A judge on Friday ruled that Maricopa County must provide some 2.1 million ballots from the Nov. 3 election to the Arizona state Senate and allow access to its election equipment to conduct an audit. Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Timothy Thomason ruled that subpoenas issued by Arizona’s state Senate are valid and should be enforced, and he disputed arguments from Maricopa County officials saying the subpoenas are unlawful. [Snip] “The Court finds that the subpoenas are legal and enforceable,” Thomason wrote (pdf) in his ruling. “There is no question that the Senators have the power to issue legislative subpoenas.

There are recall petitions being circulated against all of the Maricopa County commissioners, Secretary of State Katie Hobbs and Superintendent of Public Instruction, Kathy Hoffman (due to her covid brain freeze). Governor Doofey is included in that list, but he is term limited.
It also surprised me to learn that in AZ, counties can donate taxpayer dollars to political candidates. Same is true in CA, and IL. I'm hearing that Maricopa donated to Mark Kelley.
This judge's decision is great news.

The audits that were conducted were only checks to make sure the original paperwork that certified the machines was in order. They never checked the actual logs or adjudication process statistics. The examination of the ballots may show differences in the printing between precincts that triggered higher rejection rates and more adjudication in Maricopa or Pima counties. If this is found to be true then the actual machines and logs will also need to be forensically analyzed.

Amazingly, you should not have to get judges to rule on such basic part of people's right to vote, or the process.
They should be able to comfortably outline any chain of custody for ballots, ballot boxes and ballot scanning machinery. And, be proud to stand by such review, since it should have all been done properly.
Removing any duplicate votes, removing duplicate registrations, removing deceased voters, should all be done prior to any future election in 2022.
Any voting machine should only be counting 1 full vote, not allocating based on some arbitrary algorithm.
No one should be against any of those common sense (use their words in retort) items.

I feel sorry for that truck driver that is assigned to haul that load of ballots to Phoenix.
You know it is mysteriously going to catch on fire during the drive, destroying everything in the truck. Darn bad luck (cough, cough)!!!!!

And they will find that all the boxes of ballots are 'mysteriously empty'.

So, it’s not quite over. I have to cite State Rep. Mark Finchem as a superstar. He ran the hearing that was held with Giuliani et al at the hotel in Arizona. Not an official hearing, but it was televised and it was loaded with witnesses and expert testimony. A real barnburner. As it turns out, because it was not an official event, Finchem also footed the bill. I’ve since seen him on the War Room, making regular reports on what is going on in Arizona… He is someone worthy of our notice. He is also now worthy of notice by the Leftists in Arizona and elsewhere who are trying to dirty him up because the Trump campaign contributed to defray the cost of “crowd control” at the hearing and legal assistance.
Apparently questioning the integrity of a clearly fraudulent election is now a bad thing. At least the leftists think so.

It will all crash against a wall of Roberts/Kavanaugh/Barrett. We now know this works.

In the Pennsylvania case, Justice Alito, holding authority for the oversight of the 3rd circuit, denied a request to stop the vote count. He simultaneously ordered that the provisional ballots and late ballots be kept separate. Rural Pa counties followed his order, and urban Pa counties ignored him.
And there were no consequences. Nada. Nothing.

This is the biggest proof that there was fraud. If there was no fraud, the Dems would not be fighting tooth and nail against any and all investigations both in and out of the courtroom.
