Jonathan Turley 'astonished' Fani Willis,

There is a new twist in the Fani Willis-Nathan Wade legal saga after a co-chief deputy district attorney for Cobb County claimed key witness Terrence Bradley lied about his knowledge of Willis and Wade's relationship. While there has been no ruling on Willis' disqualification, legal scholar Jonathan Turley questioned on "America's Newsroom" Tuesday why the pair has not "stepped aside" as their legal quagmire worsens "by the day." JONATHAN TURLEY: It was painful to watch. It had that look of a hostage tape, where he was just saying, 'I know nothing, I heard nothing. If I said anything, I didn't mean it.'

Seriously? They would never step aside voluntarily. Being a libtard means never admitting you're wrong, never saying you're sorry.

I have the worst time following this event. All the "journalists" keep referring to the players by their occupations and titles, which is good writing practice, as using the person's name all the time would make for an awkward article. HOWEVER, everybody in this case is a lawyer/attorney and they all have similar titles using the words district and attorney and sometime prosecutor. What the heck is a "co-chief deputy district attorney"? it sure is a quagmire.

I was wondering why the judge needed two weeks for his ruling. Perhaps he knew others would come forward and make his decision a slam dunk. The pair should step down before they really hang themselves, but apparently, they live in their own Fulton County bubble where reality takes a different form. I hope they get disbarred so they can never harm anyone (legally) again.

I LOVE the fact that Willis and Wade are still on the Trump case. Let 'em stay! They are a PRIME example of entitled, self-serving, glory hounds that they have always been. It is honestly the prime characteristic of cheating jerks.....the entitlement, the grandiosity, the self-centered motivation. Absolutely NONE of this is about justice and it is 100% about ego....personal and the Democrat party. Reel out as much rope as they will take...a long rope means a better drop.

I practiced law for over 30 years. A lawyer is required to avoid even the appearance of impropriety the things that Willis and her boyfriend have done here go away, way past that. Lawyers in many states have had their licenses, suspended and/or revoked for far less than what Willis and her boyfriend have done here. It is sad to see the double standard that liberal politicians are allowed to operate under in America these days.

Fani and Nathan aren’t the least bit worried. Judge McAfee will see that they get off with maybe a stern warning at worst. The judge is an Fani Willis fan and even contributed to her campaign. The Biden family doesn’t have anything over corrupt Fulton County. Yes. I’m a Georgia resident. Since 1991.

Turley is right if Fani was a regular, logical, person. She is, however, an elected Democrat that is a black women. She is thus of the firm belief (a belief she holds for good reason) that she cannot be held to account by any person, no rules apply to her, and she is entitled to steal whatever, and do whatever, she likes, and no one dare oppose her.

Come on, Jonathan! Don’t you know that democrats will stick it out until the bitter end and someone makes them step down. There is no honor in that party and they truly believe they can beat the system. She is going nowhere because she knows if she steps down, it’s over for her. She’s staying in with the hope that the judge cares more about skin color and re-election than he does about justice. I believe she is guilty as sin but I would bet you the judge will not remove her and give her the smallest hand slap you have ever seen. It will be on par with what happens to Hillary Clinton. You do not go to democrat judges to get justice. It cannot be found there.

Yes, Willis should be sanctioned, I think disbarred. But what I don’t understand is why we’re focusing on whether Willis will be disqualified but we’re not also focusing on the defendant(s). It’s got to be improper for a prosecutor to benefit financially by bringing charges. By choosing to prosecute Trump et al., Fanni Willis effectively made many, many thousands of dollars on top of her salary. The prosecution, ergo, is fundamentally flawed and improper, is it not? Aside from Willis being disbarred, the case should be dismissed with prejudice. What am I missing?

Pro-Choice Democrats Fight To Make Abortion

At the State of the Union address this week, President Biden and the Democrats intend to leverage a tragic situation involving a woman who suffered a medical emergency during her pregnancy in order to advance their own abortion agenda. My heart goes out to this mother and any other mother experiencing a similar situation. It is heartbreaking to lose a child under any circumstances. But while President Biden exploits this tragedy for political gain, one critical piece of information you won’t hear during his address is that all state pro-life protections have provisions to protect mothers experiencing medical emergencies.

Donald Trump is marching into the general election in an enviable political position. The former president is leading President Joe Biden in most polls. He has shown a potential to broaden his coalition with Black and Hispanic voters. And he doesn’t face the same type of scrutiny about his age that the president confronts on a regular basis. After sweeping through almost every Super Tuesday Republican contest on Tuesday night, Trump exhibited the type of swagger befitting a candidate with a real shot of winning the White House in eight months time. “They call it Super Tuesday for a reason,” Trump said on stage at Mar-a-lago, flanked by American flags.

The obstacle course facing President Biden this week during Thursday’s belated State of the Union address presents a formidable challenge. It may prove difficult for the 81-year-old president to navigate. Expectations could not be lower. Biden faces the usual challenges of exaggerating his paltry policy wins, justifying his substantial missteps and attacking his political opponents. But those questions may be overshadowed by more basic ones. Can he make it from start to finish gaffe-free? Will we be able to understand his words? Will this be one of the shortest addresses ever? Will he even be able to find his way off the stage?

President Joe Biden is declining at a geometric, not an arithmetic, rate. His cognitive challenges are multifaceted. His gait is shaky. His daily use of stairs now risks the chance of a tenure-ending fall. Even when he sticks to the teleprompter, he so slurs his speech, mispronounces words, and glides his syntax that at times he becomes as incomprehensible at the podium as he is unsteady in his step. He now speaks a strange language foreign and untranslatable to most Americans. White House transcribers leave hiatuses in their written texts of his remarks to reflect that they either have no idea what he said, do not wish to publicize their guesses

We can bear neither our diseases nor their remedies." So shrugged the ancient historian Livy (59 B.C.-17 A.D.) of the long decline of Roman national character that, in his age, finally ended the Roman Republic. Like a patient whose medicine proves worse than the disease, Livy lamented that the Romans knew that they had become corrupt and lawless. But the very contemplation of the hard medicine needed for restoration -- and the furious reaction that would meet the remedy -- made it impossible to save the patient. America is nearing such an impasse.

In 1892, Lord Alfred Bruce Douglas, Oscar Wilde's lover, wrote a poem called "Two Loves" which referred euphemistically to "the love that dare not speak its name." At that time, homosexuals were expected to keep their sexual orientation and relationships secret. In 1986, Norman Podhoretz published a groundbreaking essay in Commentary Magazine called "The Hate That Dare Not Speak Its Name," which put the subject of antisemitism in American journalism on the public radar.
