The media went into a frenzy this weekend when the bonny Prince Harry gave a huge harrumph to the First Amendment. On a show appropriately called the "Armchair Expert," Harry declared the First Amendment "bonkers" and expressed frustration about how it protects the media in its "feeding frenzy" over his life. Harry’s criticism of the First Amendment can be dismissed as the unfamiliarity of a royal refugee. However, it is actually far more serious than that. Harry and his American wife Meghan Markle have attacked media rights in England and succeeded under the laws of the United Kingdom. They are now joining a growing anti-free speech movement

Markle also recently prevailed in a highly damaging court victory against the press. The case involved the publication of details from a letter that Meghan wrote to her estranged father after she married Prince Harry in 2018. She sued Associated Newspapers, which publishes U.K. tabloids like the Daily Mail, MailOnline and the Mail on Sunday, for disclosing her private affairs and for violating copyright protections over her letter. The lawsuit would have failed in the United States under the freedom afforded to the press, but prevailed in Great Britain.
Which adds weight to the thought Ive had that Harry's Wife (aka that alliterative yacht girl) has had secret backing from the Obamas, Clintons, and probably even Oprah Winfrey. There were plenty of chances for that yacht girl to be repelled and put into her proper place but she kept prevailing until the weakest link in the Royal Family succumbed. Something stinks, as Lady Colin Campbell has pointed out. Stinks bad.
I get that the most satisfying justice for the Disgusting Duo would be to wipe away any and all claimes to royalty and succession, but as an American I can live with their keeping it, if for no other reason than someone with titles cannot (and should not be able to) run for an American office. One look at AOC and Sheila Jackson Lee tells me I should still not expect justice, but if theres any way we can frustrate the Malignant Narcissist Pair, Im all for it.

Typical brainless liberals. They only want press that favors them and isn’t allowed to say or write anything negative. Get lost you too. England doesn’t want you anymore, and thinking people here can’t stand you.

Harry and Meghan are second only to Norma Desmond in their love of cameras. If they would stay home and parent their child, or get ordinary jobs, the novelty would wear off and people would leave them alone. The First Amendment allows the press to report the news. Stay away from interviews and talk shows and there will be nothing to report.

Harry, this may hurt your ego but no one in the U.S. gives a damn what you or your wacky wife thinks. Please go back to England or to Canada.

Yet, they insist on looking at Donald Trump's tax returns. So Meghan Markle sues and wins because of private affairs being disclosed; yet, hypocrites now insist that everything about Donald Trump's life should be out in the open?

Would love to see Harry, Meghan and Sheila Jackson Lee in a race toward a camera. (My money would be on She-Jack. She could squash them both without losing an earring.)

Harry used to be a decent bloke. He was a good military officer who had proven himself in combat in Afghanistan on multiple deployments. He was a passionate advocate for military veterans everywhere.
That said, Harry’s judgement and demeanor has been on the decline ever since he’s been under the spell of this Jezebel named Meghan Markle.
It reminds me of the fall of Colin Kaepernik. At one time he had the potential for a decent career in the NFL while he mostly kept his worldview and politics to himself. That all changed we he met Nessa Diab, a California radio personality who espouses a lethal mix of social justice marxism and moslem culture defense. Her parents are from Saudi Arabia and Nessa lived for a time there.
Women can have enormous sway, for good or ill, in influencing the journey with their significant others.
BTW, I suspect that Charles isn’t Harry’s biological father. They don’t remotely look like each other. But I digress.

Megan is just like all other Communists. She wants the right to say whatever she wants to say but does not want "ordinary" Americans to have the same privilege. Harry is just doing what he is told because that is the way he was raised. He went from one zoo to another. Please do not call him prince; he lost that title and yet uses it to earn millions. She is a wrecking machine; she wrecked her family and his and is now trying to tear down America. What a woman! All it took was a pretty face and no morals.

The First Amendment ensures that Americans have the right to criticize the monarch which was something colonists could not do without prosecution. This is a prime building block of a free country and liberty..
Another is the Second Amendment which ensures Americans have the means to put down oppressive government.
Marxists hate both freedoms.

My original from May 13th...........As we tune in today ( cue up that cheesy organ music ) we find that The Duke aka Prince Harkel , is the Dukettes greatest achievement. She turned a semi sane boor into a whining incoherent twit. Is The Duke to far gone to ever come to his senses? Will the Dukette ever be too " woke " and what about leverage baby Arkle ( nice foot in the photograph ) will the price for his pictures drop after his sister is born ? For the answers to these and other unimportant questions tune in next week, next month or next year for another chapter of " The Unmerry Wife of Windsor " now appearing everywhere for cold cash.

While it’s easy to dismiss the duke as a nitwit and the duchess as a censor, “bonkers” is not an inappropriate description of our libel laws. Due to a Supreme Court decision in, I think, the 1960’s, it is almost impossible for anyone in the public eye to sue a news outlet for libel.
President Trump speaks often on the need to reform our libel laws. If that’s what Harry is incoherently talking about he has an ally in President Trump.

It is sad to watch harry run at the mouth...he was NEVER a scholar...so his attempt at "explaining OUR Amendment" is a joke....the leftie wifey of his is using his hatred of the press to sell her brand of "societal norm"...he is a stooge for obama/commie harris...and the sad part is that harry is so caught up in his anger at what the press did to his mother... he can't see he's being used...

They are pushing for censorship of all ideas that are not extreme leftist, and the evil tech folks have bought into all of this, because they are leftists.
It's time to incorporate the First Amendment and apply it to private companies that have a public communication side, like ALL internet comms. I have never used Twit (intentional derisive misnaming), or Fakebook, or any other of these 'social media', and have no intent of ever using them. I have never wanted to "be famous", which seems to be every under-40 person's most fervent dream these days. I don't want all my personal details in the public sphere.
But people should be able to put out their opinions on any public forum without being censored.

Yeah ... well ... we threw you out 250 years ago, and we're happy to do it again. Royals, especially British Royals, are supposed to be so cultured and mannered. But the pinnacle of rudeness is a guest publicly trashing his host. No wonder the entire royal family seems happy to be rid of him. No more ruined Christmas dinners?

Pilgrims, leaving England, came to "America" to get away from persecution in England. Freedom of speech being one of the reasons. Our first amendment is written to prevent persecution, enable society to practice their right to free speech. Perhaps little slime ball Harry and wife should realize that their country prohibited free speech. Maybe still does. He should also become familiar with the slave trade which English society endorsed and made a lot of money sending human beings to be enslaved. I would say that the entire Constitution was written so that we would never have to be under enslaved again by the Brits. Harry return to your native country, taking all of your royal trappings and your cute little wife back to your homeland.

Freedom of the Press is not the same thing as freedom of the leftist cheerleading/leftist entertainment media, the latter deserving to be put to the torch.

The media can lie constantly about anything and anyone--especially if they support the Constitution or is named Trump but they should silenced if they speak ill of traitors, leftists and anything that fits the global elite/fascist/corporatist agenda....right??
Tyranny is creeping in everywhere. We MUST ALL speak out against it!! The Constitution and our inalienable rights MUST be defended at all costs!!
