New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was slammed by Republicans and business leaders following an interview where she cast doubt on whether rampant smash-and-grabs are actually occurring. "A lot of these allegations of organized retail theft are not actually panning out," Ocasio-Cortez said in an interview with The Washington Times last week. "I believe it’s a Walgreens in California cited it, but the data didn’t back it up," she added. UNITED STATES - JUNE 30: Rep. Her comments are perfect. I can see a campaign ad against the dems for the 2022 midterm elections: On the screen, images, videos and personal accounts of the fear, destruction, and loss that were thrust onto the business owners, along with AOC's idiotic lying comments. The ad ends with "what do you believe, a lying politician or your own eyes".

When are people going to wake up. These people live in an alternate universe. That is how far out of touch with reality they are. Everything is given to them, they don't work, all they do is go to meetings and blow out a lot of hot air. That's it. They don't have a freakin clue of what's going on in the real world. And this little commie is one of the worst. Just think about how many illiterates live in her district. Just think about how many complete idiots voted for this pathetic sub human. Got it..

When the looters were hitting ghetto Auto Zones and Nike stores it was "Defund the Police". Now that they're tearing up high end jewelry stores and Nordstrom's in the mayors' ritzy neighborhoods it's suddenly tough on crime time. The hypocrisy is stunning.

The data may not back it up but the countless videos clearly show hundreds of black people in hoodies running out of stores with armloads of loot and jumping into waiting cars. Don't the police monitor social media? That's how the ferals communicate and coordinate in case they are oblivious to that fact.

The United States may soon lose its status as a truly global superpower, both on Earth and in the heavens of low orbit. “The threats are really growing and expanding every single day,” Space Force Vice Chief of Operations Gen. David Thompson warned in an interview with the Washington Post published Tuesday. As the Chinese and Russians continue to enhance their capabilities beyond Earth-bound gravity, the United States finds itself in the midst of a new 21st-century space race, competing with world powers developing new weapons to target satellites.

In the upside-down morality of the left, it is perfectly acceptable for criminal gangs to target high-end stores free of consequences. At once ascribing poverty, immoral historical legacies, and contemporary systemic racism, we are supposed to believe that what is happening is actually a form of justice. Nothing could be further from the truth. There is no moral or humanitarian justification for the now-daily shoplifting and burglary sprees witnessed time and again in various California cities and across the country. The Los Angeles Unified School District Office of Human Relations, Diversity & Equity prepared a presentation told students critical race theory isn’t being taught in schools while the district made presentations that did precisely that. A fourth-generation dairy farmer warned that climate change-related regulations and a slew of economic woes could signal the end for her family's way of life after nearly a century. "We've been attacked in the dairy industry for a while now," Stephanie Nash told Fox News. "Instead of educating people through the farmer, we're educating them through people that have never farmed and we're killing off our family farmers." Rising costs, labor and supply shortages and little support – in addition to climate change and conservation regulations – are all major obstacles threatening the Nash family, which has been in the dairy farming business for 92 years.

Guitar For Life Cafe was one of the only unlocked doors on West Main St. in downtown Waukesha on Monday morning, so I stepped inside to buy a cup of coffee. MSNBC is in some hot water after someone who was allegedly sent by one of the network’s producers reportedly got arrested while following the bus carrying the jury for the Kyle Rittenhouse trial and was suspected of trying to photograph them. The judge has since banned MSNBC from the courtroom for the rest of the trial. The man, who reportedly identified himself as James J. Morrison and said he was instructed to follow the jury by MSNBC’s Irene Byon, was pulled over and issued citations for running a red light. Police say that although they suspected he was attempting to take pictures, he didn’t obtain any photographs of the jury.

Mayor Bill de Blasio sprung a COVID-19 vaccine mandate on all private businesses in New York City on Monday—drawing immediate rebuke from trade groups and some fellow elected officials who said the backbone of the Big Apple was “blindsided” by the stunning move. Adding to the shockwave, the policy is scheduled to go into effect in just 21 days, on Dec. 27. The announcement left New Yorkers and the city’s business community flabbergasted. Kathryn Wylde, head of the business group Partnership for NYC, blasted the mayor’s announcement. “There’s no forewarning, no discussion, no idea about whether it’s legal or who he expects to enforce it,” she said.

(Tweet/Video) Tlaib is a perfect example of how federal bailouts of student loans would actually benefit the rich. It’s not just the poor taking out loans. Students from families earning more than $114,000 a year borrow at the same rate as the lowest-income students — and they take out loans nearly twice as large. Students with advanced degrees — lawyers, doctors and others — account for 40% of all student debt.
