In keeping with his March 1 order making English the official language of the United States, the president has directed the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to cancel a contract with a translation service provider, according to Government Executive magazine.

Elon Musk's attempt to unilaterally dismantle the U.S. Agency for International Development likely violated the United States Constitution, a federal judge ruled on Tuesday. U.S. District Judge Theodore Chuang ordered Musk and his Department of Government Efficiency to immediately give USAID employees access to their "email, payment, security notification, and all other electronic systems," and ordered a pause on any efforts to shut down USAID. Judge Chuang wrote that Musk's takeover "usurped the authority of the public's elected representatives in Congress to make decisions on whether, when, and how to eliminate a federal government agency, and of Officers of the United States duly appointed under the Constitution

The Biden appointee who headed a $42.5 billion program to provide broadband internet access in rural America, which hooked up exactly ZERO homes in three years, has quit in a huff. Democrat apparatchik Evan Feinman resigned Sunday and left behind a blistering, counterfactual, and self-serving letter blaming Elon Musk, “Stranding all or part of rural America with worse internet so that we can make the world’s richest man even richer is yet another in a long line of betrayals by Washington.” Apparently, Feinman's departure was preciptiated by Commerce Secretary Howard Luttnick's intention to change the focus of the program from laying fiber optic cable to providing rural internet service,

Considering the massive changes that Donald Trump is bringing to D.C. and the wrecking ball applied to much of the government bureaucracy in his first few months in office, the president's actions on undoing the Biden administration's whole-of-government attacks on gun owners and the firearms industry have been relatively modest, but there's a sign that may be starting to change. Former Surgeon General Vivek Murthy's declaration of gun violence as a "public health crisis" has been wiped rom the website of the Department of Health and Human Services; a move the White House said is a direct result of the president's executive order directing Attorney General Pam Bondi to

Navy warship USS Gravely was deployed to operate in U.S. and international waters on Saturday, assisting “with border security operations.” “USS Gravely departed from Naval Weapons Station York, [Virginia], for a scheduled deployment to the Gulf of America,” stated Chief Pentagon spokesman Sean Parnell. “It’s not only vital for the United States to have control of our border via land. It’s equally important to control our territorial waters, and this deployment directly supports U.S. Northern Command’s mission to protect our sovereignty,” he added.

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) ridiculed Americans who dare to suggest that people should be allowed to keep what they earn, promising that government was there to stop them from doing so. Schumer, who made an appearance Tuesday on ABC’s “The View,” spent much of the broadcast on his heels playing defense as the hosts grilled him over his last-minute support for the Republican-led Continuing Resolution that passed Friday and will fund the federal government through September. During one segment, however, he paused to mock American conservatives and business owners who have the audacity to argue that they should be able to keep what they’ve earned and operate the businesses

The federal judge blocking President Trump’s bid to deport alleged Venezuelan gangsters once showed leniency to an FBI Russiagate lawyer who fudged evidence to surveil a Trump campaign official. US District Judge James Boasberg gave former FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith probation instead of jail time four years ago when the latter pleaded guilty to forging an email used as evidence to surveil 2016 Trump campaign official Carter Page. “Courts all over the country rely on representations from the government and expect them to be correct,” Boasberg chided at the time. Responsible for one of the largest data breaks in the Internal Revenue Service’s history, the ex-IRS contractor Charles Littlejohn is currently serving a five-year prison sentence for leaking the tax documents of roughly 400,000 wealthy Americans — including Trump — to media outlets in 2019 and 2020. Littlejohn’s short sentence results from the DOJ charging him with only one count of unauthorized disclosure of tax information and then offering a plea deal, which Republicans blasted as too lenient. The disgraced, far-left Associated Press’s latest lying piece of fake news involves spreading the blatant falsehood that Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard described President Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin as “very good friends.” There is just one problem: she did not say that. Naturally, it was only after this lie, in the form of a screaming headline, had been blasted all over the world, that the AP retracted its lie. If I may, I’d liked to suggest to the AP that they spend less time cry-babying about not gaining access to certain White House events and more time NOT lying.

Sacré bleu! Talk about a Napoleon complex. Some stories don’t require a lengthy set-up. They speak for themselves (and today, they’re parlez-vous-ing exclusively in French): France should take back the Statue of Liberty because the US no longer represents the values that led France to offer the statue, a French Euro-deputy said Sunday. "Give us back the Statue of Liberty", centre-left politician Raphael Glucksmann said at a convention of his Place Publique centre-left movement. "We're going to say to the Americans who have chosen to side with the tyrants, to the Americans who fired researchers for demanding scientific freedom: 'Give us back the Statue of Liberty,'" he told cheering supporters.
