Green Insanity Is Flooding
Towns and Destroying Lives

American Thinker, by Joe Herring

Original Article

Having written extensively in these pages (read here, here, and here) on the catastrophic flooding of the Missouri River basin in 2011, I believe that the occasion of this present flood disaster plaguing Nebraska, Iowa, and South Dakota has given rise to many questions. (Snip) Green "deism" does play a role in our current woes, but not as directly as it did in 2011. More of a "Best supporting Actor," in this case. The Master Water Control Manual is the bible of the Missouri River basin dam system.

This is infuriating. These bureaucrat greenies have decided on their own that preserving habitat is more important than saving communities from being destroyed by floods.

If you are going to build dams to mimic the natural seasonal flow of a river, why in hell build the dam?

and all the greenies and global warmists are now spouting their nonsense that what is happening is "unprecedented flooding" because of climate change. There is flooding alright, partly from their idiot policies, as this article explains... but it isn´t unprecedented. Those who ignorant of history...

In 1779 General George Rogers Clark marched across southern Illinois in a military campaign against the British, and the whole country was full of snow and water they had to wade through, sometimes up to their waists.

The entire point of building dams is to defeat the destructive natural cycles of rivers, protect human lives and properties.

Damn these green idiots. People need to hear this more and more, that this flooding is caused by Greenies hating people.

Just that simple Greens hate people, and want bad things to happen to people.

The same thing happened on the St Lawrence River last year, albeit at a smaller scale. When you let greeny morons to run things, it always results in destruction. But then, destruction is the only word they know in vocabulary and it´s what they do best.

Less than a month ago, conservative Judge Brian Hagedorn was a dead man walking. As he raced against liberal Judge Lisa Neubauer for a seat on the Wisconsin Supreme Court, the local press portrayed him as an anti-gay extremist and bigot. They called out the Christian school he founded for its code of conduct stipulating “no sex outside of marriage between a man and a woman.” Never mind that this code of conduct is common practice at private religious schools across the country. The Democrats seized on the moment. Outside money poured in from groups like Planned Parenthood

Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas told a friendly audience in California that religious belief does not compromise the work of the courts, and he expressed regret that religion featured prominently in a 2017 judicial confirmation. Speaking on April 4 at Pepperdine University School of Law’s annual banquet, Thomas was asked whether it is ever legitimate to consider a candidate’s religious views during the confirmation process. The question was asked with specific reference to Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein of California, who suggested that Judge Amy Coney Barrett was too dogmatic for the federal bench in September 2017.

Google decided this year to create an advisory council that would help guide the company in the responsible development of artificial intelligence. (Snip) Like many businesses and nonprofits, my organization, the Heritage Foundation, relies on Google search, YouTube and other Google products to promote our work, to reach audiences and to advance our mission. We’re also concerned about reports alleging that Google suppresses conservative voices and politically skews its search-engine results. It was reassuring to be invited to participate in the AI advisory council — a sign that Google wanted to treat a wide range of viewpoints fairly

It was bound to happen. In fact, I’m surprised it took this long for leftists to viciously attack Kay Coles James. The general strategy since she became president of The Heritage Foundation seems to have been to largely to ignore Mrs. James in an attempt to keep the masses unaware of her effective advocacy of conservative principles. (Snip) In late March, a small cabal of Google employees began circulating a petition calling for Mrs. James to be removed from Google’s newly appointed external advisory council on artificial intelligence. Right after the 2016 election, Green Party candidate Jill Stein—cheered on by Hillary Clinton dead-enders—sued in three states to recount votes and thereby overturn Donald Trump’s victory in the Electoral College. Before the quixotic effort imploded, Stein was praised as an iconic progressive social justice warrior who might stop the hated Trump from even entering the White House. When that did not work, B-list Hollywood celebrities mobilized, with television and radio commercials, to shame electors in Trump-won states into not voting for the president-elect during the official Electoral College balloting in December 2016.

Why did the Deep State throw caution to the winds in an desperate effort to frame Donald Trump for alleged collusion with Russia--and failing that, to entrap him in an obstruction of justice case? There are a lot reasons for the Establishment to hate Donald Trump, but one of them stands out. During the campaign, Donald Trump denounced the Obama administration for having created ISIS. That claim drew ridicule from the mainstream media, but it is entirely correct. Lt. Gen.
