Why Merrick Garland Must Appoint

It is now clear, after the appointment of new attorney general, Merrick Garland, that he must, not may, appoint a Special Counsel to investigate Hunter Biden in public corruption matters that may substantially involve his father. This is especially clear now that it is known, contrary to his fervent denials, that Joe Biden met with Hunter’s corrupt Ukrainian and Russian clients at least once at Café Milano in Washington, D.C. There are likely more meetings, but once is enough. He also met at length in the White House with Hunter’s partner, Devon Archer, as the two were pitching their services to the corrupt Burisma Holdings,

Don't the Republicans have a DA somewhere that would investigate the Bidens? The Democrats have the SDNY, which they use for their political enemies. Seriously, does anyone think Garland is going to prosecute a Democrat? Not happening. Garland is already purging every Republican he can get rid of, and by any means, including threats, and blackmail from information provided by the Deep State. Already, the Democrats have Trump supporters in solitary confinement, and threats to go after them with the Civil Rights Division, which means Trump supporters have no civil rights, and will be framed by the FBI.

Have to ask what color is the sky in the writer, Dennis D. O'Connors world? A hard core communist death democrat illegally installed as Attorney General of our formally United States actually going after his Dear Leader for the myriad of crimes committed by both Biden and his twisted Son? Really? Why do so many republicans/conservatives continuously expect the communist death democrats to conduct themselves like they actually know right from wrong and will conduct themselves like normal upright citizens? Garland has Beria DNA running through his body. Asking Commissar Garland to appoint a Special Counsel to investigate Usuper Biden and his crackhead Son? Comedy Gold.

I can only assume that the author is hoping that others will jump on his bandwagon because anyone with any sense knows that democrats will never go after one of their own regardless of the possible crime. I doubt that if this particular bandwagon had one thousand highly placed officials on it demanding the actions of the Bidens be scrutinized for the crimes they have committed, it would have zero effect on Garland. The Bidens are golden and they know it. They also know we know it and that we know they know we know it. When has a democrat ever been held responsible for their criminal actions? I’ll wait....

We don’t need a special counsel. We have the video of Joe bragging about doing a quid pro quo on the Ukrainians when he was VP. That, along with Humper’s laptop tells the whole story. If we had an honest media, president* would not have survived the primaries and both he and his son would be in prison.

Yeah American Thinker, if I eat Skittles I'll pass a rainbow flag for the LGBTQ+ crowd. Mr. O'Conner doesn't know who Merrick Garland is or is just plain stupid writing this article. As long a the pervert is acting leader of the country the druggie, Hunter, remains free possibly nothing will never happen to him. I'm not of legal thinking mind or an investigator but I could go to Washington wearing my Columbo trench coat and find crime on every street corner to pack court rooms for decades with criminal cases. Give it a break if Hunter's lap top can't do him in then he's home safe in a mansion somewhere.

Just think if Biden had stayed in the US Senate as an establishment “UniParty” liberal Democrat lawyer-politician he and Hunter could have got away clean with their corrupt and criminal activities without being scrutinized by the semi-conservative media and a few Republican politicians. Chances are the Democrats and their leftist and liberal media propagandists will simply ignore the calls for the liberal Democrat Attorney-General to appoint a Special Counsel to investigate the Biden’s corrupt activities.

#4, Well that is a lovely thought, having an aggressive Independently minded US Attorney thoroughly investigate the Bidens. But there are two problems with that approach. Number one, there’s no such thing as an independent US Attorney. They all report to Merrick Garland, And he has already shown his stripes; he would not hesitate for a microsecond to shut down an investigation he did not personally approve of. Number two, Unicorns do not exist in the material world. There is no such USA even if Merrick Garland were of a mind not to interfere.

Coincidences are interesting things. They’re considered remarkable because their combined occurrence seems improbable. Coincidentally, this was at the same time that Donald Trump was ratcheting up sanctions against China and rallying worldwide support. We are living in a P.C. culture. In the past few years, we’ve seen multiple celebrities canceled for comments that have been taken to be offensive against African Americans or Black Lives Matter. Meanwhile, Joe Biden and his son, Hunter, get a free pass when openly insulting Black people. (snip) Things are different if you’re a Biden. Throughout his political career, Joe Biden has regularly made racist remarks. Beginning in the 1970s, when he started his career, Biden proudly associated with segregationists and said busing would lead to a “racial jungle.” As a U.S. Senator, he said quoted the n-word thirteen times during Senate hearings in 1985

There is something you need to know because it is of overwhelming importance to America’s survival as a constitutional democratic republic: The Biden administration is moving inexorably to making it a crime to oppose Biden and the Democrat party’s policies. Attorney General Merrick Garland is organizing a massive task force to hunt those illusory “White supremacists,” who just happen to be Trump supporters. The first recorded use of the donkey to represent the Democrat party was in a Harper’s Weekly cartoon entitled, “A live jackass kicking a dead lion.” While the jackass would be a better mascot, modern Democrats would consider the mascot sexist as a jackass is a male donkey. Female donkeys are called “jennies,” although in Congress they are referred to as “The Squad.” If one looks at the modern-day Democrat party, including Democrats in elected office and behind cable news anchor desks, the jackass would be a representative mascot.
