Republicans file lawsuit to block count
of Nevada mail ballots received after
Election Day

The Republican National Committee on Friday filed a federal lawsuit seeking to prevent Nevada from counting mail ballots received after Election Day, as the state’s law currently permits. The law, passed by Democrats in 2021, permits the tallying of mail ballots received up to four days after Election Day, provided the envelopes are postmarked before the end of the day. The lawsuit says the provision also assumes that envelopes received three days after Election Day that don’t have a postmark indicating otherwise were posted in time.

Most mail in ballots are sent to voters weeks before the election. They have plenty of time to fill out and return the ballot. If they return it late, it is their fault. It is the same as if someone shows up to the polls after they close. No vote! The privilege to vote comes with responsibilities. One of those is to vote on time. Accepting late votes allows for cheating.

Blocking Nevada's late ballot counting is all well and good. Now how about blocking that practice in states with more substantial electoral votes.

For over 200 years we have been able to get to the polls on one day and vote. Now, we have absentee ballots that people can request, their eligibility verified and then a ballot is mailed to them. In many states there is one week of advanced voting. If this isn't enough then its just too bad. Mailed in ballots are not verified. I know of someone in Georgia who is not a citizen, but does have a Green Card, who received three unsolicited ballots in 2020. Of course she didn't mail them in and destroyed them. Mail in ballots are open to all kinds of fraud and steals votes from honest citizens. If Election Day was treated like some Superbowl events are you can bet they would all get to the poll.

And WHY would this be required. The "deadline" is the END of accepting ballots. END, STOP, etc. What sort of a crooked, fraudulent, criminal operation would be so clearly breaking the laws?

First, it's four days, then it's one week, then one month. Whatever it takes to find enough ballots to swing the results.

We have to come to terms with the possibility that the elite crooks who control our government, who have been purchased by China, Soros, et al, will simply not allow a free and fair election to ever occur again unless they have their power ripped from their hands.

Love it. This forces the federal judges and the eventually the Supreme jJoke to address election fraud. I'm confident that the Supreme Joke will roll over like a good circus dog and allow Democrat election fraud. But at least they have to go through the motions. Wee have no borders, we have no laws. All we have is a joke of a goobernment. Alas Babylon!

The American surfers and Australian brothers who were found dead on a surfing vacation in Mexico were likely killed when they refused to hand over their car to a trio of carjackers, according to a report. The bodies of Jack Carter Rhoad, 30, and brothers Callum, 33, and Jake Robinson, 30, were discovered alongside their burnt white pick-up truck nearly a week after they vanished from the Baja California providence. Anti-capitalism is back in fashion. Even Marxism, which many had declared dead after the collapse of socialism, is experiencing a renaissance. Books such as those by the left-wing French economist Thomas Piketty are popular. In my home country, Germany, a book called Das Ende des Kapitalismus (The End of Capitalism), whose author advocates the introduction of a planned economy, has climbed the bestseller lists. She cites the British war economy of the Second World War as a potential model. In her opinion, we should introduce this kind of economic system as quickly as possible, as it is the only way we can save our planet.

I’ll bet you didn’t know that cutting the capital gains tax or the death tax is “racist.” Believe it or not, that’s the latest contention by the Biden administration, which seems to view every policy issue through the prism of not what’s best for the American economy but race and victimhood. In a new report, “Advancing Equity through Tax Reform,” the Biden Treasury Department examined stock and home ownership in America by race. The study concludes lower tax rates on capital gains income “disproportionately benefited White families relative to Black, Hispanic, and other racial/ethnic groups.” It found more than 90% of the benefits went to whites.

Buzzy healthcare company Hims & Hers lost nearly $210 million in stock value in a single day after the company’s CEO said he and other executives were “eager” to hire anti-Israel student protesters who’ve faced disciplinary actions from their universities. The online sexual health and pharmaceutical company plummet 8% on Friday from its opening price of $12.24 to $11.26 — just two days after Palestinian-American CEO Andrew Dudum said companies would be happy to have the protesters and encouraged them to apply to Hims and Hers. “Moral courage > College degree,” Dudum tweeted on Thursday, amid the nationwide anti-Israel protests at universities that have seen more than 2,100 people arrested.

Hamas said Thursday that it was sending a delegation to Egypt for further cease-fire talks, in a new sign of progress in attempts by international mediators to hammer out an agreement between Israel and the militant group to end the war in Gaza. After months of stop-and-start negotiations, the cease-fire efforts appear to have reached a critical stage, with Egyptian and American mediators reporting signs of compromise in recent days. But chances for the deal remain entangled with the key question of whether Israel will accept an end to the war without reaching its stated goal of destroying Hamas.

Democratic lawmakers are sounding the alarm over what they see as conservative justices and judges tipping the scales in favor of former President Trump in two federal cases. The two cases accuse the former president of attempting to subvert the 2020 election and obstructing justice related to his handling of classified documents. Some Democratic senators suggest conservative justices on the Supreme Court are playing politics by slow-walking special counsel Jack Smith’s case related to the events of Jan. 6, 2021, so that there’s no chance of it reaching a verdict before Election Day.

Six months ahead of the November election, former President Donald Trump is leading Democrat incumbent Joe Biden by a whopping 15 points in Michigan, a key swing state. However, being right about one thing doesn’t mean RFK Jr. is right about all things or even many things. In fact, as an unearthed clip from 2005 shows, RFK Jr., in common with the rest of the Democrat party, thinks conservatives are violent and immoral. The problem, though, is that there are serious logical flaws underlying his claims. MxM News unearthed RFK Jr.’s scathing red state indictment—and do keep in mind that he’s never walked any of this back, something that would indicate that he’s grown in wisdom or lessened in prejudice:
