The U.S. Supreme Court on Wednesday night blocked New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo from reimposing strict attendance caps at worship services in areas hit hard by the novel coronavirus.
The court ruled 5-4 to bar Cuomo from enforcing his Oct. 6 “Cluster Initiative” against houses of worship that sued to challenge the restrictions.
The order was also the first in which Justice Amy Coney Barrett played a decisive role. Barrett, who was President Trump's third Supreme Court nominee, joined the court Oct. 27, after winning Senate confirmation following the Sept. 18 death of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

Roberts, once again proving that he’s the reincarnation of Earl Warren.
That, or his flight to Epstein’s Rape Island came with blackmail consequences.

So much for that vaunted 6-3 conservative majority. It's 5-4, but that's good enough for the win.

This shows just how important Justice Barrett's presence in this court at this time is. If not for Roberts we could have been rid of Obamacare years ago. We still have a chance to save The Republic.

It tells you just how far we have fallen as a nation when 4 of the Supremes rule against the First Amendment.

FTA; In the dissenting opinion, Roberts explained why the court's liberals opposed the decision.
Kinda explains Roberts is doesn’t it.

From the article: "Meanwhile, Chief Justice John Roberts joined the court’s liberal wing in the dissenting opinion, which stated the court had acted rashly." This shows that Fox News' David Aaro has not been paying attention to how Roberts votes. He joined the liberal wing immediately and was never a conservative justice. He has made statements that clearly shows he dislikes conservatives.
President Trump and the republicans had to fight hard to get conservatives on the court, but the Bush boys were not up to that fight. They licked liberals so that they could "get along" with the democrats and avoid a nasty conformation battle. I think that is what "compassionate conservatives" do.

Stop being SURPRISED by Roberts. He's a leftist to the core and part of the disaster that is George W. Bush and his whole family.

One of the commenters after the article made the key point. There is no provision to suspend the Constitution in times of emergency and that is exactly what these Governors are attempting to do. One politician, minus the Legislature (the people’s representatives) has appointed him or herself as supreme ruler over their State. Now we have precedent .

So we have 4 Justices on the Supreme Court who will not uphold our Constitutional right of Freedom of Religion. The have violated the oath they swore when they became a Justice of the Supreme Court tp Protect and Defend the Constitution. If we truly had a real party in power dedicated to defending the Constitution and our freedoms, (not the republican party) they would all be impeached and removed starting with that disgusting lying freak Roberts. Just what kind of dirt do they have on you Roberts? The other 3 should also be removed on the grounds of complete stupidity. I wonder if any of them has actually read the Constitution?
More and more as this blatant election coup unfolds it is glaringly obvious that the republican party is infested with covert and in some cases overt participants in this attempted democrat communist takeover. Either we purge the Republican party of any and all republican traitors who betray our country and the people who voted them into office or form a new party. I am now fully convinced that the republican party must go and I am a registered republican. The party is too deeply corrupted and in league with the democrat communists. As President Reagan once said - I didn't leave the Democrat Party, the Democrat Party left me. Same now goes for the worthless republican party. They should all be on the front lines with President Trump doing everything in their power to fight against this coup but instead "crickets". How they must hate President Trump to turn this Republic over to a communist, totalitarian party or they are following their paymasters in China orders.
Some examples of republican traitors:
Miss Lindsey Graham (how he has immediately changed his tune upon being re-elected, the Ryan stooge who now leads the House republicans McCarthy, Romney, that clown Senator from South Dakota, Rubio, Collins, Murkowski (Skeleton Woman) and the list goes on. After we win this battle they must go or we go.

Pray for the continued good health of Justice Thomas. If Dementia Jo is to be president, and Thomas retired or passed away, the Court would lurch further left than the Warren Court.

Suspending the Constitution because of an emergency is what led to citizens of Japanese heritage being placed in concentration camps. It’s a slippery slope to authoritarianism.

To be elected to the presidency by hook or by crook you must be a member of the Globalist Marxist Communist One World Government. The New World Order the Marxist Communists dem, rino, lib, ind, etc., have been working on since before 1913 with the election of Woodrow Wilson and the illegal creation of the Federal Reserve private business being paid billions in interest for telling America's Treasury to print more money and put this money into circulation and call it a loan from the private business. Criminals one and all against our constitution.

So, in reality, when RBG died, Roberts just moved over a seat and replaced her and Barrett took the vacant spot of the 5th conservative on the court...a spot that had been vacant for years.

Something very strange about Roberts... he voted against opening churches????...I can understand the liberal wackos... pardon my reference to unAmerican justices... but the constitution is exact in it's wording... WE the people can worship as WE want... with no interference from government trolls like cuomo stepping on our rights...

When President Trump is reelected, it is time for Justice Roberts to retire for the sake of our nation. Call it for his health, but he needs to go. He is no longer wedded to the U.S. Constitution and to upholding it. He has to go. That is what we are praying.
