(snip) At least half of the 5,000 students United hopes to train by the end of the decade will be women and people of color, the airline said. Currently, about 7% of the United’s pilots are women and 13% are people of color.

Considering how much I hate receiving parking tickets, this is one war on standards I might get behind. However, it also extends to compliance with driving, vehicle registration, and fine-paying requirements.

Sounds like the idea is to train them, but how can you when punctuality, correct math solutions, speaking English, logical thinking, precision and so much more are all "white supremacy?" Train them all you like, but they cannot be trusted to do the incredibly difficult job of piloting a passenger jet unless they relinquish their core beliefs as womyn and POC.
