Ten middle schoolers were arrested for allegedly assaulting a Coney Island classmate in a brutal, caught-on-video bus beatdown. The victim — who one fellow student later callously declared “deserved it” and “shoulda died” — could be heard shrieking in pain as a pack of kids collectively rained punches on him in the Jan. 26 incident, footage shared with The Post and posted on social media show. The boy can be seen trying to protect his head from the relentless fists while he’s passed down the aisle by his attackers on an MTA shuttle bus

Comments:

In the NYC communist indoctrination system - - Gifted & Talented means not having been convicted of a major felony in the past two weeks. Get a look at the perps - - and you'll understand why.

The usual suspects. This is so sad to watch. One kid being attacked by so many at one time. This was a savage attack. All involved need to be arrested and charged with something - they need to understand this is not acceptable.

Apologies to Sam Clemens. I doubt this what anyone had in mind when the school was opened (in the 30's?).Huck's good friend, "Jim", continues to devolve. From insideschools.com: Over the years Mark Twain has struggled to maintain racial diversity. Originally a largely black school, it became a magnet school in 1975. By 1996 black parents were complaining their children were largely excluded from Twain. Today, the school is disproportionately white and Asian with fewer low-income students than other schools, although [school pricipal] Ditolla says it is more mixed than many gifted and talented schools. Oh, and that 11-year-old girl who was beaten last fall? The offender was suspended until the girl was transferred to another school.

This Mark Twain school is apparently only for the gifted and talented, I am guessing the ones doing the beat down are neither gifted nor talented just beneficiaries of diversity, inclusion and equity.

It's not only New York...last week in Cincinnati a pack of feral teens attacked a person...seems like I heard they got bail or some such junk...but then dems run Cincinnati as well as other cities that have a big problem. And you see on the local news they have a committee for this and that to 'address the problem'...and nothing ever gets fixed...

When I was in the 8th grade I was in the jr high school band. Most of the band members were very smart but not too rugged. In our class was an unusually big, strong and tough guy. He started to bully all of us so much we went to a coach to ask for help. The coach talked to him and that just made things worse. I was the smallest, but probably the boldest of the boys. I decided that in order to rein in the bully, we were going to have to stick together and confront him with our superior numbers. About 10 of the boys went to explain to the bully that his days of hurting others was over. One of the biggest of the wimpy kids faced off with him and the rest of us joined in. It took about 30 seconds for the bully to be subdued and scared. That completely ended the problem and completely changed the bully. He was never the same and became withdrawn as his power was contained. When we all went to high school the x bully never recovered his past status and just stared in the shadows. Prior to the bully stage I had become friends with him so later when I would see him sorta lost, I actually felt a little sorry for him.

For people out there who love pro golf and want the best of the best competing against each other every week, you better hope Donald Trump is your next president, and it’s not just because the former president is such a golf fanatic. It’s because of the type of regulatory apparatus he will install if elected, a free-market one that will greenlight the much-needed merger of the PGA Tour and the upstart LIV Golf league. Yes, the nonsensical hatred of all things M&A by the leftists in the Biden administration has been horrible for US businesses and the economy. It also could maim professional golf.
