The Left Cheers An Assassination

Original Article

It wasn't just Taylor Lorenz egging on crazed leftists to go on an assassination spree after the HealthPartners CEO was gunned down on the streets of New York. It was a vast swathe of the Left who argued it was well-deserved justice and should be emulated with other CEOs. Lorenz herself suggested slyly that a Blue Cross CEO be next on the lst. Beege wrote earlier today a long post about Lorenz's psychopathy, but the rot runs much deeper than one crazy "journalist" whose shtick is saying outrageous things then crying about how she is being oppressed by people who notice. A vocal faction of the Left seems to revel

Gee, I wonder what the Lamestream herd response would be if someone wrote a column suggesting that it would be 'well deserved' if some of THEM were to be murdered? What's good for the Goose is good for the Gander, as the old saying goes.

United Healthcare is a pretty dirty company, even for health insurance companies, which are generally bad. I can’t say I shed a tear for this guy who is very much a willing cog in the machine. But murder is murder.

Has anyone ever heard the term: Caveat Emptor? So many people throwing insurance executives under the bus, but were any of these people coerced into buying their products? It does not matter what this guy's motivations were; no one has a right to take his life. Downplaying his assassination by saying "he deserved it" is pure evil. Murder is evil.

Putting shootings in the back aside, hopefully forever, the insurance companies do deserve investigation, as they are using their power to deny claims, knowing their claimant is weak, and hasn't the means, or ability, to get a lawyer. They have all kinds of hoops that discourage claimants. The only solution most people have is to change insurance companies, where that is possible.

#3 "but were any of these people coerced into buying their products?" Yes. Thanks to Obamacare, all US employers are (generally, depending on size) legally obligated to buy health insurance for their employees, with limited options to chose from, depending on location and many citizens are required to obtain insurance (again, with limited options).

NBC’s Meet the Press aired the Trump interview Sunday after he sat down Friday with anchor Kirsten Welker for more than an hour, his first interview since defeating Vice President Kamala Harris resoundingly in November. Trump renewed his campaign promise to enact mass deportations, beginning with criminals and going from there. For families with mixed immigration status, Trump suggested deporting them all

For those of us patriotic Americans who believe wholeheartedly in American exceptionalism, the last four years have been embarrassing. Anytime Joe Biden has made an appearance on the world stage, we've been left with nothing more than cringeworthy gaffes and viral videos of him acting as if he has no idea where he is or what he's doing there. But today, Donald Trump accepted an invitation from France to attend the re-opening of the Notre Dame Cathedral, which was a damaged in a fire in 2019, and the entire event was symbolic of what I hope will be a return to our original place

Authorities are reportedly making some serious headway in the investigation of the murder of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, who was fatally shot outside a Hilton hotel in Manhattan on Wednesday morning. New York City Mayor Eric Adams suggested that investigators already knew the name of the suspected shooter, but he did not divulge it to the public. “We don’t want to release that now. If we do, we are basically giving a tip to the person we are seeking, and we do not want to give him an upper hand at all,” he told reporters, according to reports. It’s hard to imagine any administration feeling enthusiastic about handing over power to a new president, especially after a hard-fought and often bitter campaign. However, for a regime that has relentlessly sought not only to defeat but to destroy its opponent, a smooth transition becomes almost impossible. Despite the irony that President Joe Biden may have actually cast a vote for President-elect Donald Trump, it’s evident that he and his team are actively creating obstacles to hinder their successors. In ways large and small, from domestic policy to foreign affairs, the most un-American and power hungry administration in modern memory appears determined to obstruct Trump’s agenda. While it is uncommon

What has been going on in the Daniel Penny case, from the second NYPD detectives brought the young man in for questioning, has been the grossest and most disgusting miscarriage of justice imaginable. And after living through the past five years of Soros prosecutors, I can imagine some pretty horrible stuff. John had the breaking news earlier about the deadlocked jury... When jury deliberations began in the Daniel Penny case on Tuesday, I really expected we'd have a verdict in a matter of hours or certainly by Wednesday morning. Today, on the jury's 4th day of deliberations they have told the judge they are deadlocked on the manslaughter charge.

A panel of three judges from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit unanimously declined to review the petition for relief from TikTok. “We conclude the portions of the Act the petitioners have standing to challenge, that is the provisions concerning TikTok and its related entities, survive constitutional scrutiny,” judge Douglas Ginsburg wrote in the majority opinion. “We therefore deny the petitions.”

Barack Obama is a practiced expert at this, and he gave a master class in it on Thursday at his Obama Foundation’s Orwellian-named Democracy Forum. With some notable and revealing difficulty in getting the words out, Obama accused the Republicans of doing everything that the Democrats have been doing for the past few years: rigging elections, weaponizing the justice system, and trying to ensure that they would remain in power on an indefinite basis.
