RIP. How awful for her. But a hideous brand-new trend for leftists.

So, the terrorists claimed another victim.
Way to support terror, monor.

Who is more bloodthirsty: the jihadists or the bureaucrats?
Hell is big enough for all of them.

In one post she wrote: 'I get a few medications for breakfast. And up to 11 antidepressants a day. I couldn't live without it.
'With all the medications I take, I feel like a ghost that can't feel anything anymore. Maybe there were other solutions than medications.'
Ya...I'm thinking that ANY other solutions would have been better than being so heavily medicated.

This makes me sad. I can't help but feel that there is more than just the terrorist attack in 2016 that contributed to her depression. Why do I get the same feeling I get from the young women who are cutting off their breasts and hormonally changing their bodies? Belgium used to be a Catholic country. What the heck happened?

For whatever reason, some of us just can’t make it on Planet Earth. The vultures in the pharmaceutical industry share a big part of the blame. 11 antidepressants a day? That she couldn’t find the help she needed is a tragedy. RIP, Shanti. I pray your soul found the peace it was seeking.

This indeed is too tragic. The extensive medications don’t sound like a sustainable path, but I wasn’t there. God Bless.

Lord, have mercy.. Another aspect of hopeless European lives that we simply shouldn't be embracing.
Demanding she bear the pain seems callous; but shifting her pain to her loved ones is selfish, too. Like saying, "I hurt too much to stay, and none of you are enough to make me want to stay.

"Euthanized"?
No! She was deliberately killed by an out-of-control medical system.

Wonder if she was ever given ketamine? It seems to alleviate the depression with PTSD.

One of the bad things about social media is posting about tragic events gets the needed attention but doesn’t allow one to move past the event. Even on her last day she posted on Facebook.

Euthanize is not a word that can be applied to a 23 year old. No matter what her condition. The Left wing Medical/ Legal system has gone monstrously out of control.

We have very effective treatments now for PTSD---EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Sensory-Motor Psychotherapy---the idea that "I'll just die," is very short-sighted. People are capable of overcoming so much more than they imagine. "Just Die," is a failure on so many levels. For death as a solution, to be pushed by a government, is criminal.

It would have made sense if they had reduced the medications while she was a hospital in- patient to see what changed.

This breaks my heart because this young woman needed Jesus in her life. When you are in deep despair, He is the one who can heal your soul. Depression is a terrible burden and there are additional therapies. A good Christian psychologist can do wonders when their focus is on the spiritual too.

I suspect her remains will soon be transported to the Soylent Corporation where they'll be transformed into Soylent Green.

It may be a pipe dream, but I'd betcha there was a 23ish yr old young man with love in his heart that could have made a world of difference. It worked on me at a very dark time in my life.
