Dozens of Democratic congresswomen are planning to wear pink to President Donald Trump’s Joint Address to Congress on Tuesday night as part of a coordinated protest against the President’s policies. New Mexico Rep. Teresa Leger Fernández, who chairs the Democratic Women’s Caucus, confirmed exclusively to TIME on Monday that the pink attire is meant to “signal our protest of Trump's policies which are negatively impacting women and families.” “Pink is a color of power and protest,” she says in an interview. “It’s time to rev up the opposition and come at Trump loud and clear.” Trump’s return to the Capitol

Republican lawmaker is introducing legislation to immortalize President Donald Trump on $100 bills. Congressman Brandon Gill, who represents Texas' 26th Congressional District, said that he plans to introduce a bill to feature Trump's likeness on the $100 note once his current term concludes.
"President Trump could be enjoying his golden years golfing and spending time with his family," Gill told Fox News Digital. "Instead, he took a bullet for this country and is now working overtime to secure our border, fix our uneven trade relationship with the rest of the world, make America energy independent again, and put America first by ending useless foreign aid."

While I don't expect many people reading this article to be purveyors of the legacy media, most are probably on social media. That means they see the clips of Democrats appearing on the broadcast networks, MSNBC, and the like, and if they are perceptive, they've probably noticed something. Namely, that certain former "fresh faces" of the Democratic Party aren't so fresh anymore.
For context, it's been weeks since there's been an article on RedState covering something Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) said. That would have been unheard of a few years ago, but guess who has had five articles written about her since then? That would be Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX).

China is reportedly working on a massive nuclear powered aircraft carrier to rival or potentially surpass the United States’ largest carrier.
Satellite imagery studied by analysts speaking with NBC News revealed that the Chinese Navy is working on a new ship which will allow fighter jets to be launched from four different areas of the flight deck, which is unlike anything in the current Chinese fleet.
“We think this is them testing equipment and layouts for the upcoming Type 04 carrier,” stated James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies researcher Michael Duitsman. China already claims the throne as the world’s largest navy,

Cynthia Erivo, the black lesbian actress cast to play Jesus in ‘Jesus Christ Superstar’ at the Hollywood Bowl showed up to the Oscars on Sunday evening looking like a demonic vampire.
The British actress donned a black dress with a gothic vampire neck collar and long witchy nails.

The top FBI agent in New York was ousted Monday, saying he wasn’t given any explanation for the decision from Washington.
James Dennehy, a US Marine Corps veteran
who joined the bureau after the Sept. 11 attacks, announced his forced resignation in a letter to staffers at the FBI’s New York Field Office.
“Late Friday, I was informed that I needed to
put my retirement papers in today, which I just did. I was not given a reason for this decision,” he wrote in the missive, obtained by The Post.
Dennehy apologized for the abruptness of his resignation in the

Mexican drug cartels are reportedly in fear and going into hiding, and Mexican law enforcement officials have ramped up arrests and drug busts in response to the Trump administration threatening to hit the country with tariffs.
Several cartel members told the New York Times they had either “gone into hiding” or were in the process of “trying to figure out how to protect” their families “in case the American military” launches strikes in Mexico as a result of the Trump administration designating the crime syndicates as terrorist organizations.

In a bombshell interview on The Joe Rogan Experience, Elon Musk and Joe Rogan tore into the suspicious circumstances surrounding the July 13, 2024, assassination attempt on President Donald Trump at his Butler, Pennsylvania rally—a rally that, curiously, was the only Trump event CNN bothered to stream live during the entire campaign. Now, billionaire investor Bill Ackman is demanding answers, calling for an investigation into why the far-left network broke its pattern of ignoring Trump rallies just in time to broadcast an attempt on his life.

Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah became depressed and was emotionally changed by Israel’s exploding pager attack on his operatives as well as by strikes that decimated the group’s leadership, his family told Lebanese media. His son said Nasrallah was noticeably no longer the same man, and his daughter revealed that he cried after the beeper attack. Nasrallah’s son, daughter, and three grandchildren spoke to Al-Manar television for interviews that were broadcast on Friday.

A most dangerous war took a perilous turn on Friday. In what was planned to be a brief, cordial, greeting, President Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy squared off in the Oval Office and left an alliance shaken. For three years, the west has stood against Russia's unprovoked invasion of an innocent country. Ukraine is a vanity war for Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, who covets an empire. And for that alone, more than one million people have been killed or wounded on both sides. President Trump has boasted only he can end it quickly. But, in the last two weeks, his chaotic attempt alarmed allies

On CNN this morning, Connecticut Senator Chris Murphy, who might be the dumbest man in government today, decried the Trump administration’s position on the Russia/Ukraine war. You can read much more at the link, but I am going to focus on just a couple of points. First, the question asked by CNN’s Dana Bash:
Host Dana Bash said, “Do you think there’s hope of salvaging this relationship with Ukraine?”
This is mind-numbingly stupid. The proper question, as even Zelensky realizes, is whether Ukraine has hope of salvaging its relationship with the United States. So in this interview, you know from the beginning that you are in a fog of unknowing.

Anybody who watched the entire Oval Office meeting between President Trump and Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky would know that it was not an “ambush” or a “setup” by Trump, as characterized by Democrats and malign media entities.
It was the opposite. If anyone came to that meeting in bad faith, it was clearly Zelensky, whose body language and attitude was negative from the start. Trump could not have been more cordial, having steered the complex negotiations with Russia and Ukraine to a first step where he believed peace was a real possibility. But Zelensky had other ideas. He contradicted, interrupted and insulted Trump, even
