During his campaign, Donald Trump promised to use Elon Musk to improve government efficiency, partly by ending the incredible graft and corruption permeating the bureaucracy. Since Trump’s inauguration, Musk and his youthful four-man crew, using the power of AI, have identified a host of fundamental problems in the Treasury Dept. As Musk explained: (X) To be clear, what the @DOGE team and @USTreasury have jointly agreed makes sense is the following:
- Require that all outgoing government payments have a payment categorization code, which is necessary in order to pass financial audits. This is frequently left blank, making audits almost impossible.

The House should impeach Judge Engelmayer. This slop needs to end.

Engelmayer should be impeached (so that he forever has the scarlet "I" associated with his name), but he'll never be convicted and removed from his post in the Senate. Engelmayer is also a symptom of what the Democrats are now counting upon: That the only branch of government they control (the judiciary) will protect them from investigations and reforms of their own institutionalized malfeasance. I suggest PDJT ignore Engelmayer's order using a combination of references to Jefferson and the "Biden precedent" of ignoring the Supreme Court when he moved forward with student loan forgiveness.

President Trump needs to do a "Pelosi" - - by tearing up this order - - and mailing the itty-bitty scraps to the communist judge.
There is no way that our beloved Constitution allows the judicial branch to determine the actions of the executive branch - - which - - in its entirety - - is the person of the president. There is no order - - it's a complete nullity.

Forget impeachment. Trump should declare this d bag judge an insurrectionist, arrest him, and chuck his sorry butt straight into Gitmo.

Will we see the wimpy congressional Republicans back up Trump. From their past record of rolling over for the aggressive leftist and progressive Democrats, all you can say as “who knows” at best!

Lots of good suggestions on how to proceed. My suggestion is to proceed by ignoring blatantly unconstitutional orders, and by granting prevent pardons to all involved until the supremes make a call

#6, I like the way you think..but wouldn't the CECOT Prison in Bukele's El Salvador be a more fitting venue?

It's time to have a very public confrontation in whatever way will be the most lasting and embarrassing to the judge.
The rebuttal needs to be on the permanent record so no one else gets to try this stupidity again.
Leftists are desperate to attempt this idiocy so they shopped for a really stupid person to carry it out. Trump should drag this before the SCOTUS quickly to get it thrown out. Judges ability to interfere with Presidential power is deliberately limited and this judge has no respect for the Constitution. Judge Moron is trying to punch above his weight class and he needs to be shown where his boundaries are.

I say follow the money with this judge. There has to be something on him; he's a part of Grifter's International, for sure.

The only thing left for the demRats is to unleash the judges. If those judges do not rule by the Constitution, they should be removed, disbarred and never be able to practice law again.

Dear Ms. Bondi:
You've got a job to do.
Get busy nailing these György Schwartz mandated judges to Gitmo for sedition.
Oh, and it's way past time to send György Schwartz and his spawn to Gitmo for sedition as well.
Got it?

I don’t understand how a judge in a district in New York can shut down anything that isn’t in his district.

Is this the same court that ran Trump's hush money case? Our government is so corrupt.
If Trump's opponents have their way, we will have a powerless President. They will tell us what the law is, and we aren't supposed to question it. The law under tyrants only benefits tyrants. That's not the way it's supposed to work.

This country would be FAR better off if there were a Federal law against confirming, as a Judge, anyone with an Ivy League Juris Doctor diploma.
The Supreme Court needs to go vocal on this "Judgefare" crap the Leftists in this country use. If we had a super-majority of MAGA Republicans in the Senate, they could send these old Commies packing whenever they crossed the "activist" line.

OMG...when will these judges understand they work for US...and must follow the law as written in our Constitution...not the rantings of a select group of Washington DC elites...who BTW...think they are in charge...I guess no one read them the headlines on November 5.....or perhaps they thought it was a gas lighting effort to calm them down...Well here WE are with ranting democrats still not admitting that 47 is in charge and America is delirious about it....

We agree with #5. The Judicial branch isn't allowed by the Constitution to go over to the Executive branch and tell PDT what he can or cannot do. This stupid judge is either ignorant or evil or both. Lord, please clean out the crooked NY judges and make our day.

This incompetent and ideological judge is already being bypassed by an appeal to the first circuit court of appeals. I’m sure they will let the lower judge know how idiotic he is.
I happen to believe that Trump knew full well that the leftists would resort to the judiciary to push their ideology, and that they would be humiliated in the process.
