Fox News legal analyst Jonathan Turley said Tuesday on Fox News Channel’s “Special Report” that former President Donald Trump’s New York trial for allegedly falsifying business records related to payments to porn star Stormy Daniel has had many “reversible errors” for an appeal.
Turley said, “I think that of those options, an acquittal is fast moving outside the realm of possibility. I think it’s just extremely unlikely. I think the choice between a hung jury and outright conviction. I still think that this is such a weak case one has to give a nod to the hung jury. But, if there is a conviction, and that would not necessarily surprise

New problems are mounting for the Biden administration’s $320 million floating Gaza aid pier which was already facing setbacks, despite becoming operational less than two weeks ago.
The U.S. military was forced to halt aid shipments to Gaza on Tuesday after the floating pier was damaged by bad weather over the weekend. The damage sustained from the bad weather is only the latest in a string of logistical and operational problems that have plagued the pier since it was constructed in mid May. The JLOTS pier was a “horrible idea,” Michael DiMino, senior fellow at Defense Priorities and former CIA and defense official, told the Daily Caller News Foundation. “

Hollywood star Robert De Niro is getting some of the worst audience reviews of his career — worse than Dirty Grandpa, worse than Rocky and Bullwinkle — for his chaotic and instantly-memeable press conference Tuesday outside the New York courthouse where former President Donald Trump is standing trial.
How low does the Tomatometer go?
“Worst acting of his career,” wrote one viewer.
“I will never spend money on anything he’s in again,” responded another.
“He is destroying his acting legacy,” another wrote.
Even some fans have had enough. “I’m still a huge De Niro fan but his political rants are irrelevant at this point,” wrote another.

On Tuesday, as Katie covered, President Joe Biden's reelection campaign held a bizarre press conference outside of the New York City courthouse where former and potentially future President Donald Trump is on trial. The once great actor Robert DeNiro showed up in a mask, gave remarks, and even got into it with Trump supporters as he yelled "f**k you" and called them "gangsters." The Trump campaign and members of the family responded with comments of their own. National Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt made a particularly illustrative point.

President Joe Biden visited Hallie Biden, the former wife of Beau Biden and Hunter Biden’s former lover, before she will likely testify in Hunter’s gun trial, the White House press pool reported Sunday.
The White House said Joe Biden’s visit with his daughter-in-law had nothing to do with Hunter’s pending gun trial. It claimed instead the visit was to commemorate the upcoming ninth anniversary of Beau’s passing from cancer.Hallie is expected to testify as a witness in Hunter’s gun trial. A 2018 police report showed she tossed a gun owned by Hunter in a dumpster behind a grocer, a source told Fox News.

Donald Trump's hush-money trial in New York has always had something of the circus about it. So it was only fitting that, on the day prosecution and defense gave their closing statements before the jury begins its deliberations, it should turn into a full-scale Big Top.
Robert De Niro appeared as the Star Clown, haranguing Americans outside the Manhattan court for even daring to think about voting for Trump and claiming, in a rant that got ever more bizarre, that The Donald was going to 'destroy the world'.
Perhaps this is what passes for sophisticated political analysis in Hollywood. Or maybe it was just an embarrassing attempt at clown comedy.

President Trump was back in court on Tuesday morning for closing arguments in Alvin Bragg’s ‘hush money’ show trial in New York City.
Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg indicted Trump in April 2023 on 34 felony counts related to ‘hush payments’ he made to Stormy Daniels.
Trump was accused of paying porn star Stormy Daniels, AKA, Stephanie Clifford, ‘hush payments’ through his then-attorney Michael Cohen in a scheme to silence her and stop the story about their alleged affair from being published in the National Enquirer.

President Donald Trump is back in court today on Tuesday for closing arguments in Alvin Bragg’s show trial in New York City.
The prosecution has yet to define the alleged criminal act that President Trump committed. But it doesn’t matter. The court is ready to find Trump guilty and send him to prison.
This is Joe Biden’s America.
The Gateway Pundit contributor Paul Ingrassia is attending the ongoing show trial today in New York City today.Paul wrote this earlier today:
Alvin Bragg is attempting to charge President Trump with a Class E felony, which is a crime under New York state law.

The Biden campaign held a press conference in New York City Tuesday morning, right down the street from the ongoing trial of former President Donald Trump. It was a total disaster. The star of the train wreck was actor Robert DeNiro, who dramatically claimed Trump would destroy New York, the United States and eventually the world. He also announced he was officially joining the Biden campaign after walking to the lectern in a cloth mask. (X Video)

The California senate passed a bill that essentially bans notifying parents of child gender transitions — a biological impossibility — which coincides with Gov. Gavin Newsom’s (D-CA) apparent belief that parents do not have the right to know if their child is “transitioning.”
Lawmakers consider the legislation — AB-1955 Support Academic Futures and Educators for Today’s Youth Act — something that would protect the “forced outing” of a child to his or her parents. According to a summary of the bill:
This bill would prohibit school districts, county offices of education, charter schools, and the state special schools, and a member of the governing board or

Left-leaning news outlets CNN and MSNBC did not play Robert De Niro’s wild anti-Trump speech outside of the Manhattan courtroom in its entirety, while Fox News aired it for the world to see.
The Biden campaign staged a press conference outside the courtroom on Tuesday, featuring actor Robert De Niro and two former Capitol police officers on January 6, Harry Dunn and Michael Fanone.
De Niro went full Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS), telling reporters that former President Donald Trump will “never” leave office if he wins the presidency again.
Notably, even left-wing outlets — without overtly admitting it — seemingly realized it was not the best look for the Biden-Harris campaign,

President Joe Biden’s reelection campaign is going all-in on presenting former President Donald Trump as a threat to democracy as polling continues to show Biden sinking in swing states.
Biden’s campaign has enlisted the assistance of three police officers who worked at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021, to further its latest strategy, CNN reports.
Sgt. Aquilino Gonell, Officer Harry Dunn, and Officer Danny Hodges will accuse Trump of posing a threat to democracy in key swing states, beginning in Nevada and Arizona.
Dunn is fresh off a primary defeat in a campaign for a congressional seat from Maryland. His campaign failed after troubling allegations of domestic abuse
