The U.S. Supreme Court on Wednesday will hear oral argument in Caniglia v. Strom, a case that could have sweeping consequences for policing, due process, and mental health, with the Biden Administration and attorneys general from nine states urging the High Court to uphold warrantless gun confiscation. But what would ultimately become a major Fourth Amendment case began with an elderly couple’s spat over a coffee mug. First, they defunded the police. Then they outlawed 'assault weapons' Then the created goobernment power to seize weapons without cause. Then the concentration camps were started. Then, the extermination camps where built. It happened before, it is happening to us now.

For those of you out there that were educated in our public school system or universities and have no idea what is written in the US Constitution please take a moment to learn a few things that are directly linked to this case. Read on!
Amendment II
A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.
Amendment IV
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

OK then what? I predict there will be a lot of bluster and bravado and the words "Civil War" tossed about but until it comes to our neighborhoods we'll just take this punch like we did the election.

We are talking about Cranston, RI. Rhode Island is as bad as any liberal state where Jesus Christ could run as a conservative and lose 10-1. Their two Senators are fools, especially the despicable Sheldon Whitehouse. Their former governor is a member of the Biden Cabinet. Best thing I ever did was get the heck out of there in my 20’s. I became a Reagan Republican in the late 70’s and have never looked back.

OK, while I don't normally think we need a lot of new laws, I officially support a new law saying anyone running for public office must be able to pass a test of knowledge about the US Constitution!!!!
Clearly, there is not a Demon-Rat alive who understands what that document means, or they would stop saying evil and idiotic things like this!!!!!

Thank you, #15, but I think you should share that with the Supreme Court......

Yes #17.
And when a Patriot defends his property using their 2A rights, all of the tough talkers on the internet who might sit on the jury will vote to convict the Patriot. Nothing new ... a nation of posers and cowards as described by Orwell in 1984.

Since the police take an oath to uphold the Constitution, it will be interesting to see how many officers will comply. I'm sure the wives and relatives of police officers will have a few words concerning the danger involved when trying to do this.

Seize the guns of the people who guard and protect xiden, and lock that darn bunker so he can retreat to there either. As a matter of fact, make him walk up and down Pennsylvania Avenue with no security at least one hour per day.
