On January 6th, 2021, Ashli Elizabeth Babbitt was executed by a Capitol Police Officer who seemed to hold no restraint.
50 days later, the Capitol Police Officer responsible has been identified in photos before and during the shooting.
The Police Lieutenant’s name is being withheld from Ashli Babbit’s attorneys. You can see the Officer disregards nearly every basic firearm safety rule in the book. His finger is wrapped around the trigger, while his firearm is aimed in the direction of his colleagues. The Officer could not see three uniformed Officers against the wall nearest to Ashli, was not able to

WHO murdered Ashli Babbut?
Trespassing is not a capital crime. He is dangerous, incompetent and vicious. He should be in jail.

Being a Capitol cop is a political patronage job. They’re probably the worst cops in America. Sort of like the D.C. Metropolitan Police, where every 7th round fired is an accidental discharge.

At that point it does not appear that it was appropriate or lawful for that officer to fire his weapon into a crowd of unarmed people like he did. Obviously he did not know what he was doing, as it appears that there were three Capitol police officers in the crowd. If his weapon was a Glock handgun with a round in the chamber any kind of a jerk when his finger was on the trigger could have caused the weapon to fire a round. If the shooter is a Black officer the Democrats will not want to release that fact in that the victim was a White woman and of course the Democrats do not want to know anything about Black folks shooting White folks. Since there were hundreds of fringe nut jobs who broke into the Capitol, why just shoot one of them, when instead the armed Capitol Police could have laid waste to much of the crowd. So was the shooting an isolated accident made by one officer?

Incredible that any of these officers had unholstered their weapons, and with live ammunition in the chambers, against an unarmed crowd. No guns were being pointed at them. Why were they hiding behind barriers, instead of some beefy guys going to the door and ordering the crowd to get back. They don't have night sticks at the Capitol Police?

Isn’t this the same group that in olden days investigated the “suicide” of Vince Foster. But could never find the invisible bullet. Maybe some day it will turn up in the White House, or one of the Clinton mansions.

Another case of a black cop shooting an unarmed white person?
Is it time for white people to take to the streets - - burn buildings down - - scream "No Justice / No Peace" - - paint "White Lives Matter" on the street - - demand reparations - - demand sensitivity training for black cops - - condemn black supremacy?
Good questions.

The photos are too grainy to make out his ID badge. But, he appears to be black. While he may not be charged for killing Babbitt, it is very likely that the family will file civil claims against him.

Why won't they name him? Something's not right. A few days later Pelosi comes out and wants restrictions on who can carry guns in the capitol building. Is he really Capitol police? Is he really the shooter? Guessing he is, but there is more to this. Guessing if they identify him, it will lead to even more awkward questions.

Hopefully everyone can agree that all law enforcement personnel in this type of situation should be treated the same. Local police officers involved in shootings of civilians are identified immediately and usually afforded no special protection. They are also pilloried by name in the press for days or weeks on end.

The guy identified in the article violated all "norms" of exercising firearm violence. Read Jeff Cooper's “Color Code of Situational Awareness”. The guy was oblivious to what others in the Capitol Police were doing. He made an erroneous judgement with a firearm. By the end result, it is obvious the guy's formal and informal training was seriously lax and can be classified as essentially non-existent. And to top it all off, do we also have a bit of racism displayed by what the guy did but inversely. This is black cop killing an unarmed white person. Should a WLM group be rioting in the streets, burning minority owned businesses? We are told by Democrat politicians that is the just outcome of such circumstances. The irony of the guy's outcome is overwhelming.

I've seen video footage of him pointing his gun at the window Ashli Babbitt came through before it was broken and before she went through it. Why was he hiding in a doorway?
There are so many questions. Why was did she just stand there next to the window for so long? Who put the furniture in front of the door instead of calling in extra support? Why were the police in the hall so passive? Why weren't they blocking the door? How many people who are shot in the neck don't spurt blood all over the place?
The whole things stinks to high heaven.

What an odd way for an on-duty policeman to dress. Is it normal for Congressional police officers to wear business suits? Maybe. But the dandy-ish tie and handkerchief? I’ve never seen a policeman dressed like that on-duty. I wonder if he was a Capitol Hilll policeman at all or private staff or security.

The officer's firearm was not pointed at the other officers. That is sort of an optical illusion.
And I would challenge you people to quickly decide if my new flip phone is a phone, or is my ruger 380 LCP.
(My family members can't, and we are awash in firearms.)
I'm most interested in the presence of the antifa lad, who could have stirred up the crowd, what with mass hysteria of crowds.

You need to remember that a jury in DC is composed of all those libs that live there. That is probably the reason many assaults on the criminal code are not even prosecuted.

A political patronage job with an affirmative action promotion and you get an idiot that was frightened, and killed this woman Not sure he should be jailed, but he damned sure should not be holding a supervisory job as a police officer.

#25, not just libs. Blacks make up about 50% of the population of DC. And 30% of the population is illiterate. No way would this guy get convicted if judged by a jury of his peers.

When studying the picture the first one in the chambers where it is plain to see his finger on the trigger that is not a Glock he is carrying like the other person is holding with his finger on the side of the slide. I can identify handguns and that's a round top slide on some scaled down firearm like a .380 or compact 9mm but looks like a hammer fired pistol versus a striker fired Glock.
The shooter is a dangerous person to be in a building with a loaded firearm. He might have been hunting on Jan. 6 with the intent to fire that weapon. If you watch the video of the shooting from where he stood he couldn't have seen the black backpack Babbitt was barely in the window when he fire she fell backwards on the backpack. The armed SWAT team showed of shortly it was an unnecessary killing. The entire scene looked staged when you see the 30 minute video that Gateway Pundit did to identify 20 people in the mob showing those are not Trump supporters. Maybe it was so staged that they wanted a shooting death to blame on President Trump. This all stinks of coverup prosecute the killer or this is not the country I want to live in.

He's not the only one with poor trigger discipline. There was plenty of that to go around.
Those other two cops, guards, whatever they are, who are just to the bottom right of the frame with the circled gunman, had their greasy fingers all over their triggers too.

It will be extremely hard to claim accidental shooting when Ashli was hit in the throat. Unless, of course, the jury is comprised of DC residents. Then we'll see another OJ.
