While I admit, during the Jim Crow Era, minor traffic citations were used to target, humiliate and set up Blacks, I think the current day complaining is full of it! Disproportionate my ass! If you can't deal with the time, don't do the crime!Blacks are proportionately more likely to kill other Blacks. They are more likely to target other racial groups. They are more likely to do a lot of illegal things, proportionately... Seems to me, Blacks need to clean up their act.

Problem: Tooooo many people are breaking the Laws, particularly one small cultural cohort. Solution: Cancel all enforcement of Laws (don't bother to legally alter the Laws, just stop allowing police to enforce them) Outcome; NO Laws are respected, Govt itself is no longer respected...because it LIES, if it's Laws are Lies,, everything it says or does is Lies. It Lies about it's laws, it lies about protecting people with those Laws...it lies about electing people to make Laws to protect the people who elected them..YOU are on your own.

I was a law enforcement officer for 38 years. When I observed a vehicle committing a traffic violation I was unable to identify the race or sex of the driver, only that the driver of the vehicle committed a violation. I would identify the information on the driver after making the traffic stop. So I guess they are saying drivers of certain races are less able to obey traffic laws?

that's because the best "on the street" arrests are made because of minor traffic violations. check the stats and this fact will be proven true. William Devaughn said it ""Diamond in the back, sunroof top, diggin' the scene, with a gangsta lean". most accurately in his recording "Be thankful For What You Got" in 1974. the police know who the bad guys are and the politicians do everything they can to impede the police in bringing the bad guys to justice, which makes them worse than the bad guys.

In court one morning for an expired tag, I saw a black man plead not guilty to speeding. He said he gets pulled over all the time for driving while black. He went on to admit that he was speeding, but the cop should have let him go??? As far as I am concerned, that should have gotten him charged also with perjury, cause he swore under oath to tell the truth but pled not guilty anyway.

Beijing has mocked America by saying their secret test of a 21,000mph nuclear-capable missile, which orbited the globe before returning to Earth to strike its target, is a 'new blow to the US's mentality of strategic superiority over China'. The jibe follows a report from the Financial Times, which cited five unnamed intelligence sources, said the Chinese military launched the Long March rocket in August carrying a 'hypersonic glide vehicle' into low orbit. It circled the globe before descending towards its target, which is missed by about two dozen miles, in a technological development that would overcome US anti-ballistic missile systems.
