The armed forces are our original bureaucracy and a mirror of our society. After the recent exposure of the treason of our armed forces Joint Chiefs of Staff, it became apparent that our knowledge of the current Department of Defense is quite limited. It is obviously a total quagmire of waste, fraud, and corruption that is designed to support itself rather than the soldier or sailor in the field or on the sea, perceptions to the contrary.

This morning on Glen Beck show President Trump said he wanted every piece of military equipment down to the last screw brought home. Gen Milley told him it was cheaper to leave it behind than to bring it home! Says it all about the pentagon brass!

Milley and many other high ranking officers have chests covered in medals like childhood participation trophies. How many of our officers ever received medals which signified real and earned valor rather than for simple endurance in the service? I suspect the stars which almost all of our generals wear on their collars and shoulders represent nothing more than how long they've been kissing butt - because it sure seems like none of our current officers have EVER actually been in battle let alone won a war.

The evidence of such corruption has been out there for decades. Remember the stories of the $400 hammer or the $1200 toilet seat.

I think the key to Mark Milley is in that little blue rocker he wears on his pocket flap. The poor guy doesn’t read very well and when he went to Ranger Joe’s to buy his decorations, he mistakenly picked up the American “SPECIAL FORCES” when the only one he was authorized to wear is the Russian “SOCIAL FORCES.”

I was drafted in 1967, spent a year in Viet Nam then later in life worked 34 years for the Air Force.
I can tell you without a doubt the Military is nothing but a 'Communist like' setup...Do what you are told or we smash you into the ground...
Corrupt Officers are there, the good people seldom stand up, they hide to protect their career and retirement.
Senior officers are Gods and always Act like it. Get on their good side and you win, get on their bad side and your career is in the toilet.
There is NO accountability, blame always falls on some poor slob in the middle of the chain of command. It is impossible to get rid of bad apples unless they do something REALLY Bad...like Child Abuse/Wife Abuse, pornography on their computer, disobeying a direct order etc. Most bad behavior flies under the radar and infects the organization. Huge Mistakes like wasting money or incompetent management are rewarded because the narrative is always one of success no matter what happened. This is particularly true in huge contracts...contractors are sometimes very crooked and get away with shoddy work and get paid more to fix their screwups...I could go on for days but I think you get the picture. I KNOW all of govt. runs the same way and why we have Criminals like Dr. Fauxie running things...

Americans have naively trusted institutions and their respect for American culture and our Constitution. These days that trust is proven misplaced. What's more frightening is that there is no outrage, just the usual political "got'cha" from unserious politicians and their hack propagandists. Milley's actions strike at the heart of civilian command and control of the military. Pffft...who cares? Gee, General, thank you for your service!

The real moral of the story is that even traitorous behavior is no longer punished if you are a globalist / communist pig. There is no law.

Republicans are every bit at fault here. Primarily because Republicans support the military. Period, full stop. I can't speak to corruption, but I can speak to the inefficiencies and costs. The reason that there is a hammer that costs 400 is due to milspecs. Some genius writes a specification for a hammer, toilet seat, whatever. Thus, to meet the milspec, some manufacturer produces a product specifically to meet the spec. Here's an example. I had a system back in the 80's where a green light cost 8$, the yellow light costs 13$ and the red light cost 70$. The only difference was the color. Military supply and procurement is just a mess. Every branch has their own system to accomplish the same thing. Then there are the civilian personnel. In every office, there is one or two people that do the majority of the work. I was in a facility a while back and watched to people spend the entire day standing around talking. A third did nothing but play video games and browse the internet.
Like any bureaucracy, the bigger and older it gets, the sloppily, more inefficient and corrupt it gets. Regulations, paper work and processes just pile up overtime throttling any real production.

Our military is being trained (brainwashed) into hating America and Americans. It will follow orders to turn their guns (and, if Biden is to be believed, it's F-15s and nukes on the American people). The purpose is to facilitate the coming communist/globalist totalitarian takeover. Communist China has already proven this model by doing the same thing with The People's Army. Think Tiananman.

Re: #1 - Something has been left out from your description of the Trump interview. The president states what he wants done, "down to the last screw," and his subordinate doesn't say yes, sir and comply but offers the opposite. What next? Did the former president not say whether reluctantly concurred or that Milley disobeyed an order from the C-i-C? There is a huge difference in not collecting a last screw, leaving behind $80+ Billion worth of military hardware, and blowing up weapons of war in place, lest they fall into the hands of terrorists. Was there no mention made of the president ordering the Milley to begin the destruction of the equipment to be left behind? No follow up questions from Beck, like "and then what?"
