the outlet, which cited a complaint filed in the Coffee County court system. Mendoza, who is in the US illegally, will be deported to his home country once the case is concluded, Sheriff Scott Byrd told WDHN.

Woke cities are giving them legal backup by consolidating COVID-19-era no-eviction rules into free housing for months or years. People seeking their piece of the American Dream are now the stars of the left's dystopian horror show. The property takeovers are all over the country in the nation's woke cities. The stories are legion. "The homeowner wouldn't talk with us on camera for fear of retaliation from those living on the property.
