President Joe Biden walked before a row of flags and took his place at a lectern stamped with the presidential seal. A few feet in front of him, thin panes of teleprompter glass, programmed with prewritten remarks, were positioned to meet his stare as he spoke into a microphone that would carry his voice through a soundsystem. His White House press secretary looked on. So did several senior White House officials. Anxiety clung to the humid summer air. What the president was about to say might determine the future of his presidency and perhaps the Republic itself.
Yet this was not to be some grand pronouncement about war or peace

Take the headline seriously. It's also structured like a modern horror story ("...something not of this earth.") And a political omerata.

And yet the reporter can't stop from fawning over Biden, and concluding with this: "“It was a bad night.” That’s the spin from the White House and its allies about Thursday’s debate. But when I watched the president amble stiffly across the stage, my first thought was: He doesn’t look so bad. For months, everything I had heard, plus some of what I had seen, led me to brace for something much more dire"

This article feels like the sadness of seeing a beloved grandfather slipping away to age based incompetence. Many people have experienced this. It is sad.
Biden is not our grandfather.
Biden is the President of the United States of America. The presidency is a grindingly demanding job that REQUIRES 365/24/7 strength of body, mind and character. Biden certainly no longer has any of these. He is not capable of evaluating his own loss. No one reaching this stage of illness is. Their window on the world and self awareness is greatly lessened and shrinking. The people around Biden are cruelly using him instead of respectfully encouraging him to step aside. The mechanisms to replace an infirm President are being stymied by these grifters and hangers on. The Presidents party is shamefully placing their own grasping of power ahead of the Country and ahead of Biden's well being. They have been deceiving the American People.
The needs of the Country DEMAND a resolution to this farce. Trotting Biden out during his 10 minutes a day of shaky lucidity does NOT make him capable of anything and especially not the Presidency. His actions are disrespectful of his office.
Biden is not our ailing grandfather. His personal situation, while sad, pales if the face of the needs of the Nation. He need to be removed from the presidency and the presidential campaign.

If ever there was a case of damning by faint praise, this article is it. The author confesses she has a long term affection for the "decent" Joe Biden. Really? What is "decent" about this craven, grasping, self-aggrandizing, prevaricating, venal and utterly immoral person? All he has ever done is use his position as a Senator from a backwater state to amass a personal and family fortune, selling influence to the highest bidders along the way. He continued, accelerated even, that protocl in The White House. He is a lifelong politician, which by definition makes him a life long liar. And the author also confesses a personal affection for Frau Doktor Jill, who is allegedly the one most interested in preserving Joe's--and her--her position of power. The day after Joe's disaster of a "debate," she appeared in the cover of Vogue, outfitted in a $5,000.00 (yet strangely ill-fitting) dress, and was given a fawning tongue-bath of an "interview" in the accompanying article. Yet it is clear that she and Joe commenced their affair while she was still married to her first husband, a harbinger of their mutual moral deficiencies. And say what you will about Hunter, he has written venomous criticism of his step-mother to his other family members. One can only imagine what truths he has spoken in private. The Biden administration has been a continuation of the destructive cabal first put in place by Obama and has continued with his expressed desire to "fundamentally transform" America, by which he meant to dismantle it while accumulating vast persoal wealth in that process. There is no possibility of recovery from this barring a complete housecleaning in November. Or perhaps I should have said a "complete fumigation" instead, since that is the only way to rid one's house of vermin.

With all the sincerity of Claude Rains’ Captain Renault character, the MSM is shocked! shocked! to learn that Biden is senile and unfit for office.

Warm up that teleprompter with the answers to the questions so Joe can read them.

The reason they're all walking on eggshells is because they all misled the public. If they acknowledge that Joe is terribly demented, that means Dr Jill, the rest of Joe's family and his inner circle can all legitimately be accused of Elder Abuse. They're trying to blame his cognitive decline on "aging" however most people know that aging and dementia are not mutually exclusive---getting old does NOT mean losing your mind. So they're now trying "a bad night" or a "one-off" which gives Dr Jill and other abusers some wiggle room ---you know, EVERYONE has a bad night now and then, including Joe. They all willingly participated in a COVER-UP and they got caught. Don't let them get away with spinning their way out of this.

No joe, my opinion is "God is not willing" to advance you further. You're done.
For the donors who are burdened by joe's failing mental abilities Kam is waiting in the wings but good news! Kam is really an expert at "unburdening".
Last thought: the bidens willingness to mourn with others as stated in this article apparently is exclusive to only a few. None of the Gold Star families were privy to this special willingness.
I got the same sense from this article as first paragraph at #5.
